Abstract

The habit of praying the midnight prayer in congregation is an activity that is carried out after the evening prayer until dawn, but the best time or the most important time to do the midnight prayer is the last third of the night. With the habit of praying midnight in congregation, this can improve the discipline of the santri. Based on this background, the focus of the research is: (1) How is the implementation of the habituation of the midnight prayer in congregation in improving the discipline of female students at MT Al-Iffah Badean Bondowoso in 2023? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the habit of praying midnight prayers in congregation in improving the discipline of female students at MT Al-Iffah Badean Bondowoso in 2023? This study aims to describe the implementation of the Habituation of Congregational Prayers in Improving the Discipline of female students at MT Al-Iffah Badean Bondowoso in 2023. And to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the habituation of congregational prayers in improving the discipline of female students at MT Al-Iffah Badean Bondowoso in 2023. The research approach used is a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Sources of data in this study were school principals, program administrators, tutors and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles, Huberman and Saldana which consists of condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) Implementation of the habituation of the midnight prayer at MT Al-Iffah is required to be in congregation, not only the students but the administrators are also required to pray the midnight prayer in congregation. For the implementation of the midnight prayer starting at 03.15, before the implementation of the 15 minutes is used for preparation, namely by reciting the surah al-waqiah and reading the asmaul husna while waiting for all students to finish taking ablution water, for those who do not perform the midnight prayer in congregation will get a punishment from the worship administrator. 2) The supporting factors are the discipline of the students, the awareness of the students, and the presence of administrators while the inhibiting factors are the lack of intention, irregular sleep, and drowsiness.

Abstract

Dalam menyambut era milenial 4.0, dunia pendidikan memerlukan adanya  pembaruaan metode pembelajaran yang dilengkapi media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan  keperluan dalam pembelajaran. hal tersebut merupakan upaya penyesuaian untuk mengimbangi kemajuan teknologi, sehingga akan berdampak positif bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya. Media pembelajaran berbasis android seperti “Solite Kids” merupakan salah satu aplikasi pembelajaran yang berbentuk game, dalam aplikasi solite Kids terdapat berbagai fitur. Salah satuunya adalah SECIL ( serial belajar si kecil). Penelitian ini tergolong dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan pelaksanaannya dimulai dari perencanaan (planning) pelaksanaan tindakan (acting) dengan pengamatan (observing) dan Refleksi (Reflecting) yang dijadikan satu kesatuan, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan 3 siklus. Adapun temuan awal 1) Siswa terlihat hyper aktif didalam kelas, 2) Siswa cenderung menganggap Bahasa Arab merupakan pelajaran yang Sulit dan membosankan, 3) Bahasa Arab dianggap sebagai mata pelajaran yang tidak penting, 4) kemapuan Bahasa Arab masih jauh dari rata – rata (jauh dari standart KKM). Kegiatan siklus pertama yang dilaksanakan bersama 22 siswa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada satupun siswa yang bisa menulis deskriptif teks. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan selama 3 siklus, maka berdasarkan hasil tes dan refleksi dari siklus 1, 2 dan 3 dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Pakem menggunakan aplikasi “Solite Kids” dapat memningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik sehingga peserta didik mampu mendiskripsikan benda yang dilihat kedalam Bahasa Arab baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to elaborate on the intersection of ushul fiqh with the logic of Greek philosophy. This study also tries to explore whether there is contact between ushul fiqh scholars and Greek philosophical theories in formulating ushul fiqh science. This research is a library research by collecting data using books, articles, and the like. The data analysis used is content analysis method. The results of the research show that the entry of Greek philosophy into the Islamic world led to reconciliation. They bring together two different views. Their efforts eventually became a tool in the spread of philosophy and its penetration into Islamic studies, including ushul fiqh. Al-Shafi'i, as the first scholar to systematically formulate the science of ushul fiqh, should be suspected of being influenced by Greek philosophy, especially the logic of Aristotle's syllogism. The examples and similes in qiyas as well as the logic of Aristotle's syllogism show this influence. Qiyas, which originally meant dynamic free thought, changed in the post-Shafi'i era to become thought governed by important premises originating from the holy texts of the Qur'an and al-Hadith. As a result, qiyas becomes less productive because there are no truly new legal discoveries. Abstract

The West separates science and religion with the concept of dichotomy, which creates a worrying impact. The goal of Islamic education is to produce qualified and pious humans. This article describes learning integrated with Islamic worldview in the Merdeka Belajar PAUD curriculum, which is a curriculum that has been in effect since 2022. The method used is library research, carried out by collecting and examining data from books or writings that are in accordance with the discussion into primary sources and secondary sources. The results of the study argue that in order to achieve the main goal of Islamic education which is to produce qualified and pious humans, the Learning Outcomes of the Foundation Phase must be integrated with the Islamic worldview, namely by compiling a curriculum that directs students to develop and strengthen the Islamic worldview from an early age

Abstract

Debt and receivables by guaranteeing birth certificates are now rife in various circles of rural communities. This often happens because there are many urgent needs that must be fulfilled. In order to further study debts and credit, this study aims to find out how the law guarantees birth certificates. This article includes field research studies using qualitative methods, namely researchers collecting data by observation, interviews with the parties concerned and documentation. Then the data obtained is analyzed by condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that accounts payable using birth certificate guarantees that occurred in Sokogrenjeng village, Kenduruan District, Tuban Regency were carried out in the first way, cooperative employees came to residents' homes to provide loans, resulting in an agreement on debts and credits paid in installments 10 times installment or 3 months. If within 3 months you have not paid off, then you can apply for an extension. Second, the collateral practice does not meet the requirements, in which the deed is not worth rupiah/ cannot be traded. And in this debt there are additional payments that must be paid. According to the point of view of Islamic law in addressing birth certificates as collateral for debt, it can be concluded that debts with collateral for birth certificates that are carried out do not meet the collateral requirements, and the payment system also has additional payments that must be paid, so Islam considers this to be the same as usury. And usury is forbidden.

Abstract

In 2019, the banana chips business utilizing QRIS payment was solely owned by UD. Muser. On average, 77 customers per month engaged in transactions using QRIS, with fluctuations in numbers. The production facility is located 25 minutes away from Bojonegoro and 53 minutes from Tuban, far from major cities. The customers of Banana Chips UD Muser are sales representatives who personally pick up the products from the production site. Banana Chips UD Muser has successfully entered Minimarts around Parengan, Soko, and Bojonegoro. The embedded strategy model employed a mixed method design, utilizing both primary methods (quantitative or qualitative) and secondary methods (qualitative or quantitative) simultaneously. By combining both types of data, a comprehensive analysis was obtained. Based on the SPSS Coefficients output, the significance value (Sig) of the QRIS variable (X) is 0.000, where 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that QRIS is effective in public payment transactions. The t-test results show a t-value of 8.082 for the QRIS variable. Since the calculated t-value (8.082) is greater than the table t-value (2.005), it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. QRIS is effective in digital payment transactions at UD. Muser. The effectiveness of QRIS usage is evident from the widespread adoption by buyers. Customers are satisfied with the QRIS method as it facilitates seamless digital transactions. Buyers find QRIS easy to use, requiring only a barcode scan specifying the purchase amount, making the transaction process straightforward and convenient.

Abstract

Supervisi merupakan Usaha kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja peningkatan seorang Guru. Guru adalah komponen yang penting bagi dunia pendidikan, Dimasa pandemi kemarin yang terjadi kurang lebih setahun, kinerja seorang guru sangatlah menurun, dalam hal ini supervisi harus dilakukan oleh seorang kepala sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kinerja guru profesional.Penelitian kali merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bersifat pengembangan dan meningkatkan keprofesionalan seorang guru. Baik dalam mengajar maupun melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya. Supervisi Klinis ini merupakan solusi termuda yang bisa dilakukan oleh seorang kepala sekolah kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Dalam penelitian ini Supervisi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah kepada guru menghasilkan: Guru mampu menyampaikan materi dengan layak, tidak mengulangi pertanyaan yang suda di tanyakan, mampu berinteraksi dengan baik guru dan murid, mampu mengelola lapangan dan bertanggung jawab atas apa yang di ajarkan

Abstract

Selama ini kebanyakan pesantren hanya memposisikan dirinya sebagai institusi pendidikan dan keagamaan saja. Sedangkan belum banyak pesantren yang memposisikan dirinya dalam menyikapi berbagai persoalan sosial masyarakat. Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, timbul beberapa kecenderungan masyarakat dalam melihat posisi, fungsi, dan peran pesantren. Di satu sisi, ada yang menilai pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang hanya mampu mencetak alumni yang memiliki kemampuan agama tanpa kemampuan yang dibutuhkan pasar, khususnya tenaga kerja. Pandangan seperti ini yang menjadikan pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan.Berangkat dari permasalahan diatas, maka penulis merasa tergerak untuk meneliti Strategi Entrepreneur  KH Abdullah Mujib Hasan Dalam Meningkatkan Value Santri Dalam hal ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi lembaga pendidikan ataupun Pondok Pesantren lain dalam mengembangkan potensi santri, oleh karena itu penulis mengadakan penelitian dan mengkaji lebih lanjut terhadap tema tersebut dan dituangkan dalam bentuk Jurnal Studi Multisitus Pondok Pesantren Darul Fiqhi LamonganBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan :Strategi Entrepreneur KH Abdullah Mujib Hasan dalam meningkatkan value santri dengan dengan cara menanamkan mindset pentingnya menjadi seorang entrepreneur, menjadikan entrepreneur sebagai sarana dakwah.  Bentuk upaya yang dilakukan Kiai dalam meningkatkan value santri  ialah dengan memberi pelatihan  atau workshop wirausaha, Mengarahkan untuk berinteraksi langsung kepada teman-teman  yang sudah berhasil usahanya,  Menekankan untuk  berinovasi dalam berwirausaha, Menanamkan rasa tanggung jawab dalam berwirausaha,  menyediakan sarana dalam berwirausaha, Penanaman tauhid : usaha yang kita lakukan adalah kewajiban masing-masing tetapi hasilnya adalah haq Allah. Keberhasilan meningkatkan value santri  yang dilakukan Kiai dengan  peningkatan jiwa entrepreneurship santri berupa nilai-nilai ketauhidan untuk tidak bergantung pada makhluk, kemudian nilai pelayanan yang baik (akhlakul karimah), dan sikap saling tolong-menolong.Kunci : Entrepreneur, Kiai, Value Santri

Abstract

This study aimed at improving vocabulary mastery by using snowball throwing technique to the seventh grade at SMPN 1 Karanggeneng in academic year 2014/2015. Considering that many find difficulties in vocabulary mastery. In this research, the writer focuses on using snowball throwing technique that can help students to improve their vocabulary mastery.The design of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 21 students’ of the seventth grade (class C) of SMPN 1 Karanggeneng in academic year 2017/2018. The result of this study showed that the score greater than or equal to 76 in Cycle I. Only 48% (10 students of the class) were able to reach the criteria of success, and 11 or about 52% students did not reach the criteria of success. It is different from the first cycle, the average score in Cycle 2 was fairly satisfying, the score was greater  than or equal to 76, increasing into 76,19% (16 students of the class) were able to reach the criteria of success, and 5 or about 24% students who did not achieve the criteria of success. Based on the result of the students observations and post test, the students’ improvement is significant. The implementation of snowball throwing technique obviously could help the students in vocabulary achievement. Finally, the writer suggests that the teacher should apply the snowball throwing techinque. Considering snowball throwing technique is technique to solve problem in vocabulary mastery. By using various technique in teaching English, especially in vocabulary mastery, it makes the students enjoy in learning it and automatically can improve their vocabulary mastery.
