Jurnal Ekonomi Bisnis Manajemen Prima merupakan jurnal ilmiah online yang diterbitkan secara berkala oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Prima Indonesia dan teregistrasi oleh LIPI dengan SK ISSN 0005.2685984X/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2019.08 pada Agustus 2019. <![CDATA[SUD Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga is a hospital that contributes to improving service and service quality in the Samosir Regency area with a population of 126,188 people. This research is quantitative research with a causal associative method, a sample of 75 people who are from RSUD Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga Panguruan in Samosir Regency. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that there is an influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance at RSUD Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga. Partially, the leadership style that is proxied by transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and Laisses Faire leadership can have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga Hospital. Whereas job satisfaction stated the results partially had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Dr. Hadrianus Sinaga.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Perkebunan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 112 orang dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dicatat langsung oleh peneliti melalui hasil kuisioner dan wawancara mengenai masalah-masalah menyangkut kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan Pemerinah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perkebunan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the social media marketing Instagram, whatshapp, and the Web on purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative in nature with the amount of data collected as many as 100 respondents. The research method used is data using multiple linear regression analysis, namely by collecting data from data sources, namely primary data, namely questionnaires and secondary data, this is to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis prove that there is a positive and significant influence of Instagram, Whatsapp and Web social media marketing both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Swasana by Temata Restaurant. Among the three social media that most dominantly influence purchasing decisions is the Web social media.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on the satisfaction of healthcare providers as experienced directly by patients. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation of patients/families, as well as the leadership and staff at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center. The study found that the reliability aspect of the services provided at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center is characterized by a high level of discipline and reliability, as perceived by patients. The responsiveness aspect of the services provided at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center is highly responsive to patients, especially in emergency cases or when patients require immediate assistance. The assurance aspect of the services provided at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center is characterized by friendly, polite, and respectful behavior of the staff towards patients, creating a sense of comfort. The empathy aspect of the services provided at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center is demonstrated by healthcare providers showing a high level of empathy and concern. The tangible aspect of the services provided at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center is reflected in the good facilities and infrastructure available. Overall, patients express satisfaction with the services provided at Talaga Bodas Community Health Center.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews, shipping costs and payment methods on purchasing decisions for Generation Z Lazada application users in Pancur Batu District. This type of research is associative which is research with the aim of knowing the effect of two or more variables. The population in this study were all people in Pancur Batu District who had made purchases at Lazada at least twice. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study linear regression analysis test using Statistical Package For the Social Science For Windows (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews, shipping cost and payment method partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions decisions for Generation Z Lazada application users in Pancur Batu District. The coefficient of determination is obtained 0.847. This states that the variables of online customer review, shipping cost and payment method influence purchasing decisions by 84.7%, and the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara selama periode 2020-2022. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Selain itu, variabel lain seperti belanja operasional, pendapatan, dan anggaran juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengelola keuangan publik untuk meningkatkan alokasi belanja modal dan pengelolaan anggaran yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti lain yang tertarik untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan institusi publik di Indonesia. Various halal skincare brands on the market such as wardah, makeover somethink. With the increasing prevalence of skincare labeled halal, companies must prioritize not only quality but also external factors that support consumer purchasing decisions. <![CDATA[Abstract A farm laborer is someone who works on someone else's land to get produce or wages from the land owner. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work fatigue and work family conflict on the work stress of female farm workers in Tubanan Village, Kec. flower This research is a study using a quantitative approach to the survey method of respondents. The subjects involved in this study were women farm workers in Tubanan Village, Kec. Flower which totaled 76 respondents by means of multiple linear regression model analysis. The collection of technical data in this study used the SPSS software program. Based on the results obtained, the factors that influence work stress are work family conflict. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which shows a sig value of less than 0.05, which is equal to 0.008. While workload has no effect on work stress seen from a sig value greater than 0.05, which is equal to 0.054. Work fatigue has no effect on work stress seen from a sig value greater than 0.05, which is equal to 0.192.Keywords:Workload, Work Fatigue, Work Family Conflict, Work Stress]]>

One of the conveniences is the ability to shop online like shopee,especially to streamline time in everyday life, so you can shop without coming to the store, makingpayments is also easy to do. Making it easier for consumers to make transactions. The continued growthof e-commerce in Indonesia prompted Shopee to make changes to entice customers to interact morethrough the site. However, apart from convenience, complete product information is also required inorder to avoid product discrepancies in the marketplace that will be sent to consumers. The purpose ofthis study was to describe the effect of discounts, convenience, quality of information on purchasingdecisions of economics and business students at Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic University Jepara. Thisresearch is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique of probabilitysampling with simple random sampling technique is 92 respondents. The results in this study there isno influence between the discount variable on purchasing decisions. While convenience, the quality ofinformation is concluded that there is a significant influence on purchasing decisions.]]>
