Abstract

Lapisan aspal beton (laston) terdiri dari campuran agregat kasar, agregat halus, filler dan aspal. Agregat merupakan komponen yang cukup dominan sebagai bahan penyusun campuran aspal khusunya agregat halus dan semen portland. Material pengisi yang sering digunakan untuk membuat laston adalah semen Portland. Sebagian besar bahan material filler mempunyai harga yang mahal, untuk itu perlu adanya inovasi dengan menggunakan bahan pengganti yang lebih menguntungkan dan efisien pada suatu susunan campuran aspal dan jumlahnya di lapangan masih banyak seperti Abu Serbuk Kayu (ASK) dengan persentase 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% terhadap semen pada campuran lapisan Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course (AC-WC) dengan benda uji seluruhnya yaitu 60 benda uji. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi penggunaan  filler ASK pada Agregat Halus Pasir Laut (AHL) dan Agegat Halus Pasir Sungai (AHI) komposisi 25% AHL dan 75% AHI pada kadar aspal 5,00% dengan nilai stabilitas yaitu 1316,37 kg pada campuran lapisan aspal yang masih memenuhi persyaratan Bina Marga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berpedoman pada syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Bina Marga 2010 Revisi 4 (2018). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh komposisi terbaik untuk variasi filler ASK dengan kombinasi subtitusi terbaik yaitu pada variasi filler ASK 5% dengan nilai stabilitas 1312,42 kg

Abstract

Water is a natural resource that is very useful in human life. One of the problems that occurred in Kabupaten Aceh Tenggarat, precisely in the city of Kutacane and especially in Kecamtan Babussalam, is the reduced water discharge from the Lawe Sikap river which has been the source of water for the Lawe Sikap PDAM Water Treatment Installation. The aim of this research is to find out the existing clean water distribution piping network system, then an effective alternative piping network system will be planned. The method used in this research is secondary ftom the existing network system. The research of network analysis is using the Pipe Flow Expert program. Evaluation of the existing network using PVC pipe sizes used 4'', 8'' and 12'' diameter, the existing flow velocity is 4.989–7,893 m/sec, exceeds the allowable limit of 3.0–4.5 m/sec and the pressure is still minus. So, the results obtained from the research plan using PVC pipe sizes used are 4 ", 6", 8 "and 12" in diameter. From this research also obtained the results that the flow velocity is 4.004 m/sec and is still within the permitted limit and the pressure is still minus. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the existing network must be re-planned. The suggestion that the author can give to produce a sufficient pressure is to use a pump system

Abstract

Semua penyedia barang/jasa yang berminat dan memenuhi kualifikasi dapat mengikutinya pelelangan, namun pada proses lelang ada suatu fenomena yang krusial yakni gagal lelang atau kalah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis parameter kegagalan Kontraktor Pelaksana pada proses pengadaan penyedia jasa konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menguji parameter yang dapat menimbulkan kegagalan kontraktor pelaksana pada proses pengadaan penyedia jasa konstruksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa parameter yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur kegagalan lelang proyek yakni resiko tidak memenuhi syarat dokumen kualifikasi dan resiko tidak memenuhi syarat dokumen penawaran. Faktor resiko tidak memenuhi syarat dokumen kualifikasi, faktor yang paling dominan adalah kontrak pendukung pengalaman perusahaan, tenaga ahli dan surat pernyataan mempunyai kinerja baik dan tidak termasuk daftar hitam rekanan, sedangkan resiko tidak memenuhi syarat dokumen penawaran, faktor yang paling dominan adalah harga penawaran kalah bersaing dengan peserta lain, rencana kerja tidak memenuhi standar owner/tidak disetujui dan web LPSE dikunci/tidak bisa dibuka. Solusinya perlu dilakukan dilakukan pengecekan kembali sebelum pelaksanaan tenderselanjutnya, Pelatihan tata cara pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah perlu dilakukan oleh pihak penyelenggara.  Pihak penyelenggara perlu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program yang berjalan pada sistem layanan pengadaan serta menyusun waktu efektif dan efisien dalam mempersiapkan dokumen proses penawaran sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diminta oleh paket kegiatan yang kan dilelang.

Abstract

The road is designed in order to achieve the service life of the plan, but the fact on the ground many roads suffered damage before the life of the plan service was reached. Environmental factors such as high rainfall with poor drainage conditions can cause puddles on the pavement surface of the road. Standing water for a long duration and plus the load of traffic at the point of standing water on the road surface can cause damage to the road. The purpose of research how the durability value and characteristics of asphalt concrete due to rainwater soaking. Experimental research methods are laboratoryized with the Cantabro method under long-term process conditions (Long Term Oven Agin (LTOA)). Test objects that have undergone the LTOA process are then soaked with rainwater and test Marshall's characteristics. Irs value of rainwater soaking duration of 7 days by 63%, IDP value of 32% and IDK of 30%. Marshall's characteristic value decreased as the duration of rainwater soaking increased. The lowest stability value of rainwater soaking duration of 7 days amounted to 1852 kg and the highest stability value without soaking of 3015 kg.

Abstract

Composite structure is a structure that consists of several materials with different material properties and forms a single unit with the aim of producing better composite properties. In order for the steel-concrete composite structure to work properly, a shear connector is needed that unites the steel beam and the concrete slab so that it does not shift. This study uses ANSYS 15.0. The simulation used is the Static Structural method with non-linear materials for both steel and concrete. The length variation observed for comparison is the length of the stud connector from 10 mm to 100 mm with a fixed stud diameter of 10 mm. The tendency of the deformation pattern that occurs in the stud connector is the occurrence of deformation in the form of vertical bending at the stud connection with the weld. The results of numerical analysis show that the addition of the diameter of the shear connector of the stud type affects the load capacity that the stud can withstand. The larger the diameter of the stud, the greater the load that can be carried. This is because along with the increase in the diameter of the stud, it causes the surface area to be loaded to increase, so that occurs the greater stress.

Abstract

Soil stability is an attempt of improvement carried out to increase soil carrying capacity in order to fulfill the needs of construction. The improvement method used in this study is mixing rice husk ash (RHA) with a certain percentage of clay soil. The tests carried out in this study include soil physical properties, compaction and CBR testing. Based on CBR testing, the results obtained were 11.65% on the variation of 0% RHA, 5% for RHA at 20.39%, 10% for RHA at 10.92% and for RHA 15% at 3.56%. The highest increase in CBR value occurred at the addition of RHA 5% which was 74.96% compared to the original soil of CBR. Based on the test results, it can be seen that the addition of waste rice husk ash with a level of 5% which is most effectively used in an effort to increase the landfill carrying capacity so that it can be functioned as a material for landfill stabilizer for subgrade roads

Abstract

During the rainy season, various disasters occur in Indonesia, one of which is landslides. As happened in the geological area of the Karangsambung nature reserve, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. The area has unique geological characteristics and is dominated by slopes that have a high potential for landslides. The movement of avalanches generally gets bigger or faster if the rainfall is getting higher. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of landslides and appropriate countermeasures to prevent the occurrence of landslides. Field investigations and laboratory tests were used to determine soil characteristics which were then analyzed using the infinite element method to calculate the slope factor of safety (Fs). Based on the laboratory test, it was found that the cohesion value and low shear angle indicated a low bearing capacity of the soil. Based on the investigation, it was found that the groundwater level is at an elevation of 0.00 m or ground level. At a groundwater level of 0.00 m, the Fs value of 0.50 Fs value < 1 is categorized as unsafe. The groundwater level was lowered to a depth of 3.00 m, obtained Fs > 1.3, and categorized as safe. The decrease in groundwater level on the slopes is planned with a French drainage system that uses geotextiles. The geotextile that will be used also involves vetiver/vetiver grass as a conservation effort, locking the soil and simultaneously channeling water in the soil out through evaporation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the value of the price escalation of the work item for the Damage Control (Avalanche) Development Project for the Lawe Alas River Cliff, Southeast Aceh Regency. The result of the escalation calculation based on the contract value in the 13th month is Rp. 53,048.010,455, of the total contract value of Rp. 104,415,0005,000, or an escalated value of 50.80% of the contract price. Escalation calculation method used the formula contained in Presidential Decree no. 16 of 2018 article 37, with quantity data obtained from field measurements and stated in the final addendum terms and contracts. The component index is obtained from the relevant ministerial decree and the price index from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The calculation is done by looking at the progress and delays in the schedule. From the calculation, the Escalation Value obtained is Rp. 708,990,794 with a percentage of 1.34% of the escalation contract value, which is Rp. 53,048.010,455. The escalation percentage obtained at 1.34% was still able to offset the inflation that occurred at 1.28%.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the percentage of coarse aggregate combined between crushed stone and uncrushed stone which produces the optimum compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete. To achieve this goal, an experimental study was carried out in the laboratory using a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 150 mm, a height of 300 mm with six variations of the mixture. Concrete mix planning is based on SNI 03-2834-2000 concerning Procedures for Making Normal Concrete Mixture Plans. The test results show that the greatest compressive strength and elastic modulus is produced by a concrete mixture in which all coarse aggregates use crushed stone with a compressive strength value of 10.12 MPa and an elastic modulus of 16413.57 MPa. For concrete mixtures that use a combination of the coarse aggregate of crushed stone and unbroken stone, the largest compressive strength and elastic modulus are produced from a mixture of 80% crushed stone and 20% uncrushed stone.

Abstract

Material merupakan komponen penting yang perlu diperhatikan dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap nilai produktivitas dan biaya pada sebuak proyek kontruksi. Material dalam pekerjaan konstruksi mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 40-60% dari biaya proyek, sehingga secara tidak langsung memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan proyek khususnya dalam komponen biaya. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tindakan pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan untukmengurangi terjadinya sisa material kontruksi (waste contructio). Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara langsung dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisa diperoleh Faktor Pencegahan yang paling tinggi menurut responden ialah mengantisipasi perubahan cuaca dengan nilai standar deviasi yaitu 1,10 %. Kemudian tindakan pencegahan terendah menurut responden disebabkan oleh Mengurangi penyimpangan Pengendalian Perencanaan  material dengan nilai rata 0.61 %. Faktor mengantisipasi perubahan cuaca menjadi faktor dominan dapat disebabkan karena perubahan cuaca sangat mempengaruhi kondisi material akibat perubahan suhu dan curah hujan.
