Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT. The Light of the Medan Maritime Award. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount of 3.609 > from ttable of 2.034 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.001. While the organizational climate partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount of 2.648 > from ttable of 2.034 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.012. Simultaneously, compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by Fcount of 15,039 > from Ftable of 3.28 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence given is 47.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at STMB MULTI SMART Medan during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The number of samples taken is 42 people as much as the total population of employees. Types and sources of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interviewing, asking several questions and studying documentation. Based on the results of the t test or partially stated that organizational culture does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test or simultaneously stated that organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of the determinant coefficient (R2) indicates that the independent variables, namely organizational culture and work discipline, can explain the performance of STMB MULTI SMART Medan employees amounting to 72% while 28% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The research explored the description of learning agility and the effect of each independent variable, namely online learning, grit, and collaborative skill on learning agility of millennial employees in DKI Jaya. This quantitative research applied an associative approach with data collected through questionnaires with a total of 387 millennial employees in DKI Jaya. This research suggested that millennial employees in DKI Jaya performed good learning agility, online learning, grit, and collaborative skill. Using simple regression analysis, it was known that online learning and collaborative skill each had significant effect on learning agility, while grit was found not to have significant effect on learning agility of millennial employees in DKI Jaya. By this research, the institutions were supposed to continuously support the development of learning agility, online learning, grit, and collaborative skill of millennial employees in DKI Jaya for the sustainability of the institutions.

Abstract

This study examines whether banking productivity as proxies by ATO and EP is not influenced by intellectual capital. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling technique of the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period which is the archival data in this study. The total sample is 105 data obtained from 21 companies for 5 years. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results showed that intellectual capital had an effect on ATO and EP. VAHU has no effect on ATO and EP, VACA has no effect on ATO and EP, STVA has no effect on ATO and EP. This research is limited to the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Currently, in developing countries, MSMEs have a big contribution to grow the community's economy, including Indonesia. MSMEs hold an essential position in economic progress. There are still very few researchers who examine the BI Rate, Inflation, and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on MSME credit financing. So, researchers are interested in taking this title. This study is an explanatory research which aims to describe the causal correlation between variables through hypotheses and is carried out through descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all MSMEs in Indonesia that receive credit financing. The data taken is the period 2011-2019. Population data collection techniques are carried out using a time series approach using an annual scale. The result is that the BI Rate, Inflation and the Rupiah Exchange rate partially have no effect and are not significant on MSME credit financing. Meanwhile, the BI Rate, Inflation, and the Rupiah Exchange simultaneously have a significant effect on MSME credit financing.

Abstract

The research with the title Analysis of Budget Realization Reports at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Medan City aims to. determine the realization, growth, and level of efficiency of spending at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Medan City. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, secondary data is data that is already available and collected by other parties. The data collection technique used in this research is to use the Documentation technique. Documents are records of events that have passed, documents can be in the form of writing, pictures, or monumental works of someone. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results show that BPKAD spending has the criteria for the preferred difference, the spending variance, which is showing the difference between the budget and the realization of spending, if the difference in the realization of spending is smaller than the budget, it means identifying the favorable variance or budget savings. Expenditure growth analysis is to find out the development of spending from year to year by comparing the realization of the budget from a certain year to the realization of the budget in the following year. BPKAD expenditure growth tends to increase every year. Budget efficiency is measured by means of a comparison between expenditure reactivation and the expenditure budget, the efficiency ratio is not absolute, but relative, the efficiency of BPKAD spending has been running very efficiently, quite efficiently, and efficiency

Abstract

Di awal membangun sebuah usaha relasi menjadi sebauh hal yang penting sebagai satu dari berbagai macam metode pemasaran suatu produk. 2 hal tersebut yaitu komunikasi dan relasi digunakan percetakan Merdeka Kreasi sebagai langkah awal dalam memasarkan produknya kepada calon customer. Dengan mengandalkan relasi yang luas dan komunikasi pemasaran yang baik menjadi modal dalam membangun sebuah bisnis, tak terkecuali dalam membangun bisnis di dunia advertising atau percetakan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif experimental dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Komunikasi dan hubungan relasi pertemanan menjadi kunci penting sebagai strategi pemasaaran produk atau jasa dalam hal ini merdeka kreasi. Karena dengan dua hal tersebut jasa yang ditawarkan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik oleh para calon customer. Terlihat dari sejumlah buku yang telah diterbitkan oleh merdeka kreasi adalah buah dari pola komunikasi dan hubungan relasi yang baik yang di bangun oleh perusahaan dengan para calon customer.

Abstract

Era digital mengambil pengaruh yang signifikan bagi kehidupan manusia sehari-hari, seiring kemajuan teknologi perkembangan dan perubahan terus terjadi, seperti pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru dan murid yang sudah menggunakan bahan ajar seperti media handphone dengan menggunakan fitur layanan yang disediakan oleh situs yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja selagi pengguna nya memiliki jaringan internet, hal ini menjadikan media buku versi cetak tidak lagi banyak digunakan oleh sekolah, bahkan perguruan tinggi,sehingga menyebabkan berkurang nya permintaan cetak buku di salah satu penerbit buku CV Media Kreasi, terlebih lagi pada tahun 2019, adanya pandemi Covid-19 menjadi salah satu penyebab dampak dari permintaan buku di CV Media Kreasidikarenakan pemerintah yang mengeluarkan aturan agar sekolah dapat dilaksanakan dari rumah atau sekolah online dengan memanfaatkan media handphone atau laptop, sehingga media bahan ajar pun dapat dengan mudah didapatkan dari handphone sehingga penggunana buku versi cetak menjadi berkurang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public service motivation, service quality, and performance of police officers on community satisfaction with members of the Sungai Penuh City Police. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were members of the police at the Sungai Penuh Police. The sample used was 144 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Public service motivation has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) The performance of police officers has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (4) Public service motivation, service quality, performance of police officers together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Sungai Full Police Sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Sales Promotion on Purchase Decisions for Honda Motorcycles at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. This research uses quantitative descriptive research and the sampling technique in this study uses the slovin formula with a total of 70 respondents. Primary data in this study were taken by means of interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data processing technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, instrument test (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using SPSS for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously brand image, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for motorcycles at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Promotion is the most dominant variable influencing motorcycle purchasing decisions at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Adjusted R Square value of 0.253 which means 25.3% of purchasing decisions can be explained by variations of the three independent variables (brand image, product quality and promotion) while the remaining 74.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
