MB journal has been accredited for SINTA 4. MB journal is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal published articles in Bahasa but in 2019 MB journal published all articles in English. This journal only accepts articles from original research results. MB journal welcomes all articles related to management and business fields. Subjects suitable for publication include financial management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and international business. Abstract

This study aims to describe the compensation, leadership style, and the performance of employees and also to know the influence of compensation and leadership style partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Hartria Akas Green Sejahtera. The respondents of this research were all employees of drivers and conductors of Patas Bus consisting of 75 people. The sampling technique used was census method. In analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple scale and linier regression. The hypothesis testing used t-test and F-test. The result of scale range analysis showed that the performance of the employees is high, the compensation is good, and the leadership style applied by company is achievement oriented. In addition, the results of multiple linier regression analysis portrayed that the compensation and leadership style influence significantly, partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Hartria Akas Green Sejahtera.

Abstract

Sigit PramonoUniversitas Muhammadiyah MalangE-mail: sigitpramono_03@yahoo.comABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to confirm the relationship between variables that allegedly affect the postadoptionbehavior of technology in business organizations based on information technology (IT) Post-adoptionbehavior investigated was to innovate with IT that appears on the stage of infusion. The object ofresearch was paperless office internal (POINT) at PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom), Indonesia, Tbk. Datawas collected from permanent employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in four locations whose usingPOINT application shaped by internal web-based portal. Data collected by using questionnaires inthe period December 2010 to January 2011. Respondent were 118 workers. Data analysis was performedusing a model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with component-based applicationassistance SmartPLS 2.0. The results state that user satisfaction, personal innovative and facilitatingconditions were positively related directly to innovate with IT. Post-adoption perceived usefulnessand confirmation of expectations were positively related indirectly to innovate with IT, while selfefficacyand rewards found no effect on innovate with IT. The result of research confirmed previousresearch and conducted discussions on the results of research that was unique. Discussion and conclusionsof study yields several implications and needed further research on the behavior of innovatingwith IT.Keywords: Innovate with IT, the post-adoption behavior, personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, rewards

Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1 ) to find out whether the promotion, store layouts , and self service significantly influence toward impulse buying 2 ) to find out whether the promotion , store layouts , and self service influence simultaneously significant toward impulse buying. This research uses quantitative approach, the method whis is used in this research is accidental sampling; determine sample based on coincidence. It can be said that anyone who coincidentally meet the researcher and if the persons is suitable as data source, the researcher will ask the persons to fill out questionnaire which is later it will be use as sample. The population in this research was the consumers who shopped in Loka Malang City Point with the total of 100 respondents. The instrument for the analysis is research instrument tests which are validity and reliability test by using heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test. After that continued with multiple regression analysis. This research has a purpose to analyze the independent variable ( x ) in this case is the independent variable that affects to impulse buying , the variable among others is the variable sale , store layout , and self service . After all the research instrument testing, the last thing to do is hypothesis testing used t-test and f-test. Based on this research it can be concluded as follows: variable promotion , store layout , and self service significantly influence impulse buying in partial and simultaneous .

Abstract

It is also an effort to increase student involvement in the learning process. Byapplying Learning Experience Method which place more emphasis on experience, students are ableto feel, express and enhance personal development (soft skills). The method used was to compare theexperience between the use of constructivist learning is a method in an experimental class usinglecture and discussion on the control class.Observations on the experimental class and control class obtained results indicate that the methodis considered more interesting learning experience and fun, the involvement of students in the learningprocess more student skills can be improved and enhanced. In addition, if viewed from the aspect ofstudent satisfaction attitudes towards learning experience methods showed higher yields than lecturemethod and discussion. Another indicator used is the value of midterm test and final test as anindication of the cognitive aspect or understanding of students in the experimental class obtainedbetter results than the control class. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of factors such as financial fundamentals Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) of the company and real property estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2013. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of five companies. Variables include the Earning Per Share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) as the independent variable and stock price as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous regression test (Test F), shows that the Earning Per Share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR ) simultaneously  influence the stock prices of five companies that were visited. While partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable EPS, ROA, NPM and CR partial effect, whereas the variable DER has no partial effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the subordinate maturity, the leadership style of task behavior and relationship behavior and, Analyze the leadership style according to the theory of Hersey and Blanchard. Analyzer used in this research is by using scale analysis. it can be concluded that the level of maturity subordinate in Pengadilan Negeri Situbondo can be described that for the civil service in the category of high, common parts are very high and tge financial section included in the high criteria.  Leadership style task behavior on the part of personel, general and financial sections include in the high criteria. Behavior on the part of employment relationship in the category of very high while for the public and included in the criteria of high finance. Leadership style according to the theory of Hersey and Blanchard in Pengadilan Negeri Situbondo is consultative.The suggestion in this research that the leadership should be more active in controlling the activities undertaken bye the employees to provide input and direction so that employees can carry out operational activities of the agency in accordance with the conditions set. Leaders must set a deadline for the finalization of the work so that the work can be completed on time so that the direction given is actually run in line with expectations and leadership should provide encouragement or motivation to employees in order to complete the work that is the responsibility in accordance with the provisions set.Keyword: Leaderhip Style, Behavior Relationship, Task Behavior, Hersey and Blankhard Theory.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain the leadership style analysis in PDAM Kota Probolinggo. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is that all permanent employees as much as fifty nine are located in the Administration and Finance Section, in the Customer Relations Section and in the Engineering Section of the City of Probolinggo PDAM with data analysis techniques using a range of scales. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded as follows: First the results of the analysis of the maturity of the subordinates in the Administration and Finance Section is in the very high category, in the Customer Relations section is in the very high category and in the Engineering Section is in the very high category. Both the results of the analysis of the task behavior and relationship behavior in the Administration and Finance Section are in the very high category, in the Customer Relations section is in the very high category and in the Engineering Section is in the very high category. The three results of the analysis of the leadership style applied to PDAM Probolinggo City in the Financial Administration Section are telling, in the Customer Relations Section, namely telling, in the Engineering Section, namely telling. The four leadership styles that are applied according to the Hersey and Blanchard models in the Administration and Finance Section are delegating, in the Customer Relations section, namely delegating, in the Engineering Section, which is participating.

The respondents are consumerof the Bank. Data collecting uses questionnaires and distributed to ATM customer who haveused it for their daily transaction. The analysis tool used is a logistic regression analysis. Surveyresults reveal that the variable ability, benevolence variables significantly influence the integrity ofcustomer Trust. The most dominant variable is the variable effect of kindness. This research customermust know the things offered by the bank and the bank until there arose a belief in the bank willchoose to save their money.Keywords: ability, benevolence, integrity, and customer trust.

Abstract

The research purposes are to analyse the influence of motivation and entrepreneurship ability on business performance. Multiple linear regression used as a statictical tool. The result shows that motivation and enterpreneuship ability has strong influence on business performance. The recomendation from the analyses is management should maintain a good relationship with consumer and do some innovation regarding its business.

Diah KusumawatiProgram Studi Manajemn FEB UMME-mail: diahkusuma@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe purpose of this study were (1) to determine the stressors, (2) to know the job stress level (3) tofind out the level of work performance and (4) whether the stressor effect on the employee stress atPTPN XII Kebun Ngrangkah Pawon Kediri. Analysis tool used to determine the stressors and stressthat and to determine the level of employee performance was range-scale analysis. To know theeffect of stressor on the job stress and its impact on employee performance was used path analysismodel. The results of the analysis indicate that stressor and stress were in high level category. Thelevel of employee performance was also in high category. The results of path analysis show that wasa significant effect between a stressor to employee?s job stress, there was also a significant effectbetween the job-stress to employees? performance. It mean that there was a significant effect betweenstressors to performance level through job stress. Based on the results, it could be suggested that thelevel of work stressors and job stress should be reduced. Giving reward would be better applied forbetter working employees, so it could motivate employees enthusiastic in their work.Keywords: Stressor, Job Stress and Job Performance
