Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to implement the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Bangil, starting from how to implement the Independent Curriculum which consists of teacher preparation, implementation methods and assessment methods, then problems that occur and efforts made by educators in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects. We already know that the Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum with a foundation as a refinement of the 2013 Curriculum, but in implementing this Independent Curriculum, it is necessary for teachers to apply it first before teaching it to students. So that it can build quality student character both in academics and in other fields. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by taking SMA Negeri 1 Bangil as the object. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Respondents in this study were the principal, curriculum vice principal, Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teachers for class X and students who understand this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning consists of 3 activities, the first is an introductory activity, then the core activity and is closed with a closing activity, plus the P5 project. Then there are problems that occur in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning, namely educators do not participate in training, differentiated learning is not optimal and mindset. So that the efforts made to overcome these problems are by participating in internal/external workshops, increasing creativity as a teacher and sharing with fellow educators or people who know more (often ask questions)

Abstract

Anak angkat adalah suatu tindakan mengambil anak orang lain untuk dipelihara dan diperlakukan sebagai anak kandung sendiri, dalam hukum Islam melarang mengangkat anak angkat menjadi anak kandung baik dari segi kewarisan, perwalian dan kebendaan. Di Indonesia telah dikenal dengan adanya pengangkatan anak atau adopsi yang sering dilakukan oleh pasangan suami istri yang belum dikaruniai anak, sedangkan tujuan dari pengangkatan anak tersebut adalah untuk meneruskan keturunan, apabila dalam suatu perkawinan tidak mempunyai keturunan, ada pula yang bertujuan mengadopsi anak sebagai pancingan seperti di adat Jawa khususnya. Penelitian ini berfokus menguraikan tentang bagaimana hak kebendaan anak angkat perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field reseach), sifat penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan empiris normatif dengan hukum Islam. Metode pengumpulan datanya wawancara dengan informan. Hasil penelitian menurut hukum Islam bahwa anak angkat dari segi kewarisan, kemahraman dan kedudukannya tidaklah bisa disamakan seperti anak kandung. Dan dalam hal warisan anak angkat tidak bisa mendapatkan harta waris dari orang tua angkatnya tetepi hanya diberikan hibah saja dan tidak melebihi 1/3 harta orang tua angkatnya di Desa Tanjung Inten Kecamatan Purobolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur hak kebendaan anak anak yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam orang tua yang yang mengangkat anak angkat memberikan hak kebendaan anak ialah 1/3 dari hartanya.

Abstract

The rapid flow of globalization accompanied by the rapid flow of digitalization provides its own pressure on Indonesian scientists in maintaining the Islamic values of the archipelago in the current era of rapid globalization of digitalization. This rapid flow is marked by the easy way of access to information or knowledge that will be used as a reference for scholars. Research using library research methods. The nature of this research is descriptive-qualitative, which is based on the quality of data that has been described and analyzed systematically and aims to describe and analyze certain phenomena or events that occur around. The sources of this research data are books, journals, and scientific writings related to the Islamic Values of the Archipelago and the Meeting Point of the Archipelago in the Era of Discruption. The results of the first research are that people can convey knowledge with young people to fellow people by utilizing digital and that the Islamic values of the archipelago can bring peace in living life, wherever they are. Both people believe that living in an environment with mutual respect will make them comfortable. Third, the community has a great opportunity through digitalization assistance to convey or socialize, that we can find Islamic values of the archipelago through the culture we believe in.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis pemikiran pendidikan multikultural Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam tinjauan Alquran. Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan seseorang dalam mengembangkan dirinya menjadi insan yang sempurna, sementara keragaman masyarakat menuntut agar pendidikan mampu menyesuaikan dengan kultur yang ada sehingga memerlukan penegasan tentang pendidikan yang multikultural, hal ini juga menjadi salah satu konsen dari pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara. Gagasan pendidikan multikultural tersebut dielaborasi lebih lanjut dengan beberapa konsep yang terdapat pada Alquran. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan kajian tokoh, guna mendalami dan menganalisa gagasan Ki Hajar Dewantara, khususnya tentang pendidikan multikultural. Pengumpulan datanya dengan studi dokumentasi dan kepustakaan, sedangkan untuk analisanya mengunakan analisis isi atau content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: pertama, menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural adalah Pendidikan yang menitikberatkan pada penegasan, pengesahan, penanaman kesadaran, pengembangan akhlak setiap warga Negara agar memiliki adab, persaudaraan, tolong-menolong, serta menumbuhkan sikap toleransi dalam hidup berdemokrasi (musyawarah dan dialog). Pendidikan multikutural dalam pandangan Ki Hajar Dewantara merupakan pendidikan yang sangat menjunjung tinggi berbagai budaya yang terdapat di nusantara. Kedua, berbagai asas-asas pendidikan multikultur yang menjadi isi atau materi pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara tersebut diatas juga selaras dengan berbagai nilai yang terdapat dalam Alquran, diantaranya: QS. Ali Imron ayat 64 tentang prinsip musyawarah dan demokrasi, QS Al-Nisa ayat 131 tentang persaudaraan, QS. Al-Baqoroh ayat 256 tentang kebebasan memeluk agama, QS al-Maidah ayat 69 tentang pengakuan agama lain selain Islam, dan QS Al-Hujurat ayat 13 tentang humanis dan toleransi.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe education in schools so that it is relevant to the dynamics of the times. This study uses qualitative methods using library research. The results of this study indicate that schools are able to effectively follow the changes in the times by implementing strategies in the form of programs, namely; (1) continuous teacher training, especially on teaching management systems, 2) schools have consultants for teachers, (3) teaching activity models in the form of actions (4) schools have good cooperative relationships with student parents, communities, and institutions, (5) schools develop innovation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rampant environmental damage and the many natural disasters that can harm the ecosystem, this research is expected to form a generation that is aware and cares about environmental sustainability. This research is dIscussed about the implementation of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at Lamongan 2 Public Middle School, and the inhibiting and supporting factors of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at Lamongan 2 Public Middle School, this study uses a type of qualitative research, in which in this qualitative method the data collected comes from interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are first, the implementation of environmentally sound Islamic religious education (Adiwiyata) at SMP Negeri 2 Lamongan with innovations made to adjust policies through the curriculum system, namely learning Islamic religious education integrated with learning environmental education (PLH), second through approaches students, abbreviated as "MaHaDanan". Second, the supporting factors for this activity are the existence of various adequate facilities, the availability of professional teaching staff, the positive response, the motivation, the interest of students in learning, the awareness of some school members, the existence of a green team community and the existence of a reward system. and punishment. While the inhibiting factors are the awareness of some school members about the importance of preserving the environment, the lack of members of the green team community, and the laziness of students. The recommendation of this research is the importance of instilling genuine intentions and cultivating to continue to maintain a clean environment, provide motivation, increase the number of green team members, and increase enthusiasm and participation from school members so that they can have a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This research is entitled Leadership K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri in improving the quality of understanding religion and morals in students at the Al-Ma’ruf 1 islamic boarding school Kranggan Lamongan. Al-Ma’ruf 1  islamic boarding school is the goal of the researcher because the islamic boarding school has its own characteristics, namely freeing all its students to choose formal education according to their wishes around the islmic boarding school so that apart from gaining religious knowledge they can also gain world knowledge through these formal institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership strategy and model of K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri in improving the quality of religious an moral understanding of students at the Al-Ma’ruf 1 Kranggan Lamongan. This research is a type of qualitative research an a phenomenological approach. From the results of this study. K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri has several models in his leadership, namely charismatic, adaptive, participatory, and entrepreneurial. The second is the strategy carried out by K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri in improving the quality of understanding religion and morals ini students, the strategy used by K.H Abdul Aziz Choiri is to set an example, teach, habituate, give gifts, and give threats or punishment.

Abstract

In this study, the problem studied was peer group bullying behavior. This bullying behavior does not look at the age or gender of a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer group bullying on the psychology of learning aqidah morals of class VII C students at MTS Tarbiyatul Islam Soko Tuban. This observation uses a field research type of research with a descriptive quantitative approach and simple linear regression analysis. The population taken in class VII C is 32 students. And samples taken from the total population, namely, 32 students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The results of the study seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) stated that there was a significant positive effect between peer group bullying on learning psychology by 13.6% and the remaining 86.4% influenced by other points of view. Based on the SPSS test, the correlation value is 0.369, with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05, it is stated that there is a correlation between peer group bullying and learning psychology

Abstract

Character building is increasingly being explored for potential development solutions for Indonesian educational standards. because so far the education system is considered unsuccessful because of school graduates with intelligent minds who are skilled but mentally fragile. The problems in this study are (1) How muhadharah activities in PP. Al-Ma'ruf Sidokumpul Lamongan? (2) What Islamic character is formed through the activities of Muhadharah in PP. Al-Ma'ruf sidokumpul Lamongan?, the approach in this study is qualitative, the findings show that the process of forming Islamic characters in pp. al-ma'ruf with three phases: Knowledge, Implementation and Habituation.  And the quality of character produced from muhadharah activities in PP. Al-Ma'ruf is Confident, Responsible, and Brave.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji keberadaan sukuk yang telah diperbarui fatwanya melalui fatwa DSN-MUI Nomor 137/DSN-MUI/IX/2020 dalam pandangan maqashid al-syariah. Jenis   penelitian   yang   digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode review dokumen serta trend analysis pada keberadaan instrument sukuk di Negara Indonesia  serta manfaat-manfaat yang ada pada sukuk. Pendekatan  kualitatif normative dilakukan dalam pendekatan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan sukuk memberikan manfaat yang besar terutama dalam masalah percepatan ekonomi Negara. Dan jika dikaji dalam maqashid syariah sukuk juga memberikan manfaat besar sejalan dengan lima masalah kulliyat al-Khamsah yaitu perlindungan agama (Hifdz al-Din), Perlindungan Jiwa (hifdz al-Nafs), Perlindungan akal (Hifdz al-Aql), Perlindungan keturunan (Hifdz al-Nasl), dan juga perlindungan harta (Hifdz al-Mal). Oleh karenanya sukuk tidak hanya perlu diadakan tetapi perlu dikembangkan sehingga kemaslahatan atas keberadaannya semakin dirasakan oleh Negara penerbit.
