The Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang published Manajemen Bisnis (MB) journal in 2011. Start in December 2018, the MB journal has online ISSN 2655-2523 for articles that publish started from Volume 9 No. 1, April 2019. Then, start from Volume 9 No. 2. MB journal has been accredited for SINTA 4. MB journal is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal published articles in Bahasa but in 2019 MB journal published all articles in English. This journal only accepts articles from original research results. MB journal welcomes all articles related to management and business fields. Subjects suitable for publication include financial management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and international business. Manajemen Bisnis journal has been indexed in Google Scholar and DOAJ. MB journal keeps an attempt to be indexed in other journal directories.

Abstract

This study would like to explains conceptual green marketing and its role as a source sustainable competitive advantage in industrial revolution 4.0. The environmental issue is a sizzling topic nowadays as almost every country?s government and society has started to be more aware of these issues. Plus, there is currently a phenomenon of industrial revolution 4.0 which demands business practices to be more consumer-oriented. Public concern over environmental damage has made marketers know the needs and value of environmentally friendly marketing, namely green marketing. which is a new strength to create a sustainable competitive advantage. This study is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. This study seeks to offer Green Marketing ideas as the latest approach in dealing with various business threats. The results show that green marketing able to encourage companies to prepare themselves faster and better, the definition of green marketing has changed over time according to the growing relevance of environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The research objective was to overcome the problem of wastage of time in the production processed by planning the mapping function of time for workers andowners of home industry for the production processed to avoid waste of time andreduce the damage.The analytical tool used was a function mapping the basis forknowing which processes were causing wastage of time. The analysis shows the mapping function of time base production processed itcan be seen, there were four processed were experiencing wastage of time that wascontrolling the processed, waiting for turning, waiting for staining, and warehouse,with two factors, namely the engine and human issues. Of the two factors, theproblem may be known solution was to increase the machine and provide training toemployees to avoid errors in the production processed. In addition to the mappingfunction target time in order to indicate whether the implemented solution hadprovided an increase in the production processed and the company's operations canbe run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhamadiyah MalangABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe and explain the influence of leader member exchange toorganizational commitment of employees at PT Midian Karya Pasuruan. Data Analysis uses RangeScale and Simple Linear Regression. The results reveal that the Leader Member Exchange (LMX)show very strong and high in Organizational Commitment. Based on statistical tests and empiricalconditions in the company is known that the leader member exchange is one of the factors thatdetermine the commitment of the organization and the organizational commitment of employees.Furthermore, the t test support that the leader member exchange have a significant influence onorganizational commitment. Based on this research, the suggestion is that refers to the responses ofrespondents on the quality of LMX is high, thereby managing the proximity relationship between theboss-subordinate can be done in several ways, the boss can do personal identification on eachemployee. It can be more flexible to subordinates so that subordinates can meet with employers tomore easy exchange ideas. Creativity is not only owned by the in group, but also could be developedin every person (out group) through a process of gradual nature.Keywords : leader member exchange, organization commitment

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and hospital image on outpatient satisfaction at the Saraswati Cikampek General Hospital. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 400 respondents. The results of this study are that there is a strong and direct correlation between Service Quality and Hospital Image. There is a partial effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction of 21.7%. And the partial effect of the Hospital Image on Patient Satisfaction is 49.5%, and the simultaneous effect of Food Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions is 71.2%, while the remaining 28.8% is the influence of other variables not examined.Keywords: Service Quality, Hospital Image, Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stock that form the optimal portofolio and the proportion of funds invested and determine the rate of return and level of risk of the optimal portofolio of stocks that, is formed in the PEFINDO25 index listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange, in the study period at August 2011 to July 2013. The method of analysis used in this study is a single index model method and sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Based on the results of data analysis stocks that form the optimal portofolio in PEFINDO25 index in the period at August 2011 ? July 2013, obtained three stocks included in the optimal portofolio members. The share are accompanied by the proportion of investment funds is BISI (BISI International Tbk) 48,4379%, GZCO (Gozco Plantations Tbk) 31,3017%, HRUM (Harum Energy Tbk) 20,2604%,. The stocks are result yield rate of return on a portofolio that will get investors at 0,151% and the portofolio risk level of  0,003%.

Abstract

Intention this research is to test dimension of equity brand have an effect to enthusiasm buy at Guest House Kertanegara Malang and to test brand equity influence to enthusiasm buy at Guest House. Population in this research are guest using service of Guest House Kertanegara, by using technique of convenience purposive sampling. Sample size 100 respondents. Technique analysis is linear regression analysis  by using test of regression doubled linear. The result of research show that linear regression analysis is positive relationshio between the brand equity and enthusiasm., test t test and f test, indicating that brand equity have influence of significant to enthusiasm buy. Between awareness brand, brand association, perception of quality, dimension brand and loyality owning most influence significan is awareness of brand, brand association, perception of quality of, and brand loyality.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the risk and returns on investment. The most preferred investment of Indonesian society is a low-risk investment. Investment instruments that include low-risk investments which is used in this research are an investment on deposit and investments on gold. Based on the results of the comparison and discussion in this research shows that investment on deposits is give more profit than investment on gold. Although the risk incurred in investment on deposit is higher than investment on gold by a margin of 0.0357 but the rate of return of investment on gold is higher than investment on deposit by a margin of 2.80%. So, with different risk 0.0357 gives the rate of return 2.80% which mean is higher with T-Test shows significant point 0,010.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of an optimal capital structure to meet the needs of additional funds in PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in 2016. EBIT - EPS analysis was employed to use the model as a tool. The result indicated that a 100% PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk.?s additional fund is based on debt. As an alternative funding, debt is resulted the highest EPS than others. The debt used can lead interest expense increase. The company needs to pay attention to the risks to avoid bankruptcy.

Abstract

The food and beverages industry has been growing rapidly, making the competition in this industry higher. Therefore, innovation is needed to survive. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Food Quality and Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction of hot plate restaurants? consumers, which in turn will have an impact on Repurchase Intention. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, using a Likert Scale as a measurement method. Data analysis uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0 tools. The population of this study is XYZ hot plate restaurants? consumers in Sunter and Bekasi, age 16-40 years old, with the status of students, employees, or entrepreneurs. Survey were done within 6 months on 2018 to 2019. The minimum sample needed for this research is 100 samples by using the Slovin formula. The results of this study show significant and positive effects, both individually and simultaneously, between Food Quality and Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction and its impact on Repurchase Intention. Therefore, in order to compete with others, XYZ hot plate restaurants should (1) Improve and maintain their foods and drinks, (2) Maintain their employees? credibility, and (3) Reduce the waiting list.
