The microprocessor that became the machine for the IBM PC / XT microcomputers and their compatible. This processor is often referred to as simply "8088" or "8086". Although the hardware of the 8088 is slightly different from the 8086, they can be viewed as the same from a programming perspective. The Intel 8088/8086 is a 16 bit processor, meaning that the data path and registers are 16 bits in size. The addressing mode is divided into several types, among others, register addressing, immediate addressing, direct addressing and indirect addressing. In addition, in learning Assembly language, we must memorize all registers and understand their use. Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) is a variety of information in the way of learning. Computers as a medium will help students find new things that are more interesting than conventional teacher-centered ways. Although it is known that the ways of learning and teaching, as well as the acquisition of learning information for each individual are different.

Tutoring institutions are non-formal institutions engaged in the world of education. the number of tutoring institutions that have sprung up nowadays, making competition increasingly fierce causing parents to be selective in choosing however. This is what sometimes makes parents confused about choosing a tutoring institution that suits their income, causing breakups in the middle of the road because they are not in accordance with their income. In a decision support system, the application of a method that can be used as a reference for problem solving must be carried out. In this case, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) which is one of the methods used in problem solving in Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM).

Along with the development of the era of demand, to always be fast in doing everything, I can't be avoided from the name of transportation. Transportation is a necessity for everyone alive. The car is one of the negotiated land transportation that is chosen by the people. People who work in the service sector own various types of cars to meet the needs of society. To get a car that meets expectations, of course, the rental tenant / car rental owner must have information about the car. Of the many car choices we can make decisions based on feelings. However, we had difficulty making a decision. Therefore we need a decision support system to help consumers decide which car to rent based on the criteria they want. TOPSIS is a method that can be used in the decision making process. And the products used are Toyota Cars 2000-2014. This method can be used to determine whether the car will be rented according to the qualifications required or not. This is because the method is a step-by-step assessment, both qualitative and quantitative. And TOPSIS is a method of taking into account the tolerance limits for the validity of various criteria chosen by the decision maker.

Thesis is a requirement to obtain undergraduate status (S1) in every university in Indonesia. The term thesis as an undergraduate final project is only used in Indonesia. To complete the thesis, students are required to apply what they learn into an application or application in certain fields, both learning and in the form of computer applications. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a general theory of measurement used for scale ratios, both from discrete and continuous pairwise comparisons. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) can simplify complex and unstructured, strategic and dynamic problems into its parts, and make variables in a hierarchy (level) the Analytical hierarchical process (AHP) method has the ability to solve multi-objective problems based on comparisons preferences of each element and hierarchy.

Information exchange nowadays requires speed in sending information. The speed of this transmission depends on the size of the information. One solution to the above problem is compression. There are lots of data compression methods available today, but in this thesis we will discuss the working principles of the Arithmetic Coding algorithm with an implementation using Visual Basic 6.0. This algorithm performance analysis aims to determine the performance of this algorithm in * .MP3 and * .WAV audio files. In this system there are compression and decompression stages. The compression stage aims to compress the audio file size, while the decompression stage aims to restore the audio file size to its original size.

Decision support system is defined as a system that is intended to support managerial decision makers in certain situations. Decision support systems are intended to be a tool for decision makers to expand their capabilities, but not to replace their judgment. This RTLH (Unfit for Living House) assistance must be right on target for poor people who meet the criteria as requirements for receiving RTLH assistance, so that residents who are unable to receive RTLH assistance can receive the assistance. In its implementation, the underprivileged population who is entitled to receive assistance unfit for habitation is determined by the Social Service (Dinsos). One of the methods in decision support is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method or commonly abbreviated as the SMART method. The SMART method is a method that has minimum calculations and is very simple, but objective on the results of decision support. From research conducted using the SMART method, it was found that R9 with a final optimization value of 0.725 became the recipient of uninhabitable housing assistance from 10 alternative data on uninhabitable houses analyzed.

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and time series data can be used for forecasting methods well. Artificial Neural Network is a method whose working principle is adapted from a mathematical model in humans or biological nerves. Neural networks are characterized by; (1) the pattern of connections between neurons (called architecture), (2) determining the weight of the connection (called training or learning), and (3) the activation function. The research objective was to obtain the best artificial neural network architecture, comparing the two methods of Backpropogation Neural Networks with the Radial Base Function Artificial Neural Network (RBF) method. This research is a research using real data (true experimental). This research was conducted at SMK Harapan Bangsa Kuala, which was obtained from 2015 to 2019. The results showed that for one iteration using the backpropagation method the result was 0,378197657 with a squared error 0.143033468, then the results achieved were not in accordance with the target.

In selecting and determining contract employees such as Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to become permanent employees in a company, it still seems inaccurate, because the assessment and calculation of the results of the test are done manually, so there is a possibility of errors in providing the final results of the selection. Therefore, a Decision Support System was designed that could determine SPG contract employees to become permanent employees who could assist the company in selecting the right employees. Decision Support Systems are part of a computer-based information system that is commonly used to support decision making in an organization or company. This decision support system is designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to calculate the results in determining SPG contract employees to become permanent employees. So, in the process of selecting SPG contract employees to become permanent employees using a decision support system using the SAW method can be done easily and precisely, because it is calculated by a computer system.

Education has a very decisive role, not only for the development and manifestation of individuals but also for the development of a nation and a state. The progress of a culture depends on how that culture recognizes, appreciates, and uses its human resources. This is closely related to the quality of education provided to members of the community. The word decision means choice, namely the choice of two or more possibilities. Decision making is hardly a choice between right and wrong but what often happens is a choice between "almost right" and "maybe wrong". Decision making in an organization is the result of a continuous process of communication and participation from the entire organization. The results of these decisions can be statements that are agreed between alternatives or between procedures to achieve certain goals. However, to be able to determine the best decision, there are several methods that can be used to build a decision support system, one of which is Promethee. The promethee method is included in the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) group solving or multiple criteria decision making which is a discipline that is very important in making decisions on a problem that has more than one criterion (multicriteria).

Dampak dari Pandemi COVID 19 dapat dilihat dari terpuruknya ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya pada masyarakat nagori Sitalasai tempat dilakukannya penelitian ini. Data dari Dinas Kelurahan menjelaskan bahwa hampir seluruh masyarakat merasakan sulitnya menjalankan roda perekonomian. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini pemerintah membuat program pemberian bantuan khusus bagi masyarakat yang layak. Untuk menentukan kelayakan penerimaan bantuan Covid 19 ini dibutuhkan model atau aturan agar tepat pada sasaran. Saat ini pihak kelurahan hanya memiliki data yang bersumber dari Dinas Sosial dan tidak semua masyarakat masuk kedalam daftar tersebut sehingga banyak masyarakat yang seharusnya layak menerima bantuan tidak masuk kedalam daftar penerima bantuan. Data mining dengan algoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu metode didalam ilmu komputer untuk memecahkan permasalahan klasifikasi. Dengan algoritma C4.5 variabel untuk mengukur faktor-faktor kelayakan penerima bantuan ini dikorelasikan untuk menghasilkan aturan. Hasil yang akan dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah aturan pohon keputusan kelayakan penerima bantuan Covid 19. Dengan metode pemecahan permasalahan ini menggunakan data mining algoritma C4.5 dapat mengklasifikasikan kelayakan penerima bantuan Covid19 sehingga data yang diolah valid dan tepat sasaran
