Abstract

The allocation of workers is very much needed by the company. But in reality the company is difficult to place employees in every allocation. But with the development of existing technology, it can be minimized by calculating the cost of each worker and each allocation by utilizing existing data and extraction to generate new knowledge. Implementation of operational research techniques using hungarian methods and tested using a system or application as a decision tree to assign some decent workers to be placed on existing jobs within the company. The extension process can show the group of employee data that fall into the category of workers and the allocation so as to optimize the costs that are out by the company. So PT.Ira Widya Utama Medan can be a reference to take decisions in assigning and allocating employees next.

Abstract

This study aims to see how Self Concepts and Entrepreneurship courses affect students' interest in entrepreneurship among students of semester VII STMIK Budi Darma with a sample of 25 people and by using SPSS 20.00 obtained the results of the regression equation Y = 5.776 + 0.177 X1 + 0.714X2 + e. This shows that the Entrepreneurship Subject Variable is the most influential variable on the interest of STMIK Budi Darma students to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus that entered Indonesia, especially the city of Medan, forced the government to cancel face-to-face learning activities and replace them with online learning. This makes some students have difficulty understanding the learning provided by the lecturer online, as well as the eighth semester who carries out online thesis guidance using several learning applications. This difficulty brings students to stress, besides they do not understand the lecturer's instructions plus pressure from their families who force them to finish their thesis as soon as possible. Communication is the solution to this problem. Good form and communication will reduce the impact of stress on students and can motivate them to go through the implementation of the thesis without heavy stress

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membuat dan memaksa para siswa dan siswi untuk tetap belajar dengan kondisi di dalam rumah, mulanya system seperti ini sangat disukai dan diterima siswa dan siswi, namun seiring berjalannya waktu lama kelamaan siswa dan siswi mulai jenuh dan bosan, apalagi saat diberikan tugas oleh para guru.  Ada beberapa tugas yang belum dipahami siswa dan siswi, namun mereka kurang paham jika  bertanya melalui perantara bantuan alat seperti telepon atau aplikasi sosial media.  Hal inilah yang membuat mereka menjadi stress untuk mengerjakannya, sementara tekanan dari keluarga agar mereka menyelesaikan semua tugas yang diberikan membuat mereka semakin stress.  Sosialisasi Manajemen stress ini membantu mereka untuk mengurangi stress, beban tugas, mengajarkan mereka cara agar menghadapi tugas agar jangan sampai numpuk yang ujungnya pasti mereka sendiri akan stress duluan saat akan memulai mengerjakannya.  Kegiatan ini mengajarkan pada mereka bahaya stress, cara mengatasi stress, terutama stress menghadapi tugas yang diberikan guru dengan membuat jadwal kegiatan sehari hari dan cara mematuhinya, dan terakhir cara mengatasi stress dengan mengalihkannya ke hal hal yang positif.

Abstract

Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya terletak di Desa Sinunukan III yang merupakan ibukota kecamatan Sinunukan yang terletak di kab. Mandailing Natal, Prov. Sumatera Utara. Kecamatan ini termasuk kawasan pantai barat Sumatera Utara dengan komoditas utama masyarakatnya pertanian dan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan yaitu PT. Sago Nauli dan PT. Gruti. Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya bekerja sama dengan PT. Sago Nauli untuk mengolah hasil perkebunan kelapa sawit milik warga setempat dengan sistem perkebunan kelapa sawit plasma, yaitu perkebunan kelapa sawit milik warga yang perawatan dan pengembangannya dilakukan oleh PT. Sago Nauli melalui perantaraan Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya. Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya mengelola lahan seluas 621 kapling atau setara dengan 1242 hektar lahan kelapa sawit, dan memiliki anggota sebanyak 691 anggota aktif. Dengan banyaknya anggota yang di miliki maka pembuatan surat-menyurat juga harus terdokumentasi dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang di miliki oleh Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya. Selama ini pegawai tata usaha Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya hanya menggunakan Microsoft Office Word untuk membuat surat-menyurat sehingga akan sangat menyulitkan dan memakan waktu yang lama jika ingin membuat surat dalam jumlah yang besar untuk di kirimkan kepada anggota ataupun surat keluar. Dengan melakukan pelatihan kepada pengurus Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya tersebut maka pengurus dapat memahami cara membuat surat menyurat dengan mudah, cepat, efektif dan efisien dan semua surat dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik

Abstract

Komunikasi adalah kebutuhan yang paling penting bagi seseorang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Apabila ingin menyampaikan ide, gagasan maksud dan tujuan kepada orang lain dibutuhkan komunikasi. Cara berkomunikasi juga memiliki etika, mulai dari intonasi suara, pemilihan kata dan kalimat agar pihak penerima pesan mengerti isi pesan dan tidak menyinggung perasaan. Di Era digital ini masyarakat lebih sering menggunakan komunikasi secara tulisan. Dimana komunikasi yang dilakukan secara tulisan terkadang memiliki makna berbeda dari pesan yang dikirim oleh penerima pesan. Masyarakat khususnya kaum muda lebih senang melakukan komunikasi tertulis melalui media sosial.  Media sosial merupakan salah satu sarana untuk menyebarkan informasi dengan cepat dan tempat menjalin silaturahmi,.  Saat ini dapat kita lihat sedikit pergeseran penggunaan media sosial yang  bergerak menjadi ajang tempat saling menghujat, penyebaran informasi palsu, penyebaran konten negatif yang ujungnya tentu hal ini akan meresahkan masyarakat. Pengguna  media sosial terbesar adalah remaja, peran orang tua sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam hal pengawasan. Namun tidak semua orang tua yang  melakukan pengawaasn ketat kepada anaknya dalam hal ini. Pembekalan dari dalam diri setiap  remaja itu yang perlu diterapkan. Remaja adalah usia yang haus akan informasi informasi baru, maka pembekalan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengajarkan kepada mereka hal yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilihat, ditampilkan, diketik, disebarkan dan dibaca, karena setiap hal yang mereka sebarkan akan ada hukum UU ITE yang mengawasinya.

Abstract

The corona virus that emerged in early 2020 globally has made massive changes to occur in the world. Starting from the economy, politics to education were affected. The change that has been felt in the world of education is the global implementation of independent study at home. Lecturers are required to deliver learning material through on line, face to face is no longer allowed. Various applications can be used as a means of delivering material. Google classroom is an option that is generally used by educators to deliver material.In this study using SSS 20.00 with the number of questionnaires as many as 30 semester IV Diploma III students of Budi Darma University which aims to see whether there is a relationship between the appearance of Google Classroom and student satisfaction in receiving subject matter Personality Development, Ease of use of Google Classroom on student satisfaction with receiving subject matter. self-development courses and whether the appearance and ease of use of Google Classroom simultaneously affect student satisfaction in receiving self-development course material.

Abstract

To increase customer interest in the purchase of a product, companies must jointly maximize appropriately what is needed customer. Promotion is important factor  to increase the interest of the customer purchase. Store Interior is also an important factor to increase the interest of customer purchase. Currently the retail industry such as Indomaret Johor has decreased the number of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and interior toward customer purchase interest Indomaret Johor. This type of research is quantitative. Sources of data obtained through field research and library research. The number of samples taken from 25 people Indomaret customers Johor. This study used SPSS V.20 and multiple linear regression. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysisto analyze the impact of promotions and store interiors to the interest of customer’s purchase. The analysis showed that the variables of sale and store interior have a significant influence on interest of the customer purchase Indomaret Johor. This show that promotion and store interior as benefit for customers that will affect the buying interest of customers to maka a purchase.This research provides benefits for compaies in order to prioritize in managing the promotion and store interior more effectively because customers prefer promotions and store interior to make a purchase

Abstract

In Physics subjects, so far the students have learned, among others, electronic coupling and the introduction of electronic components without any visual simulation with special media or electronic software. The availability of supporting learning media that minimally inhibits the creation of effective learning activities. To overcome the lack of availability of laboratory equipment in Citra Harapan High School Percut Sei Tuan especially in experiments with dynamic electric circuits, software called Electronic Workbench 5.12 was used which was developed in the form of a simulation. With the existence of service activities carried out, it is expected that students are able to understand electronic design, capable of assembling simple electronic components using EWB.
