The F test shows that Fcount is 938.069 with a significant 0.000 indicating that IOS, profitability, investment decisions, dividend policy, and CSR simultaneously affect company value. The coefficient of determination (R2) IOS, profitability, investment decisions, dividend policy, and CSR have an influence on company value of 96.7% while the remaining 3.3% is influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of the tests conducted, it can be recommended to use proxies for IOS, profitability, dividend policy, and CSR in assessing company value, because these proxies have a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

The community continues to develop very dynamically related to rules or laws that must always be updated or new laws are created, or the existence of a community culture that has existed for a long time but has not been legalized in the form of written law. Indonesia is a country that is famous for its diverse culture, spiritual life in Indonesia is very thick, making people in some areas have faith or even the ability to see things that are supernatural or learn magic where one of them is witchcraft. For protection and legal certainty relating to the crime of witchcraft among the public, and preventing the occurrence of vigilante actions against someone accused of being a witch, it is necessary to have a criminal law policy against the crime of witchcraft and a criminal law policy has an important role because the Criminal Code we adopted from Dutch colonialism did not regulate the problem of witchcraft. The purpose of this research is to find out about the concept of witchcraft offenses according to positive law in Indonesia and to find out the Law of Proving the crime of witchcraft in the Criminal Law Reform in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a normative legal research method or also referred to as doctrinal legal research which is sourced from library law materials. Thus, it is undeniable that regulations governing this issue are indispensable for law enforcement in Indonesia, because so far there have been many victims. The debates that have been going on so far have mostly led to proof, while witchcraft has not been proven because it is still difficult to accept logically

The research method used is quantitative analysis method. The data collection method in this research is the documentation method. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Purposive sampling method was used in taking research samples. The variables of this research consist of four independent variables, namely X1, Profitability as a proxy for Return On Assets (ROA); X2, Liquidity proxied by Current Ratio (CR; X3, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) proxied by Market to Book Value of Equity (MBVE) and X4, Company Size (size) as proxied by Ln Net Total Assets Dividend Policy Variable which is proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as the dependent variable Y. The conclusion in this research is that simultaneously ROA (X1), CR (X2), IOS (X3) and Size (X4) have a significant effect on DPR (Y). only one independent variable, namely CR has a positive and significant effect on DPR, while the ROA, IOS, Size variables have no significant effect on DPR (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 18.5%, which means ROA, CR, IOS, and Size is able to explain the DPR variable by 18.5%, while the remaining 81.5% is explained by other variables other than the variables of this research.

Abstract

Motorcycles are a practical and economical means of transportation to use. People prefer to use private vehicles because the mass transportation system in Indonesia is not yet good. There is a discrepancy between the size of the motorcycle seat and the static seat anthropometry of students. This mismatch can result in ergonomic risks to the driver and result in traffic accidents. In the Central Java area, especially the city of Kendal, there is a high interest in this mode of transportation. The people have diverse tastes in the selection of motorbikes, some prefer automatic motorbikes and some prefer sport motorbikes. The decision in buying a motorcycle has several considerations made by consumers before deciding to buy a motorcycle, including ergonomics. How to get information by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Using validity and testing. From the results of the validity test with the purchase of an automatic motorcycle, all indicators are valid, so it is stated that it is appropriate to buy an automatic motorcycle. With a reliable test with the purchase of an automatic motorcycle, all indicators are reliable, so it is declared consistent in product purchases.

Abstract

Fish consumption in Indonesia has increased in the last 5 years. Tilapia includes five types of fish that account for more than 80% of the total production. This shows that the cultivation of tilapia using pond ponds also has a great opportunity to become a business. By simulating the cultivation of tilapia first before the cultivation process is carried out, the research costs become cheaper because there is no need to carry out an experimental cultivation process that costs money to buy broodstock and cultivation equipment. Monte Carlo was chosen as the simulation method because Monte Carlo Simulation is a method for evaluating a deterministic model involving random numbers as one of the inputs. The results showed that the number of tilapia harvests at the end of cultivation carried out in 6 months was 802 and the profit that could be obtained at the end of cultivation was Rp. 37,554,274.00.

Abstract

There are 421 blood bank in Indonesia, only 12 blood bank used NAT method to test transfusion transmitted disease. Whereas NAT is a moleculer test is recommended by WHO to detect window period. These study is to describe transfusion transmitted disease using NAT and CLIA method on exposure to Hepatitis B virus in Red Cross Semarang City periode April-December 2019. The result of NAT and CLIA are diviaded to two groups, reactive or non-reactive on exposure of Hepatiti B virus. The method used in this research is a descriptived method which is analyzed with univariat. The variabel was obtained from medical record from Red Cross Semarang city which consist of reactive or nonreactive in NAT and CLIA as much 6.931 population. The samples used in this study are 100 samples, using the purposive sampling technique with predefined criteria. In 100 samples, we found 19 reactive test with NAT methods, 17 reactive test with NAT and CLIA and finally found 64 non reactive with NAT and CLIA. From the population of 6.931, only 36 is reactive with NAT only, or both NAT and CLIA (19 reactive on NAT methods and 17 reactive on NAT and CLIA methods). As the result only 0,5% is reactive, so NAT and CLIA are important test for blood safety requirements.
