Abstract

This study aims to track the advancement of "Pentahelix"-related research. Scopus searches were used for this research. A flowchart illustrating the stages of the bibliometric analysis employed in this study's research methodology is provided. Software like Biblioshiny and VOSviewer are utilized as research aids. Forty-seven documents were included in the search results, exported as RIS and BibTex files, and processed using the VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. It is known from the search results that there are 5 clusters and six authors who work together to write scholarly publications on "Pentahelix." "Pentahelix" research varied from year to year. Padjajaran University is the affiliate with the most publications. Indonesia has the most publications, followed by Australia, China, Ethiopia, Kenya, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain, England, and Italy. IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental SCI is a publication source with many scientific papers on the "Pentahelix," it is the affiliate with the most publications. Indonesia has produced the most "Petahelix" papers overall. The findings of this study will help government sector activists work together to advance the timely study of their respective scientific domains.Keywords: Pentahelix, VosViewer, Biblioshiny, Scopus.

Abstract

As a government directly engaged with the community, villages are the main focus of community empowerment because most of Indonesia's territory is in the countryside. Independent management of village finances through allocating village funds has made villages more independent to achieve a just, prosperous, and prosperous society. In managing the allocation of village funds in Jayasampurna Village, problems such as the need for more community involvement in village fund allocation activities for community empowerment were found. This study uses qualitative methods to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behaviors. This study aims to determine the management of village fund allocation in improving community empowerment in Jayasampurna Village by using the management theory from George R. Terry, which consists of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising. The study results show that the planning indicators are pretty good because they have held a hamlet-level deliberation (MUSDUS). The organization also went well, as seen from the Village Head, who gave directions to the team members. The Jayasampurna Village Government also constantly monitors and evaluates activities that have been realized. However, the mobilization indicators need to be improved because many people are unaware of the village fund allocation program, so the community is less involved. The supervision indicators are also not good because of the lack of socialization regarding managing village fund allocation, so the community is not involved in supervision. Therefore, the Jayasampurna Village government needs to increase transparency and socialization of the program through various media so that the community can be actively involved in supervision and implementation. This step is vital to ensure that allocating village funds is beneficial for community empowerment and improving the village economy.Keywords: Community, Empowerment, Government, Management, Village, Village Fund Allocation

Abstract

Dana Desa or village funds have contributed in increasing the village's infrastructure development and community empowerment. Therefore, it must be managed and utilized appropriately. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of the village funds in Sumberejo Village, Batuwarno District, Wonogiri Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are gained through in-depth interviews, observation, and study literature. The results show that the management of village funds was designed to meet the needs and priorities of village development policies. These policies are contained in the RPJMDesa. The community manages infrastructure development through a self-management system and involves third parties on a contractual basis. On the other hand, business units manage community empowerment activities at BUMDesa. The monitoring stage only refers to the budget via the APBDesa Accountability Report, not the process. Abstract

Village development planning is important to achieve the set goals, but the development of Pasawahan Village so far has not been based on spatial use, so it is unable to answer problems and explore existing local potential. This research aims to study development priorities in spatial planning and village innovation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a SWOT analysis. The research results for priority activities in the development sector include the provision of village health post (poskesdes), a reading garden, and village infrastructure, and the priority in the development empowerment sector is training on appropriate technology for agricultural production, waste processing sites – reduce, reuse, recycle (TPS3R), and village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). Abstract

This research aims to look at efforts of inclusive development in eastern Indonesia and what challenges occur in its development. Researchers see that inclusive and sustainable infrastructure development can be one of the answers or efforts to solve development problems in eastern Indonesia. Recent literature about infrastructure development in East Indonesia is used in this research. We grouping it with the core of SDG’s to see is the development in Indonesia is paying attention to inclusive and sustainable aspect or not. This research found that inclusive development could have a significant impact on Eastern Indonesia in the future, where community participation could actually assist in improving other aspects such as the economy and environmental sustainability. However, some challenges such as awareness of education and gender equality still need to be addressed, while some literatures consider this to be the most important or common issue in infrastructure development, especially in eastern Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat penyandang disabilitas di Kota Pekanbaru. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian adalah jumlah penyandang disabilitas cenderung meningkat sejak tahun 2017 hingga 2021 dan Dinas Sosial telah melakukan pembinaan serta pemberdayaan bagi penyandang disabilitas melalui kebijakan peraturan daerah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan yang diberikan oleh pimpinan sebagai pelaksana kebijakan sudah baik, hal ini ditandai dengan adanya komitmen dan dorongan dari pimpinan agar kebijakan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas terselenggara tepat sasaran. Hal ini yang menjadi penguat dari implementasi tersebut adalah adanya ruang kerjasama yang dibuka oleh pemerintah terhadap pihak eksternal yang memiliki perhatian kepada penyandang disabilitas sehingga berkontribusi positif dalam proses pembinaan dan pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas. Kesimpulannya, implementasi pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat penyandang disabilitas sudah terselenggara dengan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keenam dimensi, hanya satu dimensi yang belum memadai yaitu pada dimensi sumber daya menunjukkan bahwa adanya sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai baik dari segi jumlah maupun kualitas, dan adanya keterbatasan sarana praarana khususnya terkait dengan kepemilikan gedung pemerintah untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat penyandang disabilitas. Sementara itu Dinas Sosial masih menghadapi permasalahan atau kendala berupa masih adanya masyarakat penyandang disabilitas yang belum terdata dan enggan membuka diri untuk dibina dan diberdayakan. Abstract

The limited number of products registered with the Indonesian FDA by MSMEs is primarily attributable to their ignorance of the procedures involved in obtaining product authorization. The Samarinda provincial office of the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration has launched the "Si Jebol" program, which assists MSMSEs in obtaining product authorization. This study aims to determine how the policy of ease of business licensure for pharmaceutical and food micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) affected product authorization in the province of East Kalimantan from 2018 to the first semester of 2023. This research methodology employs a descriptive qualitative analysis of secondary data obtained from the Samarinda annual reports of the provincial office of the Indonesian FDA. The findings indicate that the convenience of business licensing policy, which was executed by the Provincial office of the Indonesian FDA in Samarinda, effectively stimulates the issuance of product authorization permits. The obstacles encountered by MSMEs during the registration process for product authorization may serve as the foundation for future policies designed to assist MSMEs. Additional research on the challenges encountered by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is crucial in order to establish intervention strategies that the provincial office of the Indonesian FDA in Samarinda can implement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan pemuda melalui ajang duta wisata dalam peningkatan promosi pariwisata di Kota Balikpapan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi; kemudian dianalisis sesuai dengan tahapan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pemberdayaan pemuda melalui ajang duta wisata memenuhi tujuh dari sembilan indikator pada dimensi pemberdayaan yang digunakan. Dari keenam dimensi, pada dimensi authority dan support masih didapati memerlukan perhatian lebih untuk dapat diberikan kepada duta wisata dari Dinas Pemuda Olah Raga dan Pariwisata Kota Balikpapan. Dari hasil penelitian penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan pemuda melalui ajang duta wisata merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang cukup berhasil, yang dibuktikan melalui terpenuhinya tujuh dari sembilan indikator. Abstract

Penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak. Data jumlah kemiskinan di kota Pontianak menunjukkan adanya kenaikan dan penurunan. Namun melonjak jumlahnya di tahun 2020 yang sebelumnya 29.171 jiwa menjadi 30.700 jiwa dan kemudian menurun lagi jumlahnya di tahun 2022 menjadi 29.610 jiwa. Oleh karena itu, sudah menjadi tugas pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelatihan Kerja dan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (UPT PKPTK) Kota Pontianak untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskrtiptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak sudah berjalan baik hal ini dilihat dari indikator kesesuaian antara program dan pemanfaatan, kesesuaian antara program dengan organisasi, serta kesesuaian antara kelompok pemanfaat dan organisasi pelaksana. Abstract

The study focuses on the persistent lack of progress in the welfare of farmers in Ngawi Regency. This study seeks to ascertain the function of BUM Desa in fostering community empowerment, focusing on a case study conducted at BUM Desa Loh Jinawi, Dawu Village, Paron Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, East Java Province. The research employed a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing an inductive approach. Data gathering procedures encompass several methods such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data is subsequently subjected to the stages of data condensation, data display, and generating and validating conclusions for analysis (Miles, M. B., Huberman, A. M., & Saldana, 2014). The role of BUM Desa is reviewed through five dimensions according to Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa), which then has a correlation with indicators of community empowerment (Mardikanto & Soebianto, 2019). Based on the results of the research, it is known that BUM Desa Loh Jinawi has a role as a producer of various community needs, an incubator for community businesses and in other functions that contribute to community empowerment, although the scope is still limited. The results of this study also show that the role and efforts of the BUM in Loh Jinawi Village have been able to increase the income of the farming community in Dawu Village.Keywords: BUM Desa, Community Empowerment, Increased Income
