Abstract

This study aims to determine and analize the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on profit growth. This type of research is associative. The population used in this study is PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk for 24 years, from 1994 - 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 8 years. Data collection techniques used in this study are literature and documentation studies, data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, multiple linear correlation, determination test and partial t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that GPM and NPM partially do not affect earnings growth, and simultaneously GPM and NPM do not affect earnings growth

Abstract

The research aims to know and analyze partially and simultaneously effects of work motivation and work environment on employee job performance at communication office of Bima Regency. The result of this reseach shows that work motivation does not has positive and significantly effect on employee job performance at communication of Bima Regency. This can be shown by significan value amount 0,13 < 0,05 with regression coeficient amount 0,220. While work environment has positive and significantly effect on employee job perfomance at communication of Bima Regency. This can be shown by significant value amount 0,04 < 0,05 with regression coeficient amount 0,315. Work motivation and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously effect on employee job performance at communication of Bima Regency. This can be shown by F significan value amount 0,02 < 0,05 and contributed on job perfomance variable amount 0,199 or 19,9%. The rest 80,1% effected by other variables that is not studied in this research

Abstract

For a government agency, especially for the Office of the Women's Empowerment Office for Child Protection, Population and Family Planning Control (DP3AP2KB), Bima District, an employee who has high discipline is a valuable asset to realize the goals of an organization, To realize an employee who has a disciplined attitude High need for work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the existence of a significant influence between work motivation on employee discipline at the Office of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection in Population and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Bima Regency. This type of research is an asositive study, with a population of 73 employees and consisting of 37 ASN employees, 9 Honorary employees and 27 Voluntary employees with a sample of 37 ASN employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, interviews and heritage studies. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, simple linear regression, correlation of determination and t test using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of work motivation on employee discipline in the Office of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection in Population and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Bima Regency because the tcount is smaller than ttable (0.908 <1.687) with a Sig value of the SPSS output of 0.370 is greater than 0.05 (Sig 0.370> 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee performance partially at the Department of Youth and Sports of Bima Regency, the type of research used is associative research. 48 civil servants, 10 honorary people and 19 volunteers. The sample in this study were as many as 65 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaire sharing in the form of questionnaires and literature study to find the latest and related references related to the title of this article, data analysis used is validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient test and determination, partial test and simultaneous test. The results in this study indicate that the variable individual characteristics and job characteristics together have an influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Education and Sport, Bima Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location on consumer loyalty at Kedai Suhendar Coffee Kota Bima, to determine the effect of price on consumer loyalty at Kedai Suhendar Coffee Kota Bima, to determine the effect of location and price on consumer loyalty at Kedai Suhendar Coffee Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative research, the population in this study is the population used, namely all consumers who visit the unknown coffee shop of the calendar (Unknown Population). Therefore, according to Riduan (2015: 65), to determine the number of samples in an unknown population, the Cochran formula was used and a sample of 96 people was obtained. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaire sharing in the form of questionnaires and literature study to find the latest and related references related to the title of this article, data analysis used is validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient test and determination, partial test and simultaneous test, the results in this study indicate that there is an influence of Location and Price Perception on Consumer Loyalty at Kedai Suhendar Coffe, Bima City.

This study aims to determine how much sales growth at PT XL Axiata Tbk. The research method used is descriptive research. The research instrument used was a list of tables and income statement. The population used for 13 years and the study sample for 10 years from 2009 to 2018. The sampling used is purposive sampling. By collecting data using secondary data. secondary data in the form of income statement data. the data analysis technique used is one sample t test with the results showing PT XL Axiata Tbk sales growth not greater than 10%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on the work discipline of Bima City Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) partially and simultaneously. This type of research is associative research, with quantitative data types from primary data and secondary data taken by researchers on the object directly. Population The population used is all employees in the City of Bimalu Bima office. A total of 30 people consisted of 8 civil servants, 3 chairpersons and commissioners, 19 non-civil servant government employees (PPNPNS). 30 people were sampled in this study. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling where all members of the population are sampled. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, interviews and heritage studies. Data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, test determination, t test and f test. partially leadership and work environment variables affect work discipline, as well as leadership and work environment simultaneously influence the discipline of employees of the City Election Supervisory Board (BAWASLU) of Bima.

Abstract

Employees are very important human resources in an organization, because employees are the main capital for an organization, without employees, the organization will not run well. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee work productivity at the Bima City Health Office. The type of research used is associative. The population used is all employees at the City of Bima Health Service as many as 75 people with a sample of 63 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test (partial test). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity as evidenced by test scores t amounted to 15,385 and Sig 0,000. The level of influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at the Bima City Health Office is very strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much leverage the research uses the ratio of debt (Debt Ratio) or Debt to Total assets by comparing total debt divided by total assets, at Pt. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk .. The population used in this study is the financial statements of Pt. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in the form of a balance sheet (financial position) which consists of total liabilities and total assets for 24 years, starting from 1992-2018. The sample used in this study for 5 (five) years, starting from 2014–2015. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling according to Sugiyono (2012: 85). Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The writer's consideration lies in the readiness of data and the use of new data (update). The data analysis technique was the one sample t-test. Based on statistical calculations, the results of the study show that the value of T = - 2.412.948 is obtained. Furthermore, this figure is compared with T table for an error level of 5% (0.05) and degrees of freedom (dk) = n-k = 5-1 = 4, then obtained T table = 2.132 then compared, then Tcount ≥ T table (-2.412,948 ≥ 02,132 so that the number shows Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that "leverage analysis on Pt.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk means that the average value of Debt ratio is not the same as value 35%. which is expected is good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of operating leverage and financial leverage leverage operating leverage on operating leverage on earnings per share partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative research, with quantitative data from secondary data obtained from financial statements that have been published by the company. The population used is the financial statements of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for 15 years, from 2005 to 2019. The samples in this study were 8 years, namely from 2012 to 2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the criteria for financial statement data updated with use the same currency in the presentation of the data. Data collection uses documentation and heritage studies. Data analysis methods used are the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, determination test, t test (partial test) and f test (simultaneous test ). partially the operational leverage and financial leverage have no significant effect on earnings per share, and simultaneously the operational leverage and financial leverage together do not significantly influence the earnings per share of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
