Abstract

This thesis discusses the implementation of the Ummi Method Munaqashah Program as a form of children’s domain-based learning of the Qur’an at TPQ Mafatihul Huda Mantup Lamongan using qualitative research and a descriptive approach. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Ummi method munaqashah program as a form of existence of child-friendly based Al Qur’an learning at TPQ Mafatihul Huda Mantup Lamongan and the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementing the Ummi method munaqashah program as a form of existence of friendly based Al Qur’an learning children at TPQ Mafatihul Huda Mantup Lamongan. To obtain data in this research, researchers used data collection techniques including: observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman’s interactive model including data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research: 1) The implementation of the Ummi method munaqashah program is carried out once a year as a form of the existence of Al Qur’an learning and has brought many changes to the reading of TPQ Mafatihul Huda students for the better, this approach provides a fun and effective approach for students. Students in accordance with child-friendly based learning. The stages of the munaqashah process are: pra munaqashah, munaqashah tartil, munaqashah tahfidz, khotmil qur’an and Imtihan 2) Factors that support this munaqashah program are support from foundations, certified ustadz and ustadzah, the role of parents, guidance and additional time for preparations for munaqashah. The inhibiting factors are a lack of motivation to learn, the influence of gadgets, and children’s abilities that do not meet targets. However, there needs to be a joint effort to improve the quality of learning and support given to students between TPQ, parents and teachers as the most important supporting and inhibiting factors

Abstract

Managerial supervision is not just an administrative task, but a key strategy in building a quality education system. In the current era of educational transformation, school principals through managerial supervision play an important role in managing and supervising the learning process so that it runs effectively and with quality. This study aims to find out several things in Al Ishlah Junior High School, including the implementation of head managerial supervision, describing the Delphi method applied in the managerial supervision process and managerial supervision based on the Delphi method can improve the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative research method, where the researcher must make complex images, test words, present the respondents' opinions in detail, and conduct real-life case studies. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand a phenomenon experienced by the subject, such as behavior, perception and problems related to the subject. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to explore the implementation of Delphi Method-based managerial supervision in improving the quality of learning. The result of this study is that managerial supervision at Al Ishlah Bungah Gresik Junior High School is carried out with a measurable and sustainable plan by the principal through monitoring teacher development activities and strengthening school management. The Delphi method approach is used through structured discussions and the collection of opinions from teachers, staff, and school committees in several stages that are used to formulate a vision and mission, setting priority programs collaboratively. Managerial supervision based on the Delphi method is able to improve the quality of learning because it encourages teacher involvement in producing more appropriate decisions so as to increase teacher motivation, and the achievement of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

.ََّ (tidak boleh memudaratkan dan tidak boleh dimudaratkan). Maka dari itu, dalam praktiknya transfusi darah perlu dipatuhi prosedur persyaratan dari program kesehatan kepada pihak pendonor dan resipien agar supaya tidak hanya menghilangkan bahaya resipien tapi juga terhindar dari membahayakan pihak pendonorل َّضرر َّوَل َّض ِ رَّر ,َّ) bahwa bahaya itu harus dihilangkan/dicegah. Jadi praktik donor darah merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan untuk menghindari kemudaratan yang lebih besar, misal akan kehilangan nyawa apabila tidak segera melakukan donor darah. Di samping itu juga diungkapkan dalam sebuah hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Majah dari Ibnu Abbasالضَّرَّر ََّّيَّزَّال( Transfusi darah termasuk permasalahan baru dalam wacana hukum Islam. Dalam konteks kajian Fiqh, darah termasuk benda najis secara dzatnya (lidzatihi). Dan tidak adanya hukum syar’i yang secara eksplisit membahas praktik transfusi darah. Hal ini menimbulkan kerancuan dalam kehidupan muslim. Risiko dan juga manfaat yang ditimbulkan dari praktik transfusi darah baik, dari pihak pendonor maupun penerima donor darah (resipien) perlu dipertimbangkan oleh keduanya. Tujuan dilakukanya ini adalah untuk menyelamatkan nyawa resipien baik, karena kecelakaan atau penyakit. Status hukum haram penggunaan darah menjadi wajib ketika dihadapkan dengan kebutuhan yang mendesak, pada saat transfusi darah menjadi satu-satunya jalan untuk menyelamatkan nyawa seseorang. Dalam hal ini didasarkan pada kaidah fiqhiyah asasiyah yang keempat yaitu: al-Ḍarar Yuzāl
