Abstract

Hal terpenting pada machine learning adalah fitur ekstraksi dari sebuah data mentah. Pada jurnal ini akan dijelaskan mengenai Implementasi Machine Learning untuk identifikasi orang batuk / bersin. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengklasifikasi suara bersin dan batuk pada situasi yang sulit seperti noise yang terdapat pada data mentah. Pekembangan kecerdasan buatan yang cukup pesat terutama pada klasifikasi suara menggunakan machine learning dapat membantu untuk membedakan batuk dan bersin berdasarkan suara. Dalam tugas akhir ini, algoritma Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) digunakan karena algoritma ini mampu mengklasifikasikan pola suara dari suatu data. Untuk menghasilkan program pendeteksi batuk penulis membuat 3 program utama yaitu Pre-Processing, Training, dan Prediction. Melalui metode yang digunakan, Implementasi Machine Learning untuk identifikasi orang batuk / bersin mampu mencapai nilai rata-rata akurasi 68,52%, presisi 88,10% dan recall 62,03%.

Abstract

Big cities are currently implementing the smart city concept, where Internet of Things (IoT) sensors are placed on the roads, then the data is collected and processed by smart devices to solve urban problems. IoT implementation is suitable using LoRa technology. In this paper, distance testing is carried out on point to point communications with LoRa in urban areas at a frequency of 915 MHz. The RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) parameter value is what is observed, and the log normal shadowing model is used to compare the RSSI values computationally. The test results for the farthest distance were 3.37 km with an RSSI value of -104.5 dBm. The error value between the measured and calculated RSSI values is 7.3% where a path loss exponent (n) of 1.6 from the measurement results.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sumber tenaga listrik alternatif sangat dibutuhkan ketika cadangan bahan bakar minyak dunia semakin menipis. Dalam upaya tersebut maka dibutuhkanlah sumber energi yang tidak terbatas seperti tenaga surya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimal kinerja dari suatu panel surya adalah pengaruh suhu, shadding effect, dan bahan pembuat sel surya itu sendiri. Panel sel surya ini harus dalam kondisi optimal setiap saatnya. Karena panel surya disimpan pada rooftop maka panel ini rentan terkena shadding effect. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai acuan serta untuk menghilangkan shadding effect pada panel surya secara otomatis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu identifikasi masalah, observasi lapangan, perencanaan konsep, diagram alir serta skematik perancangan meliputi perancangan pyranometer dan solar cell, perancangan water pump, perancangan panel surya, perancangan motor DC, perancangan RTC. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa, alat pembersih alat pembersih ini dapat lebih memaksimalkan penyerapan yang dimana didapat nilai total daya yang dihasilkan sebelum pembersihan sebesar 162,93W dan sesudah dibersihkan naik menjadi 180,69W. Daya yang diperlukan untuk melakukan pembersihan jika wiper naik sebesar 21,55W dan jika wiper turun sebesar 18,67W. hasil ini pun dapat berubah berdasarkan set point yang digunakan hasil tersebut menggunakan perbandingan 15 w/m2.

Abstract

Harga minyak mentah dunia sudah mencapai titik kestabilan, setelah dua tahun dunia di landa pademi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan harga minyak mentah dunia jatuh. Dengan kejadian ini, maka dilakukanlah berbagai penelitian tentang prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia di masa mendatang. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu alat prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia dengan menggunakan teknik data mining. Didalam penelitian prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia ini, kami melakukan prediksi dengan algoritma forecasting dengan metode Prophet. Hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, maka dapat diketahui bahwa metode Prophet menghasilkan prediksi harga minyak mentah dunia di angka rata-rata 42,61 USD/bbl atau kira-kira dikisaran harga 23,62 USD/bbl sampai 60,83 USD/bbl di bulan Agustus 2027.

Abstract

Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) dalam beroperasi menggunakan dua sumber daya yaitu bolak balik (AC) dan searah (DC). Baterai merupakan alat penting untuk menampung sumber DC dari rectifier agar dapat dimanfaatkan dengan efisien. Baterai ini akan mensuplai daya untuk dipergunakan mesin dan peralatan yang memerlukan sumber DC. Baterai dengan nilai efisiensi baik maka menunjukkan baterai masih berkualitas bagus sehingga masih aman untuk digunakan. Metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara langsung di lokasi pemeliharaan baterai GIS Waru untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil dari menganalisis data pemeliharaan baterai di GIS Waru diketahui bahwa baterai unit 1 110 VDC di GIS Waru masih layak untuk digunakan karena mempunyai kapasitas pengosongan sebesar 286 Ah dengan waktu pengosongan selama 7 jam dan memiliki efisien sebesar 137,5%.  Penelitian ini dapat menjadi penilaian baterai dalam memastikan kelayakan untuk dapat dimanfaatkan kembali. Kata Kunci: Baterai, Efisiensi, GIS Waru, Uji Kapasitas

Abstract

Di akhir-akhir ini robot banyak dipergunakan di berbagai bidang pekerjaan dan bidang pemerintahan, perkembangan robot dari taun ketaun cukup pesat yang ditopang dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangant masif. Dalam beberapa kondisi pekerjaan manusia memerlukan bantuan peralatan untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang sifatnya berulang. Kurang akurasinya pekerjaan manusia dalam hal yang berulang menjadi kendala dalam kulitas hasil perkerjaan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk meralakukan perancangan robot lengan dengan berbaiss pada kecerdasan buatan yang menggunakan kendali smartphone. Penggunaan komponen pelengkap dalam perancangan terdiri dari Arduino Uno yang digunakan untuk pengolah input sensor sehingga dapat mengendalikan lengan robot. Robot lengan 5 DOF (Degree Of Freedom) menggunakan motor servo sebagai penggerak utama. Penelitian menggunakan metode research and development, dimana penelitian yang dilakukan mempelajari dan mengembangkan penelitian sebelumnya. Estimasi waktu yang diperlukan untuk sekali proses pemindahan barang berkisar ± 4 detik. Hasil yang pengujian didapat dimana pergerakan robot dengan motor servo dapat bekerja berdasarkan inputan yang telah dilakukan oleh Aplikasi Antar Muka MIT App Inventor.

Abstract

Inverter is an electronic circuit to convert DC power source into AC. In general, the inverter will produce a relatively large Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) value so that it will result in damage to electronic devices, to minimize this, a multilevel inverter is made which can reduce the THD value by increasing the level using the switching method. In this research a 9-level cascaded H-Bridge topology cascaded H-Bridge topology simulation is designed to identify the output of this multilevel inverter. The addition of R, RL, RC, RLC, and induction motor loads affects the THD value. To calculate THD, we use Fast Fourier Transfer (FFT) on MATLAB Simulink. The no-load test results produced a THDv of 13.90%. In the R load test the resulting THDv and THDi values were 13.91%. In the RL load test it produces a THDv value of 13.91%, and a THDi of 0.2% to 0.12%. In the RC load test it produces a THDv value of 13.91% to 13.85%, and a THDi of 15.55% to 70.53%. The RLC load test produced a THDv value of 13.91% and the lowest THDi was 0.06%. In the load test, the induction motor produces a THDv value of 13.91% to 13.92%, and a THDi of 0.88% to 0.25%.

Abstract

The use of Hazard lights on vehicles is not in accordance with traffic rules so that it often results in accidents. Hazard lights are widely misused and often confuse the driver behind. Based on this, the study made a smart Hazard tool to minimize the number of accidents. The research method used in this study is an experimental method. This smart Hazard makes the Hazard lights turn off automatically without pressing the Hazard light switch when the right and left turn signals are turned on.  This tool can be simulated in Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) type vehicles with negative controllers and only requires a very small power of 0.398 Watts when the hazard lights are on and the turn signal is on so as not to make the battery consumption large and the voltage considered reasonable so as not to affect other electricity.

Abstract

One of the factory equipment that is very important in the cement production process is the suspension preheater used to heat cement raw materials before entering the rotary kiln for the combustion process or clinkerization process to produce clinker which in the next stage is ground into cement. In a suspension preheater kiln system, using a damper is vital because it regulates the flow of hot gas and material in the kiln and adjusts to the operating parameters of the equipment. Therefore, damper operation is reliable and meets safety regulations. One of the dampers used in the suspension preheater system at the Indarung V factory is a fresh air damper which functions to limit the temperature of the gas in the suspension preheater which will be pulled by the ID Fan so that overheating does not occur in the ID Fan impeller. In its operations, the fresh air damper at the Indarung V cement factory often experiences malfunctions caused by damage to the damper actuator due to exposure to heat from hot gases passed through the damper. This project aims to increase the reliability of the damper actuator and minimize maintenance costs, namely by modifying the mechanical power transmission design from the actuator to the damper shaft to reduce the impact of exposure to hot gases and modifying the actuator type from a modulating type to an open-close actuator type following operational needs and PUIL 2011, as well as to meet personnel safety needs. According to the results of commissioning tests and observations carried out from early August 2023 to November 2023, it was found that the test results and performance of the fresh air damper using the open-close actuator type damper functioned according to process requirements without experiencing damage to the actuator caused by exposure to heat in its operation.

Abstract

Agriculture is a vital sector in the global economy, and to meet the growing demand, efficient management of water resources is a must. Amidst increasing climate instability, Internet of Things (IoT) technology has emerged as a potential solution. This research aims to develop an IoT-based smart irrigation system with fuzzy logic for sunflower plants. The system is designed to monitor and regulate water use automatically, increase productivity, and reduce waste of natural resources. This research uses an experimental model with the Mamdani method in fuzzy inference. It involves hardware (sensors), software (fuzzy logic), and IoT system. The results of this system implementation show that the system successfully performs watering management according to its environmental conditions.
