Abstract

The computer-based Final Semester Examination (UAS) held at the Dwiwarna Private Vocational School in Medan was carried out with the help of a web-based application. The application display is divided into two parts, namely the web client accessed by students and the web admin accessed by administrators who have authority. Exam questions are an important aspect of assessing student ability. The problem that occurs is that the record of exam questions stored in the exam database by the admin is very vulnerable to access and can be read by students in the admin menu when inputting questions. This happens because there is no safety record database of questions in the exam web application. Therefore we need a cryptographic security technique. Cryptographic techniques can secure the record of questions by randomizing the value of the incoming question character into a value that is not understood. This research will encrypt the computerized exam database question records with the Word Auto Key Encryption (WAKE) algorithm when the admin enters the questions in the admin web. While the decryption process using the WAKE algorithm is carried out by the application system when the web client is accessed by students by logging in and pressing the start test button

Abstract

PT. Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra JCB) is a company under the auspices of the Mitra Cakrawala International Group (MCI Group), a company engaged in the distribution of heavy equipment under the JCB Brand. However, the company in managing employees starting from employee recruitment, providing employee training, updated employee data, attendance, appraisal, remuneration, submission of transfer, training and promotion is still not fully computerized so that sometimes the company is difficult to find and process data relating to human resources in the company. ERP is a system consisting of software packages with integrated applications for wide use within the company. Meanwhile, Human Resource Management is an important module in ERP that provides support for all functional information systems of the company. Human Resource Management is needed to increase the effectiveness of human resources in the company. The aim is to provide the company with an effective work unit. To achieve this goal, Human Resources Management will show how the company should get, develop, use, evaluate, and maintain employees in the right number and type.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and information, the human need for information technology is also getting bigger. The development of information technology can improve performance and enable various activities to be carried out quickly and accurately. Based on the development of information and communication technology, many companies have implemented Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). The Civil Service Police Unit Service is an apparatus of the Regional Government in enforcing Regional Regulations. In an activity or assignment at the civil service police unit, a Task Order (SPT) is required. In addition, the assignment letter is a reference for calculating the crediting figures in an assessment of the promotion of a class of employees who have performed duties in several periods. The system that has been running so far is still done conventionally. Where archiving the entry and exit of letters, salary report data, leave reports and attendance reports is still inefficient and data storage for credit score assessment is less effective because it often creates obstacles in data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system to facilitate filing of letters and handle the problem of storing data for calculating class promotion credit numbers and data on salary reports, leave reports and attendance reports at the Civil Service Police Unit. Abstract

E-Government, namely the use of information and communication technology, for various purposes in order to implement effective and efficient government administration and operational activities in office activities. The first problem experienced includes the process of managing incoming mail data and outgoing mail data, which are still scheduled in the letter agenda book and important documents are still stored in the odner and are not managed by the system so that if there is a loss or computer error one day, all data will be lost and need more space and costs to manage documents. The second problem is that service activities in the form of requests for weather and climate data are still not integrated and without applications so that service users need less efficient time and energy because they do not know or lack the requirements to get the required climate weather information. Seeing the obstacles encountered. Therefore, the system that will be created by researchers is a web-based information system that functions as a data processing medium, both incoming and outgoing mail data and data on transaction letters requesting weather and climate data. By implementing this information system, it is hoped that it can minimize the errors and difficulties experienced so far and help employees to search and provide data in a fast, precise and without problems. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), which helps organizations deal with supply chains, receiving, inventory management, customer order management, production planning, shipping, accounting, human resource management, and other business functions. Accounting Management, which is closely related to the problem of presenting the information needed by an organization. Based on various forms or types of information, one of which is management accounting. ERP for Accounting Management Module is financial accounting presented in general ledger reports, trial balance and profit and loss reports. to find out the problems experienced by the problems because they still use Microsoft Excel in recording and reporting data so it takes a long time. The method in developing this system is by using the Waterfall Method. PT DISS (Diamond Indo Satria Sejahtera) is a company that sells Indosat and Mentari SIM cards as well as M-Tronik credit sales. The problems experienced include managing financial data that still uses Microsoft Excel so that it takes a long time and important documents that have been stored and not managed with the existing system so that if there is a loss or an error computer at any time, all data will be lost and it will take a long time to repeat the data management. Therefore, the system that the researcher will create is a web-based information system that functions as managing general journal financial data, trial balance and profit and loss, reporting sales data. By implementing this information system it is hoped that it can minimize errors and difficulties that have been experienced and help the finance department to search and process data quickly, precisely and without obstacles. The web-based information system uses the Waterfall method and uses the Codeigniter Framework programming language, PHP, Javascript and CSS

Abstract

Games have now become an alternative entertainment for various groups. Role Playing Game (RPG) is a game that has elements of a complex story and acting that makes someone feel like a character in the game. This research aims to create a game software in the form of an RPG game using Unity software. The game that is displayed in this final project is based on the folklore of Central Kalimantan entitled "The Adventure Of v Riwut". It is hoped that with this game, folklore can be recognized by the younger generation and preserved. The research method used in making this RPG game is where the research stages are in the form of Requirements Plan, Design Process, and Implementation. The requirements plan stage includes identifying the objectives of the application or system and identifying information needs to achieve those goals. The design process stage includes the design process and makes improvements if there is still a design mismatch between the user and the analyst. The implementation stage, at this stage the programmer develops the design into a program that can be tested. From the results of this research, he succeeded in creating an RPG game entitled "The Adventure Of Riwut" with the collaboration of several figures from other folklore so that the resulting game is not monotonous. With the RPG game "The Adventure Of Riwut", players can get to know one of the folk tales entitled "The Adventure Of Riwut"

Abstract

Human Resources Management is an important instrument for a company in achieving its goals. The use of an integrated information system is an important element for managing business processes in company management. ERP is an integrated information system that is meant in an effort to improve company quality. Especially for online news companies, conventional business process management can affect the quality of performance of the company itself. Focusing on the HRM of the company Berita Online, the study discusses the implementation of human resource management business processes using ERP software, namely Odoo. The research was conducted by analyzing existing business processes and then designing an integrated proposal system and then implementing it into Odoo. The modeling system is designed to optimize data management which is still being processed conventionally. Optimization in every business process improves the quality of security by setting user access rights and the accuracy of data obtained by real-time data transactions, as well as time efficiency, namely reducing the time duration required for recording and storing documents compared to manually.

Abstract

The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as one of the supports for the operation of an integrated business sector and better data accuracy. An ERP system consists of various modules and sub-modules that can represent certain business components, one of which is CRM. Application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or customer relationship management which is indirectly said to be computerizing customer data. This is intended so that the company knows what the needs and desires of customers are so that good relationships can be established with customers. In East Kotawaringin, there is now a place to eat called Rumah Makan Nasi Uduk "Babe". This restaurant is a small business engaged in the sale of food. This restaurant serves direct customer orders, namely coming to the restaurant and by telephone. This ordering process goes through a very long route, where the prospective customer will choose the food menu and the restaurant records the menu ordered by the customer to the notebook and calculates how much the customer has to pay, then the customer waits for confirmation of the specified price. In connection with the aforementioned problems, a web-based application design is proposed so that in the future it can provide services about detailed information on food menus, prices and orders to customers. The research method used in this report is divided into several stages, namely the data collection stage, the system design stage, the program development stage, the program trial stage and the implementation stage. The conclusion of this research is that an ERP system has been successfully developed for a web-based CRM module with a case study of the "Babe" Nasi Uduk Restaurant.
