Abstract

Bazaar is a trading activity that is based on a committee that meets the requirements with the division of tasks in accordance with available resources. Bazaar is usually carried out when welcoming the End of the Odd Semester Examination and as an event or routine every year, with bazaar decorations that attract the interest of visitors. In carrying out the Bazar, the organizer often experiences problems in determining the Best Bazaar Stand. Among them, Invalid data, constrained by limited time and Lack of experience of the Bazar implementers so that in practice participants have insufficient and uncoordinated concepts, Failure in carrying out the bazaar can also be influenced by poor or insufficient loyalty control which results in a shortage of and out of stock, which results in disappointed customers and leaving the bazaar stand. A bazaar data collection study was conducted in semester 8 of STMIK Budi Darma Medan, based on predetermined criteria. Followed by the calculation of the value of each Alternative by using the MOORA method to produce the best alternative. Of the 10 alternatives taken, Alternative A2 became the highest ranking result, with a value of 0.29051 as the best Bazaar Stand at STMIK Budi Darma Medan.

Abstract

Education is one thing that is very important for one's life, education also plays a big role for the progress and development of a nation. A developed and large nation that is certainly supported by adequate quality education for its citizens. One of the countries that has the best education level in the world is Finland. Finland is currently in fifth place after Hong Kong. Continuing college education in Finland is the desire of many Indonesian students, especially through scholarships, because continuing education in Finland can gain a lot of knowledge that may be rarely found in Indonesia. String Matching is an algorithm used to speed up the search process for the desired word. String matching is divided into two, namely exact matching and heuristic or statistical matching. The string matching algorithm has often been used before as an example in the string matching process based on the data text equation, namely Brute Force. In this case, the brute force algorithm is chosen because this algorithm can be used to search strings or texts. Brute force algorithm is an algorithm to match patterns with all text between 0 and n-m to find the existence of patterns in text. With the development of technology today string matching can also be used in education. Education is one thing that is very important for one's life. To overcome the above problems the authors build an android-based application, namely the Indonesian-Finnish translator application. In the search tools the author implements the string matching algorithm namely zhu takaoka algorithm. The zhu takaoka algorithm is one of the best algorithms that can do the string matching process quickly because it shifts with bad characters for two text characters in a row from right to left.

Abstract

Text messages are very vulnerable to the encoding or theft of information by irresponsible parties. In order to maintain the security of text messages, it can be done by using cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can encode text messages by encrypting them in the form of passwords that are not understood. The FEAL algorithm is a symmetrical block chipper type encryption algorithm, which has a block length of 64 bits, a length of 64 bits, and has an iteration of 8 rounds. The RSA algorithm is one algorithm that can be relied upon in realizing cryptographic techniques. This asymmetry algorithm will produce a higher level of security against text messages because the process is quite complicated with generation and uses different keys so that it will be difficult for cryptanalysts to access the text messages. This research will use FEAL and RSA Algorithm for the encryption and decryption process, so that in the process it is necessary to go through several long steps in order to produce the final cipher. This study describes the process of securing text messages by encoding them based on the FEAL and RSA algorithms, in the form of a password that is difficult for others to understand and understand. This is done as an effort to minimize the actions of irresponsible parties.

Abstract

School ranking is a comprehensive and comprehensive school assessment (assessment) activity through office evaluations and external evaluations (visits) to determine school eligibility and performance. In the assessment of high schools, which are currently not objective because the Dinas is still conducting direct surveillance to school without taking supporting data in providing ratings. Because it does not yet have a good system, so that there are conflicts that arise in the provision of ratings. Therefore using a decision support system based on Promethee II and weighting using AHP. It is hoped that decision makers will be helped and reduce the conflict that exists in granting high school rankings to the Education Office.

The application is a computer application that is able to provide information on the optimal amount of food seasoning that must be provided by PT. In choosing a Customer priority for Davestera insurance is very important because we have to look for criteria that are effective in order to get good results. Because priority customers exist if there is loyalty. Decision support system (SPK) is part of a computer-based information system, including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management that is used to support decision making in an organization or company. PROMETHEE is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, which means making determinations or sequencing in a multi-criteria analysis, this method is known for its efficient and simple concept, in addition to solving problems related to multi criteria, this method is also very easy to be applied than other methods.

Abstract

The Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) is an advocate organization referred to in law number 18 of 2003 ("Law No.18 / 2003") on advocates namely that PERADI is the only forum for a free and independent advocate profession formed in accordance with the provisions of the law this invite. In the election of PERPC Medan DPC chairman, it was still done manually by means of the selection process first. Therefore a decision support system is designed so that the selection is more effective and accurate. Decision Support System is made by applying the VIKOR method. The system created will provide recommendations for the selection of candidates for the PERADI DPC Chair in Medan by involving five criteria, namely discipline, commitment, leadership, broad-minded and ethical with five alternatives. By using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 for the design of decision support systems and Microsoft Access 2016 as a database. This research can provide convenience to PERADI Medan in making decisions on the selection of candidates for the PERADI DPC chairman in Medan and provides objective and accurate results in the decision to elect the candidates for PERADI DPC Chair in Medan.

Abstract

Nucleus hernia (HNP) is a disease that often causes pain in the vertebrae. HNP occurs due to the presence of nucleus pulpus (a filling material in the form of a springy substance such as gell) that comes out of the discus vertebral (spinal joints). Early symptoms of this disease are often not realized by sufferers. As a result of this lack of awareness can actually cause activities to be inhibited. This is because HNP can cause pain in the spine that can affect the pain in the thighs, calves and legs and can even cause spinal deformities. To reduce the risk of this HNP disease, we need an expert system that can help both sufferers and experts in diagnosing the initial symptoms of this disease so that prevention of harmful effects can be done more quickly. In this study, an expert system was made that functions to diagnose the early symptoms of HNP with a case-based reasoning method as an expert system logic that was made. This solution was made because with the help of web technology, patients can easily diagnose the symptoms of HNP anytime and anywhere

Abstract

In an image there is an image that has a highlight and shadow. The shadow that is produced from an object is highlighted by the emitted light. In this case the picture shows an object that looks faint and looks not visible at all. In overcoming this, try to increase the highlights and shadows on the image. With the process of counting and being able to count objects with reflected, transmitted, or subjective light colors. To overcome this, input values ​​of red / green / blue and balanced lighting are needed for each pixel. By using the multiscale retinex method with the help of reflectance and illumination of the image in an increase in highlights and shadows. The results that can be done in this process produce a new image that has been improved from the previous image. Applications used in Enhancing highlights and shadows use the matlab application.
