Abstract

Adding salt to the original soil can reduce the optimum moisture content and increase the maximum dry volume weight at a percentage of 0% by 0.8913 gr / cm3 - 10% by 1.0593 gr / cm3. CBR testing that is not submerged in the original soil will improve the mechanical properties of the soil if mixed with 5% of 8.37 kg / cm2, then a decrease of 10% is 3,297 kg / cm2 and so on because it is easy to dissolve and has low bond strength. So, the CBR shows that its value decreases dramatically as the percentage salt increases. Testing the value of the shear angle (Ø) also continues to fall with increasing value of the percentage of Salt. In cohesion testing also increased at 5% by 0.089 kg / m2 and decreased if the percentage of salt addition increased. The value of shear strength also increased at a percentage of 0% by 26.57o - 10% by 39.29 and decreased at a higher percentage. The addition of salt to native soil can also increase the shear strength value of 5% salt by 0.209 - 10% salt by 0.351 kg / cm2 and decrease at 15% higher salt addition by 0.140kg / cm2.

Abstract

The combination of NaOH and Na2SiO3 in an alkaline solution is able to react with FA  to form Si-O-Si and Si-O-Al gels. Several studies have shown that the high concentration of NaOH causes the appearance of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) on the surface of the specimen. This problem became the concern of this study, the reduction NaOH concentration was investigated to reduce CaCO3. The results showed that the chemical composition of FA Nagan Raya (FANR) contained Si, Al, and Ca compounds which were respectively around 37.16%, 17.61%, and 8.72%. XRD analysis shows that the main peaks of the FANR material and paste are in the 20 to 30 2θ region. FTIR analysis showed that the peak of the band 1380cm-1 - 1450cm-1, showed that the CaCO3 was bent in the FANR paste. The TGA analysis shows that the weight loss of FANR paste is higher than material of FANR. Low NaOH concentration has decreasing workability which causes faster setting time and reduces compressive strength. However, the use of a low concentration of NaOH solution can reduce CaCO3 on the surface of spesimen.

Abstract

Methods used in the implementation of the project on precast U-ditch installation work, one of which is by steel sheet pile erection method and Diversion Channel method. The analysis data required for the comparison of these two methods is secondary data obtained from the implementing party in the form of RAB, time schedule, implementation picture. In this analysis, alternative methods are planned by comparing in terms of cost and execution time. By analyzing the comparison of steel sheet pile erection method with Diversion Channel method, obtained results on the erection method with Steel sheet pile has a work cost of Rp.7,766,567,860 with an implementation time of 117 days, while with the Diversion Channel method the required cost is Rp.3,894,630,735 with an implementation time of 100 days so that there is a cost efficiency of 49.85% and a faster time of 17 days with diversion channel method.

Abstract

Abstract: Value Engineering is a management effort in the cost analysis of a project to get the desired function that is cost efficient but does not alter or reduce the quality, functionality, and benefits of the project. The purpose of value engineering analysis in the 3-house construction project is to know the high cost work items, alternative materials that can be used, as well as calculate the initial cost comparison with the cost after applied the value engineering to know the amount of cost savings.This research uses a comparative analysis method between additional work costs and a cost worth less than 3 (Cost/Worth < 3). In the case study of the construction of this 3-piece home project The data used includes work image data, Unit price analysis list data, and budget cost plan data (RAB).From the analysis of value engineering, known items of work that have high costs are floor work, wall work, utility work, finishing work, ground tank work and pump house outside the building, work around the exterior of the building, and work facilities and environmental infrastructure. Alternative materials that can be a substitute for the initial material in the cost saving effort in the construction project 3 of the House is a brand of romance and brand Noble, closet sitting brand Toto S 516, water faucet brand Classic sus304, shower brand Fiorentino, stop faucet brand Toto, sink complet brand Toto LW 246j, paint wall avitex avian, wool yarn of corn brand, bak garbage fiber size 240 liters, paving block between + pairs (local product of the area is Blang Star). The initial cost of the 3-house project is Rp. 9,013,187,705.74,-after the application of value engineering analysis, the cost of the 3-house project to Rp. 8,711,739,049.68,-compared with the initial cost can be more efficient Rp. 301,448,656.06,-.Keywords: Value Engineering analysis, Cost/Worth, cost saving.

Abstract

Data used in this case study, rainfall data (mm), temperature (ᵒC), humidity (%), duration of sun exposure (hours), wind speed (m / s). Data collection methods used in this study include, primary data obtained directly by conducting field research using Davis Vantage VVE 6250 Wireless Weather Station. And secondary data is obtained online from the official website data onlineBMKG.go.id. by taking data from 2010 to 2019 in a period of 10 years. With research locations: Mandiri Station, Lambaro Skep, Kuta Alam, Banda Aceh City. Class I Meteorological Station, Sultan Iskandar Muda, Aceh Besar. Meteorological Station Class IV, Lampanah Teungoh, Indrapuri, Aceh Besar. Cot Ba'u Class III Meteorological Station, Sukajaya, Sabang City, Aceh. Malikul Saleh Meteorological Station, Lhoksmawe, North Aceh. Cut Nyak Dhien Meteorological Station, Nagan Raya. Frequency analysis parameters include the parameter average value, standard deviation (Sd), coefficient of variation (Cv). Kurtosis Coefficient (CK) Calculation of these parameters is based on the record of the average daily rainfall of the maximum maximum of the last 10 years. Analysis of rainfall frequency distribution and birthday period (PUT). Analysis of Normal Distribution, Normal Log Distribution, Pearson Type III Log Distribution, Gumbel Distribution, and for analysis methods using isohyet methods, and arithmetic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tinggi balok H = 1/12 L-1/10 L terhadap luas tulangan balok yang digunakan pada konstruksi bangunan. Variabel yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini merupakan tinggi balok dan luas tulangan pokok. Model struktur portal yang ditinjau ialah portal dalam bentuk tiga dimensi dan bertingkat tiga. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan Aplikasi SAP 2000 versi 20.2. Perhitungan beban mati dan beban hidup gedung ini berdasarkan pada peraturan SNI 03-1727-2013, perhitungan beban angin berdasarkan pada Pedoman Peraturan Pembebanan Indonesia untuk Gedung 1987, perhitungan beban gempa berdasarkan pada SNI 1726-2012. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pembesaran luas tulangan balok dari tiap-tiap penampang yang berbeda, dimana semakin besar penampang/tinggi balok semakin besar luas tulangan, pengaruh besarnya luas tulangan terjadi pada balok H=1/10L-1/11L, Perbedaan luas tulangan berdasarkan perencanaan berdasarkan momen ultimit (Mu) terhadap balok adalah (30x40)cm= As = 397,38 mm2, As’ = 198,69 mm2. (20x35)cm= As = 299,03 mm2, As’ = 114,51 mm2. (25x40)cm= As 331,15 mm2, As’ 165,58 mm2. (20x30)cm= As 193,13 mm2, As’ 96,56 mm2. (25x35)cm= As 286,28 mm2, As’ = 143,14 mm2. (20x25)cm= As = 157,23 mm2, As’ 78,62 mm2. Luas tulangan balok yang lebih efisiensi dalam perencanaan gedung ini adalah balok 1/12 L ukuran (25x35)cm dan ukuran (20x25)cm.

Abstract

In the 2017 fiscal year, one of the roads that will be enhanced with service capabilities and comfort is the work package for the improvement of the Sawah Block - Blang Paseh road in Sigli City. This work was carried out for 150 days with a contract value of Rp. 8,286,227,000.00, - (eight billion two hundred eighty-six million two hundred and twenty-seven thousand rupiah) with a road length of 1023 meters and a width of 8 meters. The job is delayed in time, this has an impact on the cost of the job. Therefore, the calculation of the optimization of the work method is carried out on the cost and time required to complete the usual pile work from the excavation source, selected embankments from the excavation source, road body preparation, class B aggregate foundation layer, and class A aggregate foundation layer. method of work, namely method 1 is to do the job thoroughly until it is finished then proceed to the next job, and method 2 is to do the work per item to completion by increasing the capacity of the tool. When calculated using method 1, this work can be done for 21 days at a cost of Rp. 306,800,000.00, - and using method 2 for 11 days at a cost of Rp. 324,500,000.00, -. Method 1 can be said to be more optimal than method 2 because it costs less, even though the time used is longer than method 2.

Abstract

Jalan Panglima Polem Kota Banda Aceh, according to function is an arterial road. Based on the Banda Aceh City Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) in 2009/2029, this area is designated as the downtown area, therefore along the road there are shops, offices and restaurants. Because of the large draws of shops and restaurants the traffic flow in the region is sometimes not smooth, this condition is exacerbated by the side constraints due to heavy shopping activities, street vendors and a very long time in and out of vehicle exchanges. Data was collected in each direction, namely A and B for three days, namely on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, the results of this study found that the highest traffic volume occurred on Monday, direction A on March 9, 2020, amounting to 1,118 pcu / hour, with mild side obstacle class, free flow speed is 56 km / hour, road capacity is 1571 pcu / hour, saturation degree is 0.71, and traffic speed is 33.33 km / hour, and the highest traffic volume direction B occurs at Monday, March 9, 2020 is 805 pcu / hour, with very mild side barriers, free flow acceleration is 57 km / hour, road capacity is 1603 pcu / hour, saturation degree is 0.50, and traffic speed is 31.64 km /hour.

Abstract

Irrigation area is a unit of land that gets water from an irrigation network. One of the Krueng Aceh irrigation dams built to irrigate the Krueng Aceh irrigation area is divided into 2 parts, namely the right irrigation area, to irrigate an area of 7,194 ha, consisting of 6,385 ha located on the right bank of Krueng Aceh and 809 ha located on the left hand side Krueng Aceh. While the left irrigation area, to irrigate an area of 256 ha. The research location is in the Secondary Channel Blang Bintang BBB.4 - BBB.5 Krueng Aceh Irrigation Area Aceh Besar District. Based on the analysis that has been done, the maximum evapotranspiration needs value is occurred in August which is 2.98 mm / day, with an average evapotranspiration requirement of 2.63 mm / day. The maximum value of plant consumptive use needs occurred in April, which was 8.44 mm / day. The maximum effective rainfall value for rice occurs in December in the first half month (December-1), which is 1.32 mm / day. The maximum water requirement in paddy fields is found in April the second half of the month (April-2) which is 8.02 mm / day, with the need for water at the gates which is 1.43 l / sec / ha. The level of effectiveness of Blang Bintang secondary channel on BBB.4 - BBB.5 channels is 80.58% (0.81).
