Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, with so many positive impacts on people's lives in general. With current developments, there are more and more community needs such as financial needs as well as personal needs. This can be seen from the information technology that provides convenience in many aspects of people's lives, including crediting. Each company usually faces very tough competition, as many credit companies have sprung up to lend funds and BPKB as collateral. DIVA Eletronic and Furniture are engaged in credit financing companies. Credit financing is an institution that provides temporary credit services in the form of guarantees. The company establishes policies in the credit extension process requiring consideration and analysis from the credit party based on regulations and the existence of credit financing policies. PT. DIVA Eletronic and Furniture is a subsidiary of PT. COLOMBUS with the aim of building a network of business units throughout the city that provides the most complete, quality and guaranteed goods. So with the number of consumers who began to increase so that the company experienced difficulties in managing data and in determining creditworthiness. The ease of accessing the internet at this time illustrates how useful and beneficial the internet is. This statement is made clear by the number of programmers who make web-based systems, programs, games, for example online sales systems, education systems, social networks and others. To create a web-based trading business system itself is an action to follow the development of existing technology, besides that this web-based system can be continuously updated, especially by using PHP and MySQL database processing can be controlled. Abstract

Tehang Village is one of the villages located in Parenggean District. The delivery of population data collection information and certificate services provided is still not ineffective and efficient, because the information and certificate services received by the public and also to the general public are still not computerized. This is because when the village community is interested and in general viewing village information, they must come to the tehang village office to view village information. When the people of Tehang Village submitted a certificate, and the data for the population who submitted the certificate was still stored in computer documents and had not been saved to the system. The obstacle that often arises when residents submit another letter is a letter, a letter stored by an infected virus so that it affects the service to the people of Tehang Village. Therefore, the system that will make researchers is an E-government system in Tehang Village which is used to provide certificate services, making certificates, incoming letters, outgoing letters and Village information to the people of Tehang Village which can be accessed by the people of Tehang Village, or general public

Abstract

Employee data is information that is very confidential because it contains important information about employees and their institutions. Computers are currently the main component in the company that is able to store data, speed up work, improve the quality and quantity of services, simplify the transaction process, and others. But in terms of computer security still has several loopholes that allow a person or group to easily retrieve data or information on the computer. To avoid data theft and manipulation, a security system must be implemented. Cryptography is a study of how to change information from normal conditions / forms (can be understood) into a form that cannot be understood. One method that can be used to secure messages / information is the DataEncryption Standard (DES). The application of the DES cryptography algorithm in securing Civil Servants data shows that this algorithm can generate encryption that cannot be understood by humans and produces the exact decryption of the initial plaintext input

Abstract

Decision support system as a computer-based system consisting of components including language system components, knowledge system components and problem processing system components that interact with one another, which helps decision making through the use of data and decision models to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. This study uses the Moosra Method in Selecting the Best Local Content based on criteria by using a formula which results are more accurate and right on target. In it also all data are combined into one with the weight of the assessment that has been obtained through an assessment of the test results. The research conducted is to create a system that can provide consideration in making decisions for the selection of the best local content.

Abstract

The Nadarya Aviation Center (NAC) Aviation Training Institute is a private training institution that aims to prepare skilled, work-ready, mentally strong, responsible human resources, have faith and piety, have quality and are able to compete independently and professionally. Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Operator is an aircraft ground service equipment personnel who has a license and rating to carry out the operation of aircraft ground service equipment while the aircraft is on the ground (apron / aircraft parking at the airport). It is hoped that an effective selection process will be able to screen training students in the GSE Operators department who really fit the target desired by the Director of the flight training institute. One of the right solutions for these problems is to use a Decision Support System (DSS). Decision Support Systems (DSS) can assist aviation training institutions in making student selection decisions for the right operator ground support equipment (GSE) majors and will increase the efficiency of these decisions. Abstract

The world of banking has been transformed by using mobile-based applications in services and providing convenience to consumers. Android-based applications such as mobile banking are not yet fully attractive to users because of their security value. In the field of text mining, there is a method of analyzing user satisfaction through content sentiment analysis. The approach used by the author in this study is to use the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This research was processed with the python programming language where there is a textblob module for the process of analyzing the effectiveness of using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. From the results of the processing of this research, the accuracy of using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm is 0.8714 (87%)

Abstract

Interests have an important role in the career path because interests will affect a person's performance, passion and abilities during their educational studies. The problem that occurs is that based on a survey conducted by the Indonesian Career Center Network, it was found that 87% of students in Indonesia felt that they were wrong in deciding which major they were taking. This problem is because the majors they take do not match their interests. This problem can be prevented by detecting interest early on so that career paths can be planned appropriately. This study aims to provide a solution to this problem by building an interest detection expert system to support career path selection. Certainty Factor methods are used in determining the output of the expert system to be built with the adaptation of the interest test tool, called RIASEC. Testing is done by comparing the system output results with expert consultation. The test results showed that the expert detection system was able to answer the interest with an accuracy of 93%. Based on the test results, the solution in interest detection expert system could be used as a reference assessment in planning career path choices
