<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the law on protecting the rights of victims of the crime of human trafficking. This research uses normative juridical analysis and a statute approach. The sources of law in this study are based on primary and secondary sources of law, which refer to the norms contained in the legislation. Then the research results are described systematically to answer the questions that have been asked. Analysts of legal materials in this study use a grammatical-interpretation method, namely interpretation according to the grammar and words used for legislators to state their objectives. To protect the rights of victims of human trafficking, there are still dualisms in the TIP law and the Criminal Procedure Code in settlement of restitution for victims. This makes solving the problem of human trafficking difficult. In this case, it is necessary to review the substance of the TIP law; this is due to other issues as contained in this law.]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes the effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office. From this research, it can be described how the implementation of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office has been held for a long time, from 2015 to the present. The effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office is measured in order to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the Cash to Account Innovation program at the Tasikmalaya Post Office reaches the goals that have been set previously, which are known from the program effectiveness indicators by Ni Wayan Budiani, namely accuracy program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The in-depth interviews were conducted by researchers using a purposeful sampling technique where the researchers interviewed the post office financial manager, service manager, customer service and post office service users. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the cash to account innovation program at the Tasikmalaya post office has not yet been achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesian national education, the concept of decentralization is still a relatively recent one. It has been mandated by the government in Indonesia's Education Law number 20 of 2003. It is the goal of this research to examine the strategic concerns surrounding Indonesia's education decentralization strategy and then develop alternate strategies for putting them into action. The development of decentralized education is supposed to provide more space for stakeholders. Descriptive analysis and a qualitative method are used in this investigation. Researchers found that Indonesia's main challenges in implementing education policies are in quality control, financing, and teacher professionalism. This can serve as a guide for both central and regional governments to create powerful formulas for making appropriate policies so they can improve education quality. It is impossible to apply the decentralization concept without taking into consideration political and sociological considerations.]]>

<![CDATA[To be able to develop their potential, humans need education through the learning process. Language is a very important part of education, because of its function as a means of communication and introduction in the world of education. Therefore, policies in language education must be formulated in a comprehensive and visionary manner so that their implementation can be optimized and contribute to realizing the goals of national education. On the other hand, education policies must also accommodate the proportional use of the Indonesian language. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach and data sourced from various previous studies and studies. The results of this study found that language design as an effort to develop language in a more advanced direction includes three processes, namely design, implementation and evaluation. Indonesian has a position as the National Language and as the State Language.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the increase in knowledge sharing behavior in companies through knowledge management to increase individual innovation abilities. This study uses a qualitative type of research with a case-study approach that focuses on individual units within the company. The study was conducted on two digital banks in Indonesia. The analysis was used to test the suitability between resources, the data analysis used the triangulation method and the data presentation was carried out using the descriptive method. Based on the results of research and analysis, it can be seen that bank company X and company bank Y have implemented KSB with formal and informal techniques. However, informal techniques have a direct positive impact on increasing the quality and innovation capacity of individuals, which in turn can make a positive contribution to the company's new services and products in accordance with market demands that are changing rapidly due to technological disruption.]]>

<![CDATA[E-Commerce is often referred to as one of the drivers of economic growth in Indonesia. The huge potential of e-commerce cannot be separated from the development of internet users in Indonesia. In 2015, internet users in Indonesia reached 93.4 million people, an increase quite rapidly when compared to 88.1 million people in 2014. The potential for e-commerce can be seen from the figure that 77% of internet use is used to find product information and shop online, online shop customers who reach 8.7 million people, and the transaction value is predicted to reach US$ 4.89 billion in 2016. Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have an important role in the national economy. MSMEs are required to make changes and innovations to increase competitiveness, one of which is by utilizing e-commerce. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from various MSMEs in Central Java. The results of this study indicate that technological factors and individual factors partially have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce adoption. On the other hand, organizational factors partially have a negative and insignificant effect on e-commerce adoption and environmental factors partially have positive and insignificant effects on e-commerce adoption in MSMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explains how the implementation of the Child Protection Policy in UPTP2TP2a Bandung City. The research method used is a qualitative approach using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the child's protection policy by UPT P2TP2A Bandung City was still not optimal. All cases of victims reported can be completed according to child protection procedures, but stabilization of performance is still needed. Therefore, to streamline the implementation of children's judicial procedures both victims and children, doors must open time efficiency and fast service in accordance with the criminal justice system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, collateralizable assets, investment opportunity set, and lagged dividend on dividend policy. The sample companies were selected using the purposive sampling technique. After selecting the sample, a sample of 35 samples from 7 companies was obtained multiplied by a 5 year period. The analysis in this study uses normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) profitability, collateralizable assets, investment opportunity set, and lagged dividend all have the same effect on dividend policy, with an adjusted R square value of 62.3%; 2) profitability has no effect on dividend policy; 3) assets that can be pledged as collateral have no effect on dividend policy; 4) investment opportunity set has no effect on dividend policy; and 5) lagged dividend has a positive effect on dividend policy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and profitability on stock returns in the Consumer Goods industry company simultaneously and partially. This method uses quantitative methods, the analytical technique used is descriptive statistics, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The determination of the sample was carried out using the purposive sampling method in the Consumer Goods industry company for the 2016-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously dividend policy, return on assets and return on equity have an effect on stock returns. Partially, only the dividend payout ratio has an effect on stock returns. Return on assets and return on equity partially have no effect on stock returns.]]>

Education is a picture and image of the community itself so that if the quality of education is good, the quality of the community is also good. Therefore, it is necessary to make an educational policy that does not only focus on the theory that will be developed by students. One of the efforts in creating education policy is to involve education and politics because education today cannot be separated from politics. Various education policies launched by the minister Nadiem Makarim often receive political visits from members of the council and also several mass organizations. This affects an important role in determining education policy. The success of future generations cannot unlock today's generation and the education it receives. It can be said that politics can make education in a country better or vice versa.]]>
