The concept of international anarchy initially clarifies the absence of actors in international politics of the supernatural organization in the practice of international relations. But the existence of international regime in international politics currently affects the pattern of relations between countries in creating and facilitating the creation and international cooperation. This article analyzes the concepts and approaches of international regime studies by using a qualitative, descriptive approach conducted by a literature study method. The results of this study show that the international regime is the specific actualisation of international organisations formed in a centralistic, independent and rationality. An analysis approach to the international regime is carried out with a rationalist and reflectiveal approach.

The article is an attempt to understand Kenya’s electoral management architectural context asks fundamental questions; does elections management architectural context have the ability to survive a state or group of states? How does election management architecture help states function in volatile regions? While answering these, the study asserts; in a deepening regionalism, the security effects of one state extend threats to other communities of states around it/her. In a critical view from the prism of the International Relations (IR) lens, the survival of one state has a spiral survival effect on the other states in such a locality. This causes states to have joint and various effects relationships. The nature of regional security among neighboring states faces paradigmatic limitations common to their adjacency. Security in the era of regionalization is symbiotic thus poor electoral management naturally has an impact on the existing peace and security in a regional network of states. This study discussed Kenya’s electoral management architecture from the constitutional edicts point of view. This encompassed strengths and weaknesses observed and highlight some supportive Acts of law found necessary to the study. It moved further to elaborate on the electoral management architecture context found relevant to the study. Using relevant themes, the study analyzes the region in light of the questions posed and written literature, the research justifiably concludes that indeed EM architectural context has a necessary role in volatile regions.

This study aimed to find out how the role, impact and interests of Australia in the KIAT program especially in 2017-2019. To analyze this program the writer uses the theory of Neoliberalism. With the theory of neoliberalism it can be seen that in its implementation KIAT not only involves the central government but also many private parties which show that the main actors of international relations are not only the state but other parties can also play an active role. In addition, both Indonesia and Australia try to maximize the absolute gain. In this project Australia has provided funds of AUD 146.2 million for the 2017-2021 period. Although Australia is a party that provides several budgets, Australia also can achieve its national interest from this partnership, especially in economic terms. Besides, Indonesia can also achieve its national interest because this partnership can accelerate economic growth through improved access to infrastructure.
