Abstract

Food insecurity is becoming an increasingly urgent problem in the modern world, particularly in urban areas, which frequently have a high degree of reliance on the food supply provided by outside sources. Urban farming as a concept has the potential to be an appealing solution to this problem and could be one way to address it. The purpose of this research is to examine the viability of urban farming as a strategy for enhancing the food security of people who live in cities. This investigation takes a qualitative approach and makes use of descriptive research tools. The findings of the study indicate that urban farming involves the growing of a variety of plants, including those used for food and ornamentation, as well as the raising of fish, chickens, and bees. The benefits of urban farming include the ability to satiate the need for high-quality food, the generation of new employment opportunities, the promotion of a higher intake of freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, the enhancement of both physical and mental health, and the establishment of a wholesome natural environment. Increasing the food security of families can be accomplished through urban farming in many different forms, such as living stalls and fish growing in buckets, as just two examples.

Abstract

The relationship between medical personnel and the patient in carrying out their services as health workers is not uncommon with events where health workers ignore a patient's rights until a problem or dispute arises. Mediation is one of the means in alternative dispute resolution outside the court. The regulation regarding the settlement of disputes through mediation is regulated in Article 29 of Law Number 36 of 2009, where the article regulates mediation but does not clearly explain what mediation means, more specifically it is not explained about mediation efforts which result in implicit in its regulation, so it needs to be researched. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research method where this is done by researching library materials or what is often said with secondary data in the form of positive law. The results of this discussion show that in the event of a dispute, the dispute can be resolved.

Abstract

As a state of law, the laws regulated in Indonesia will always develop along with the times to meet the needs of Indonesian society. The enactment of the Fiduciary Guarantee Law (UUJF) Number 42 of 1999 is sufficient to fulfill the needs of the community in the practice of consumer financing with the Fiduciary Guarantee system, in which it regulates how to carry out Fiduciary Guarantee and the form of legal protection for both Creditors and Debtors. Article 36 of UUJF states that a Fiduciary who transfers, mortgages, or leases an object of Fiduciary Guarantee as referred to in Article 23 Sub (2) of UUJF without the prior written consent of the Fiduciary Recipient shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 2 (two) years and a maximum fine of Rp 50,000,000,- (fifty million rupiah). The need to provide legal certainty in order to form legal protection from a rule of law. So by registering the Fiduciary Guarantee deed at the Registration Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the inclusion of a clause containing the prohibition of transferring the object of the Fiduciary Guarantee in the agreement deed is the right step in protecting the parties. Therefore, any transfer of the Fiduciary Guarantee object must be based on the provisions in the UUJF, so that there is legal protection for the Creditor in the event that the Debtor transfers the Fiduciary Guarantee object that has not been registered without the Creditor's permission.
