Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Ambon by using the Think Talk Write learning model on the material of One Variable Linear Equations and Inequalities. The subjects in this study were students of class VII-7 SMP Negeri 2 Ambon in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) with a teacher who acts as a teacher and takes place in 2 cycles. Data collection was carried out using tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that there is an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, namely in cycle I the percentage of learning outcomes is 50% (15) of students who reach KKM ≥ 70 and the percentage of learning outcomes in cycle II is 73.33% (22) students who obtaining the value of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increased 23.33%. Thus the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ambon on the material of One Variable Linear Equations and Inequalities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Student Facilitator And Explaining dan model pembelajaran Konvensional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang terdiri dari tiga kelas di mana satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol dan satu kelas lainnya sebagai kelas eksperimen yang masing-masing berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik analisis data, yaitu Analisis Deskriptif dan Uji-t (uji beda rata-rata). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VIII1 memiliki nilai rata-rata post test 47,33. Sedangkan, kelas VIII3 memiliki nilai rata-rata post test 31,49. Adapun, hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas dari kedua kelas yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian adalah normal dan homogen, sehingga untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji-t (independent sample t-test) diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai α=0,05 yaitu 0,023 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Ambon yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Student Facilitator And Explaining dan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel

Abstract

Herley is one of the coastal coastal areas that has a very large biodiversity, this region has a fairly wide landscape and is a rocky, rocky and sandy beach that has become a living place for various types of marine biota such as algae (seaweed), bivalves, tridacnidae , growing coral reef fish and various other invertebrate organisms. In addition, the herley area is also a residential area and from year to year the herley community performs various types of activities such as taking marine rocks as a house building and growing coral used as lime fire building materials so that the type of marine biota especially bivalvia tridacnidae is threatened with extinction This study was conducted in October until November 2018 aiming to determine the diversity and distribution patterns of tridacnidae in coastal waters. ey in length. 130 area of 13,000 so 5% of the area as the area for determining transects and sampling tridacnidae. Abstract

Lising of exact teaching method, is an alterative to overcome the weakness of student is reserve live to the lesson, in order to promote the quality of the teaching learning method Quantum learning is kinds of methods or philosophy for learning speed, (accelereted learning) accelerated learning can be define as the way to suport students in learning with wondrful accelerated, by using normal evort and anthusiastie this research is aim to know the implementation promote learning method Quantum learning in order to promote learning result and metacognitive concept of human movement system to the students in class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 10 Ambon. This kind of research using descriptive research subject is the class IPA2 which capacity 26 students. Data of biology learning result is obtained through out pre test and post test, observation is used to observe cognitive ability, afeecitve, and psycomotor. The result of research is obtained in avarage of finally score 89,09% and metacognitive skill in pre test in average 51,69% and post test 93,88%.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to synthesize amorphous silica powder (SiO2) made from sand obtained from the Bancar-Tuban area using the hydrothermal-coprecipitation method using 7M NaOH as solvent. The samples obtained were characterized using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The characterization results show that there has been an increase in the percentage of weight (wt%) Si from 71.5% to 92.20%. The structure of the silica formed is a with non-uniform particle size with an average size exceeding ≥110.09 nm. The results of observations using SEM instruments that were carried out using various variations showed that the SiO2 particle size was not uniform, where the SiO2 powder tended to agglomerate

Abstract

This study aims to improve science process skills of high school students through inquiry model on material elasticity subject. The experimental design of learning applied by using one group pretest-posttest design tested on XI MIA5 and XI MIA4 classes with a total sample of 30 students. The data collected includes science process skill data, observation data, and student response data. Data analysis techniques used include; 1) qualitative descriptive analysis of skills of science processes, students’ activities and responses. 2) parametric statistical analysis of normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The result of the research indicates that: 1) there is a significant improvement of science process skill in every indicator of students' science process skill including determining variables, interpreting, summarizing, formulating problems, and formulating hypotheses. 2) experiment is the most prominent students’ 'activities, and 3) The students' response after taught using the inquiry model is very positive, with the highest percentage of student response is with teacher guidance when working on the students worksheet. Based on the results of this study, inquiry model can improve science process skills of students of SMAN 5 Ambon on the subject of elasticity material

Abstract

One effort to mitigate the pollution of weight Metal mercury (Hg) in soil with the process of fitoremediation or plant use that is categorized as a hyperaccumulator plant.This research aims to determine the magnitude of the accumulation of weight metal mercury (Hg) by the Trembesi plant (Samanea Saman) based on the value of Biocentration factor (BCF) and the translocation factor (TF) with variation of time of contact between plants with land tainted seven days and fourteen days. Research conducted in integrated research and testing laboratory of Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta (LPPT-UGM) with Mercury instrument Analyzer. The results of the study showed that the highest mercury uptake (Hg) was found at a seven-day remediation time with a concentration of absorption at roots of 5.16 ppm and at a leaf of 1.90 ppm. While the result of the calculation shows that the value of the biocentralization factor (BCF) is 5.27 and the value of translocation (TF) 0.36 so that Trembesi plant (Samanea Saman) can be categorized as one of the accumulator plants against contaminated weight metal mercury (Hg) because it has a value of BCF > 1 with fitostabilisation mechanism

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in X grade of SMA Negeri 7 Ambon, after using Ispring media and power points in learning process. The population of this research is all students of X grade, and the sample is X1 class consist of 17 students. Student learning outcomes data on sub concepts of chemical basic laws obtained through final tests, student worksheets (LKPD), affective assessment sheets, and psychomotor assessment sheets with the presentation of the results obtained by 1 student (5.88%) getting qualified very good, 5 students (35,29%) get good qualifications, 7 students (35,29%) get enough qualifications and 4 students (23.52%) with less qualifications. Learning outcomes show all students (100%) successfully reach the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 70
