Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of health workers is very important. The high risk of transmission causes stress for them. The aim of the research is to empirically determine the influence of the risk of Covid-19 transmission, public stigma, and the availability of PPE on the stress of health workers in hospitals. Using a quantitative approach, the cross section with a sample of 122 was tested with multinomial logistic regressions. Univariate results show that the risk of transmission is low, public stigma is moderate, PPE availability is high and stress is moderate. The results of the bivariate analysis show that the risk of Covid-19 transmission has a positive effect, community stigma has a positive effect, and the availability of PPE has a positive effect on health worker stress, all of which are significant. Multivariate analysis results indicate that all independent variables have a significant effect on health worker stress. The risk variable for transmitting Covid-19 is the most dominant. Screening for the risk of Covid-19 transmission, complete personal protective equipment, and positive stigma can provide health workers with a sense of security so that the risk of stress can be minimized.

Abstract

The problem with both economic systems, capitalism and socialism, is that they cannot achieve the desires and aspirations of the people as actors of economic policy. Both systems prioritize profit over satisfaction or people's rights. Departing from the various problems that exist in society, the author tries to examine this problem by organizing the two Islamic economic systems. The aim is to examine the problems faced by the economic systems of capitalism and socialism in dealing with economic problems and also to see how the Islamic economic system deals with economic problems. Desk research, or "book research," is the methodology used. This is a qualitative type of research, and the data presented is more subjective and literature-focused. Unlike capitalism, which grants ownership rights over the means of production to each person, socialism does not recognize individual ownership rights and instead grants ownership rights to the collective.   Keywords: Capitalism Value Based Management, Islamic Economics, Socialism based Management

Abstract

Digital financial reporting provides convenience for BUMDes business managers in accessing well-structured data information. In recent years, financial management has evolved from its initial definition, which only focuses on fund collection and asset management, especially in analysing the sources of funds and how they are used to achieve maximum profit for the company. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature approach. Data came from references to the Village Government Law, relevant research journals, and books on village financial management. The data was analysed using the document analysis method. The results of this study state that BUMDes managers must have internalisation skills in managing records. They should be actively involved in drafting financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) and be able to compile financial reports and administrative records digitally. This will make the managers accountable for using capital funds provided by the government. Keywords: Financial Management, BUMDes, Digital Technology, Human Resource Management

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the forms of personal data misuse by fintech lending providers and the legal measures that can be taken when such misuse occurs, within the context of Indonesian cyber law. The background of this research is driven by the rapid development of fintech lending, which is often exploited for criminal activities, including personal data misuse. The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that personal data misuse by fintech lending providers can take various forms, such as unauthorized data usage, illegal disclosure of personal information, and the use of malware to access data. Such violations can result in criminal penalties under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. The conclusion is that there is a need for stricter supervision of fintech lending providers and increased public awareness of personal data protection. Recommendations include the implementation of stricter regulations by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), more intensive supervision by the Indonesian Fintech Association, and public education on their rights regarding personal data.

Abstract

Pamekasan Regency has the authority to administer government affairs in the context of regional autonomy in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. As stated in the 2018-2023 RPJMD of Pamekasan Regency, what is meant by this priority program are programs that directly touch the public interest, are monumental, cross-functional, large-scale and have high urgency and have a broad impact on the community. One of the priority programs in the field of employment is the New Entrepreneurship. The New Entrepreneurship Program is important because economic management is not yet optimal. Meanwhile, the success of policy implementation can be measured from the process and the achievement of the final results, namely: whether or not the goals to be achieved are achieved. This study will use the theory of George C. Edward III which holds that policy implementation is influenced by four variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

The relocation program established to prepare new areas for refugees to prevent them from returning to vulnerable areas is the new area of APG Semeru. This area is referred to as temporary housing (Huntara) for victims of the Semeru eruption. The implementation process is considered highly mature as it involves many parties, including Non-Governmental Organizations such as Banser Bagana, Pramuka Peduli, and even the Indonesian Architects Association. Such synergy is crucial as it is assumed to support innovations in the new area to make it more suitable. The modeling referred to is a series of important stages carried out in disaster relocation policy management. As mentioned earlier, there are several important aspects to be examined in the effectiveness of relocation programs, namely target perceptions, collaboration, and forms of policies implemented. The research uses qualitative research model. The results of this study are: First, dynamics occur from the communication, planning, implementation to development stages. In the communication stage, differences in rationalism and empiricism regarding disasters occur. In planning, actual participation is involved, while in the implementation to development stages, it is always related to unmet needs. Second, to succeed in relocation, there are several forms of policies that must be formulated, such as emergency response policies, mitigation team formation, relocation policies, cooperation and collaboration, post-relocation, and budget policies. The initial policies implemented are related to disaster conditions, while others follow the analysis results of emergency conditions, recovery, or have entered the development stage. All policies are tailored to real-time needs analysis. Additionally, they are all formulated with policy formation, collaboration, and budget stages. Third, the policy implementation model for relocation appears to develop previous theoretical ideas or findings. Several stages such as Jitu Pasna, land clearance, infrastructure and service access, economic and social development need to be implemented with additional policy principles or elements. These include collaborative policies, budget management, and politics.

Abstract

Public service is the fulfillment of the wishes and needs of the community by state administrators. The basis of the establishment of the state is to meet the welfare of the people. It is the duty of the state to meet the needs of the people. One of them is the need for good health and easy access. To meet the community's need for access to health care, the Regent of Pamekasan, Baddrut Tamam, initiated a program called Pamekasan Call Care where the program is a priority program in Pamekasan. This program provides many cars spread over 178 villages located in 13 sub-districts in Pamekasan district. People who need assistance in accessing health simply call the available phone number and they will immediately be picked up to be delivered to the desired health facility. Although it has been implemented since 2020, it turns out that the implementation of this program has not been without obstacles. Problems such as the lack of the number and competence of existing human resources and limited accessibility make this a challenge for the Pamekasan Call Care program.

Abstract

The mushrooming phenomenon of fashion thrift in Indonesia has resulted in a new culture. The new culture is the consumption of young people on thrift fashion products. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. The data was taken by filling out an open questionnaire to 10 respondents obtained through Instagram social media. The data obtained were then analyzed using the theory of the consumption society by Jean P. Baudrillard where the consumption of fashion thrift products not only pays attention to the value of the function of a garment but also the value of symbols in purchasing fashion thrift products. The results of this study show that the reasons respondents consume fashion thrift are because they accidentally found suitable products, complete collections, low product prices, products that are sold well and even some are products with well-known brands, and pride factors.
