The selection of the Medan District Attorney as part of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia carried out several mutations of the chief prosecutor who were taken by manually calculating performance scores. The criteria taken in the evaluation are orientation, service, integrity, commitment, discipline, and cooperation aspects require a decision support system (SPK) to accelerate and facilitate decision making. Decision support systems are used to help decision making in an organization to facilitate decision making. Where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. One of the methods used in this decision support system is MABAC. The Narcotics Investigation Unit (Sat Res Narcotics) is part of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri) tasked with conducting or fostering the function of investigating and investigating narcotic crimes including counseling and coaching in the framework of prevention, misuse, overcoming and rehabilitation of narcotics abuse victims. The Directorate of Narcotics Investigation at Medan Police Department has police personnel serving in the drug detective unit. Of course, each personnel has different abilities, for example being able to complete the tasks given by superiors who later said the personnel were achievers and so forth. The selection of outstanding police personnel in the Directorate of Drug Investigation is still manualised without the role of a computerized system. There are often errors in the selection of outstanding police officers in the Directorate of Drug Detachment, namely the miscalculation of criteria that may lead to misunderstanding of personnel and the presence of subjective elements of dislike or dislike. based on criteria that have been determined in the selection of police officers directorate of outstanding drug investigators. Therefore, to facilitate the selection, it can use the computerized Electre method to get better results. The Elect (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) method is one of the methods in Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which is based on the concept of outranking by using a pairwise comparison of alternatives for each suitable criterion. Although it does not guarantee its efficiency, using this method can help decision makers make decisions more accurately in the selection of high-achieving police directorate police officers.

Puskesmas is an important part of the community health service center. Where many people are waiting in line to seek treatment at the puskesmas, so the puskesmas have difficulty handling the community who are waiting in line to seek treatment. So the puskesmas proposed to the community to be a cadre of the puskesmas to handle the health services from the community, especially for the surrounding puskesmas. However, for the selection of cadres who were initially open to the public, the selection of the cadres was known to the public around the puskesmas, only conducted unilaterally or the closest person, so fraud in the election often occurs. Then the solution in the selection of cadres requires a decision support system and applying the Oreste method is a method of development of MADM based on a ranking of each criterion and alternative. As well as the unit can adopt the Besson Rank, the Besson Rank itself is an average approach where each criterion is the same. So that in the selection of cadres it can be seen who is entitled to become a cadre as expected and the provisions. The process of selecting a best advocate is not an easy thing, the problem with PERADI MEDAN in the process of selecting a best advocate is by appointing and selecting one of the advocates recommended by the leader of Dadi Peradi Medan based on criteria determined by Peradi, making it possible frequent errors and slow processing of prospective advocate data and the desired results have not been maximized because of inaccuracies in the selection process so that the results have an impact on the results of decisions given are not right. Based on the issue of the field cadre, researchers are interested in conducting research and determining the best advocate at Peradi Medan by using the Multiobjective Optimization On The Base Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method so as to be able to solve the problems faced by the cadre and clien in the selection of the best advocate . With the implementation of the MOORA method and the presence of a visual basic program can help and speed up the process of selecting the best advocate based on specified criteria, then what is chosen from the party for a best advocate is the highest value.

Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can help leaders in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved using the SPK from some of these problems, one of which is the Population System for the Decision on the Selection of the Best PKK Mother Lessons in Pakpak Bharat Regency. Of the many prospective members of PKK mothers in Pakpak Bharat district, it is certainly very difficult to find the best PKK mothers in Pakpak Bharat district. This is because that PKK mothers-to-be must have their own advantages and disadvantages and this will make it difficult for the PKK chair in determining the best PKK mothers. From the problems faced, the use of a Decision Support System is expected to be the right solution. Because there are several alternatives and criteria that can influence in producing a decision. There are several methods used in building SPK including, WSM, AHP, TOPSIS, WP, SAW. In this study, researchers used the Fuzzy Resistant method which is believed to solve the problems faced by the PKK team in choosing the best PKK mothers.

Volunteering is a very noble profession where he spends his time, energy, thoughts, and even money to support social activities. Volunteering is one of the activities that can be carried out by all levels of society as a form of concern and commitment to a particular vision. The Borda Method is a method of group decision making in which the selection process is based on the most values arising from the alternatives chosen. The principle of the borda method is to rank alternatives. The ranking results in the Borda method are calculated based on the number of points obtained from each decision maker As for the problems faced by the Medan City BPBD in the selection of the best BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) in Medan, namely, the complexity of the volunteers in the Medan City BPBD makes judgments based on predetermined criteria quite difficult to do and also volunteers who are often chosen is not appropriate to be given a reward as the best volunteer BPBD Medan.

Digital image is a picture of an analog object in the form of video signals on a television monitor as segmentation, calculation, detection, and tracking and recognition. In this case the digital image will detect the goal in the goal through several processes before detecting. By using the morphology of dilation and erosion images, detection of the ball entering the goal can be detected, detecting the ball into the goal using the BLOB method, in this case the digital image will be able to detect an object whether or not. Blob or blob detection method is detecting a collection of pixel dots that have different colors (lighter or darker)

Culture is a whole system of ideas, actions, and results of human work in the context of community life owned by humans by learning. Indonesia has a variety of cultures. Indonesian culture is spread in many regions. Spread in 33 provinces in Indonesia with a variety of characteristics and characteristics that have regional values that are packaged in various forms. The types of culture include: traditional houses, traditional clothing, traditional dances, traditional weapons, traditional musical instruments, and ethnic groups. Lack of knowledge of Indonesian culture in young people today tends to make people forget the culture itself. Therefore applications are needed that make it easier to find Indonesian culture. This mobile-based application was designed using the Galil Seiferas algorithm in searching Indonesian cultural applications. In the Galil Seiferas algorithm the search phase is carried out from the left to the right by initializing starting from the first index to the last index of the pattern. The solution drawn from this problem is by designing an Android-based Indonesian culture application that can be easily accessed and understood by the public, especially young people. However, due to the limitations of the smartphone screen to present information on Indonesian culture, string matching is needed to search for Indonesian culture. String matching algorithm is a string matching algorithm that is looking for a string consisting of several patterns (characters) in a large amount of text. For android-based Indonesian culture applications are designed using Seiferas galil algorithm.

According to Permenkes 017 / menkes / per / x / 1993, drugs are alloys that are ready to be used to influence or examine physiology or pathology in determining the diagnosis, prevention, healing, recovery, improvement of health and contraception. This research intends to predict the supply of drugs. The method used in this research is triple exponential smoothing. The data used in this study are data from 2013 to 2018. The results of this study are prediction of drug inventory. Prediction is a process of estimating systematically about something that is most likely to occur in the future based on past and present information that is owned, so that errors (the difference between something that happens and the estimated results) can be minimized. Prediction does not have to provide a definite answer to events that will occur, but rather try to find answers as close as possible to what will happen. In today's competitive environment allows humans to communicate and can exchange data information or files remotely. Therefore it is necessary to protect information. One way that can be done is to exchange information in the form of Portable Document Format (PDF) files. The development of science that is very fast now causes information to be very valuable, therefore protection of information is needed. In this study combining two algorithms between algorithms namely Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) and Mars algorithms. To build this computerized application using Visual Basic 2008 as its supporting application. This application is made for the implementation of encryption and description of text files as secure communication.
