Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan maju, membuat masyarakat dunia tidak hanya memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi hanya sebagai alat pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari–hari akan tetapi teknologi juga dimanfaatkan sebagai fasilitas pengembangan pendidikan dan riset.Perpaduan antara teknologi khususnya media pembelajaran maupun bahan ajar akan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Standarisasi lulusan pendidikanlebih menekankan pada kompetensi dan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap implementasi kompetensi yang diajarkan, hal ini menuntut guru untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran.Media e-bookberbasis active learningmenjadi solusi untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa. Hal ini dapat membantu guru dalam proses pembelajaran, sehinga siswa lebih aktif, pembelajaran tidak membosankan serta siswa mampu menyerap materi yang diajarkan dengan cepat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian studi literatur dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Referensi teori yang diperoleh dengan analisis studi literatur dijadikan sebagai fondasi dasar dan alat utama dalam menganalisis permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.penelitian ini menganalisis  implementasi pengembangan media e-book yang dikolaborasikan dengan beberapa tipe model active learningHasil studi literatur pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dan dimaksimalkan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran active learning melalui media e-book. Kata kunci: media e-book, active learning

Abstract

Abstrak : Dalam perbaikan kualitas pendidikan yang utamanya dilakukan adalah proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan belajar dalam proses pendidikan merupakan kegiatan yang paling utama. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa untuk mencapai standar kelulusan suatu kompetensi keahlian. Dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tersebut pasti terdapat permasalahan yang akan menghambat keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi antara lain motivasi siswa dan Disiplin Belajar dalam menjalani proses pembelajaran. Kurangnya motivasi baik dari dalam maupun luar individu serta rendahnya disiplin belajar siswa diduga hal ini mempengaruhi prestasi belajar di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisa ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap Prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Kepegawaian kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui angket yang disebarkan ke 72 siswa kelas XI APK yang menempuh Mata pelajaran Administrasi Kepegawaian. sampel dan data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu dalam bentuk dokumen (nilai rapot) sesuai koresponden angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi (uji koefesien determinasi dan uji hipotesis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang tinggi variabel Motivasi Belajar maupun variabel Disiplin Belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 56,220 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar (X1) dan disiplin belajar (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar (Y). Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of the ratio of sharia financing products conducted with mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, istishna, and ijarah contracts on the Return On Equity of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research finding that mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah financing have an effect on Return on Equity, while istishna has no effect on Return on Equity of Islamic banks in Indonesia.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisis pengaruh rasio produk pembiayaan syariah yang dilakukan dengan akad mudharabah,musyarakah, murabahah, istishna, dan ijarah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesiadengan menggunakanrasio Return On Equity. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah  regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equitydan istishna tidak berpengaruh terhadapReturn on Equity Bank Umum syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This article analyzes how transformational leadership roles reflect the character of the millennial generation in the fourth industrial revolution. As the development of technology advances rapidly, people take advantages of it not only for education and research development but also for need fulfillment. In industry 4.0, technological competition seems to have great impact on company performance. The data obtained from the Ministry of Communication and Information show that the growth of online retail business in Indonesia was relatively high (36%) from year 2010 to 2013. The rate was twice higher than that of The Phillipine?s and Malaysia?s, even 3.5 times higher than Singapore?s. The number of Internet users in 2014 was 83.6 millions, which showed approximately 33% growth rate in Internet penetration. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reports that 50% of workers in Indonesia are less than 30 years old. In other words, the millennials are mostly active workers who have constant access to information and technology. This is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. The results revealed that transformational leadership can be improved and optimized by implementing the four primary factors, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational stimulation, and individualized consideration.

Abstract

This study would like to explains conceptual green marketing and its role as a source sustainable competitive advantage in industrial revolution 4.0. The environmental issue is a sizzling topic nowadays as almost every country?s government and society has started to be more aware of these issues. Plus, there is currently a phenomenon of industrial revolution 4.0 which demands business practices to be more consumer-oriented. Public concern over environmental damage has made marketers know the needs and value of environmentally friendly marketing, namely green marketing. which is a new strength to create a sustainable competitive advantage. This study is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. This study seeks to offer Green Marketing ideas as the latest approach in dealing with various business threats. The results show that green marketing able to encourage companies to prepare themselves faster and better, the definition of green marketing has changed over time according to the growing relevance of environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The financial institution roles as the bank credit distribution. According to the banking surveys in Indonesia, it indicates that new credit growth has been strengthened. The increasing of credit leds to increase the level of risk taking by banks that its concentration of banking in a country plays in influencing banking risk taking. This study examined the effect of banking market concentration on bank risk taking. It also explored the moderating variable of bank size on the effect of market concentration on risk taking in the banking sector. The results of the study showed that the banking market concentration has the positive effect on banking risk taking. The size of the bank weakens the positive effect of market concentration on bank risk taking. The larger the size of the bank in a concentrated banking market, the lower the risk taking of the bank. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of exemption from motor vehicle tax administrative sanctions and service quality on the compliance of two-wheeled motorized vehicle taxpayers at the Lamongan Samsat , either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples used is 100 motor vehicle taxpayers which is calculated using the slovin formula with the method of determining the sample, namely incidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24 program. The results show that partially there is the effect of exemption from motor vehicle tax administrative sanctions and has a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. In the service quality variable there is a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the exemption of motor vehicle tax administrative sanctions and service quality have a positive and significant impact on the compliance of two-wheeled motorized vehicle taxpayers at the Lamongan Samsat.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and to analyze the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on job satisfaction, either directly or indirectly, mediated with job motivation variable in Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan (thereafter called RSML). This study was an explanatory research; the analysis method employed was Partial Least Square (PLS). The population of research consisted of 364 employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan, while the sample consisted of 79 employees, taken using Slovin technique. The results showed that compensation and transformational leadership are fundamental instruments underlying Muhammadiyah Hospital of Lamongan in improving its employees’ job motivation and satisfaction.
