Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, development, and information technology on employee performance at KPN "Jaya" Guru SDN Raba. The population is 45 employees and the sample is 45 employees and the research is associative. Data collection techniques are observation, and filling out questionnaires, and literature study. The independent and dependent variables are the variables used in this study. The independent variables are training (X1), development (X2), and information technology (X3) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The analysis technique uses quantitative analysis, namely multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. hypothesis testing using t test. the results of hypothesis testing using t test obtained tcount Variable X1 = (3.775) Variable X2 = (2.800) Variable X3 = (2.845) is greater than ttable (2.016) then it can be concluded that there is an influence between training, development, and information technology on employee performance at KPN “Jaya” Guru SDN Raba

Abstract

We have experienced Covid 19 for 2 years, what we call the covid 19 pandemic, the policy to maintain distance to reduce the spread of the covid 19 virus has changed the learning process from a face-to-face model to an online learning model. The lecture learning process is carried out online with the obligation to maintain and pay attention to the quality of learning so that maximum learning outcomes are achieved, as well as paying attention to the learning motivation of the students themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of learning motivation and learning quality on student learning outcomes during the pandemic. Where the respondents of this study were students of the Sukma College of Management Sciences (STIM) who were active until 2020. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. This study concluded that there was a partial and simultaneous influence between learning motivation and learning quality on student learning outcomes during the pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the influence of brand ambassadors on buyer decisions on the shopee platform. (2) the influence of brand ambassadors on buyer decisions on the Tokopedia platform. (3) to compare the influence of brand ambassadors on buyer decisions on the shopee and tokopedia platforms. The research method used is a comparative quantitative research method, the number of samples processed is 45 respondents, the sample collection technique uses incidental sampling and the sampling technique uses a questionnaire which is processed using Data Processing Software. Based on the linearity test on the shopee and Tokopedia respondents' data, there is a linear relationship between the brand ambassador variable and the purchasing decision variable. Based on the results of the correlation test, shopee has a brand ambassador relationship and the buyer's decision is positive, strong and unidirectional. Results sig. (2-tailed) obtained is 0.02 < 0.05. Tokopedia correlation test has a relationship between brand ambassador and buyer's decision is positive, strong and unidirectional. Results sig. (2-tailed) obtained is 0.01 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination of shopee respondents' data, the influence of brand ambassadors on buyer decisions is 31.4% while the influence of brand ambassadors on buyer decisions at Tokopedia is 53.9%. Based on the results of simple linear regression shopee shows the value of sig. 0.002≤0.05 so that it has an influence on shopee data, while Tokopedia data shows a sig value. 0.001≤0.05 which can be interpreted as having an influence between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions. The results of the t-test (hypothesis) on the shopee respondent's data tcount < ttable or (3.451>2.060) with a sig value of 0.02. Meanwhile, in Tokopedia, tcount > ttable (4,190 > 2,145) with a sig value of 0.01

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus that entered Indonesia, especially the city of Medan, forced the government to cancel face-to-face learning activities and replace them with online learning. This makes some students have difficulty understanding the learning provided by the lecturer online, as well as the eighth semester who carries out online thesis guidance using several learning applications. This difficulty brings students to stress, besides they do not understand the lecturer's instructions plus pressure from their families who force them to finish their thesis as soon as possible. Communication is the solution to this problem. Good form and communication will reduce the impact of stress on students and can motivate them to go through the implementation of the thesis without heavy stress

Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a credit guarantee program, where this program is channeled to MSMEs who need additional loan funds for their businesses. After the program runs, the guarantor institution ensures that the program has been running productively or effectively so that the target for the distribution of the KUR program is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) and its effect on improving the performance of micro and small enterprises. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that occurs. Descriptive research focuses on the actual problem as it was at the time the research took place. Through descriptive research, the company tries to describe events and events that are the center of attention without special treatment for these events. The last stage in data analysis is drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that KUR can be said to be effective, because it has met the specified requirements
