urnal Penelitian Pendidikan Sosial Humaniora (JP2SH) adalah jurnal yang menggunakan model blind review yang dapat diakses online. Tujuan dari JP2SH adalah untuk menerbitkan jurnal yang berisi artikel berkualitas yang akan dapat menyumbangkan pemikiran dari perspektif teoritis dan empiris untuk kemajuan teknologi dan pendidikan. Tulisan-tulisan di JP2SH akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemikiran kritis dalam bidang ilmiah secara umum, khususnya di bidang Ilmu Pendidikan, Sosial dan Humaniora. Lingkup bidang yang terkandung dalam JP2SH mencakup bidang-bidang berikut: Pendidikanilmu Sosial; pendidikan sosial; sosiologi; kewarganegaraan; politik; ekonomi; sejarah; hukum; budaya dan masyarakat; multikulturalisme; dan bidang terkait lainnya. Artikel yang diterbitkan tentang hasil penelitian dan tinjauan pustaka dengan metodologi penelitian yang dapat diterima, studi kualitatif, studi kuantitatif, atau kombinasi keduanya, analisis statistik, studi kasus, penelitian lapangan, dan studi sejarah. JISH menerima manuskrip dari berbagai kalangan terkait, seperti peneliti yang relevan, dosen, profesor, mahasiswa, guru, Praktisi, ilmuwan, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Pembangunan suatu Negara adalah hal yang paling utama dilakukan untuk mensejaterahkan masyarakat. Salah satu tolak ukur pembangunan adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia yaitu melalui Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan kemiskinan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Pulau Sumatera selama kurun waktu 2014-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi data panel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 10 Provinsi yang ada di Pulau Sumatera. Berdasarkan hasil uji Chow dan uji Hausman maka metode estimasi parameter yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil Random Effect Model (REM) menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan (IPM) di Pulau Sumatera. Kemiskinan berpenagruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Pulau Sumatera.

Abstract

Produktivitas menjadi salah satu agenda prioritas pemerintah Indonesia. Fenomena terjadinya peningkatan jumlah penduduk usia produktif di Indonesia saat ini belum mampu memaksimalkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Hal tersebut digambarkan dari data rata-rata produktivitas tenaga kerja Indonesia yang masih tertinggal jauh oleh beberapa negara-negara tetangga di kawasan ASEAN. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi data panel. Periode pengamatan tahun 2014-2019, dengan ruang lingkup data 34 Provinsi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan Chow Test dan Hausman Test, model terbaik adalah Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian adalah variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja. Sedangkan, variabel Upah Minimum Provinsi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Memiliki Pengaruh tehadap Kinerja Guru pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman Medan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.parman Medan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah “Ada Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman Medan”. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang guru. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel independen yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan dan variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Guru. Instrumen penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dengan memberikan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala Likert 1 sampai 5. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : Metode Deskriptif, Metode Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis atau Uji-t, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan metode analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dapat dituliskan persamaan regresinya Y = 27,437 + 0,406X. Dari hasil analisi data dilihat bahwa thitung > ttabel dimana thitung adalah sebesar 5,458 dan ttabel adalah sebesar 2,069. Hasil uji-t diperoleh sig = 0,000 < a=5% sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,569 hal ini berarti 56,9% Gaya Kepemimpinan dapat dijelaskan Kinerja Guru sisanya 43,1% yang dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Karena semua variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan maka diharapkan bagi kepala sekolah SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman untuk membuat kebijakan sekolah yang bisa mempertahankan indikator-indikator dari gaya kepemimpinan yang sudah ada sekarang dan diharapkan di masa mendatang lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru agar lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

This research aims to know the relation of parenting pattern with the social behavior of students in SMPIT Ar-Rahmah Bogor. The research method is quantitative. This research at september 9th – 19th, 2019. In data analysis techniques using the The sample used is 71 respondents in this study selected by using probability sampling with random sampling technique. Data retrieval techniques in this study using a questionnaire method, to collect parenting data applied by parents with social behavior of students. Technique analyze the data used to test the hypothesis is uji-t after beforehand conducted by a prerequisite test that is test the normalitas. The result of examination of normalitas data use the test correlation can be found between variable x and variable y has coefficient of corralation equal to 0,341 or 0,341 ≥ α = 0,03.when referred to interpretation evidently reside among 0,20 – 0,399. this means hypothesis of zero (Ho) refused, so that mean hypothesis alternative (ha) it’s accepted that pattern of parenting have an effect on to social child ability. The result of the research coducted on 71 respondents found that most parents use authoritarian parenting pattern with active social behavior.

Abstract

Studying the Qur'an is very important but today, it seems to be a big challenge, because more and more people are reluctant to study the Qur'an and learn to translate it, even though it is clear that the Qur'an is a source the principal teachings of Islam, which we should as Muslims are obliged to learn. The method is an important thing in the learning process, one of the methods is the tamyiz method, which is a method used specifically for learning to translate the Qur'an and the yellow book. This makes the tamyiz method as a method that is quite capable of accommodating the needs of students in the process of translating the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is 1). To find out how the effect of the application of the Tamyiz method on the ability of students to translate the Qur'an at the Al-Karimah Islamic Boarding School in Sukaraja, Bogor. The research method used in this study is an experimental research method. The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between the tamyiz method on the ability of students to translate the Qur'an in the Al-Karimah Islamic Boarding School in Sukaraja, Bogor. This is known based on hypothesis testing with a sample size of 50 students at Al-Karimah Islamic Boarding School in Sukaraja Bogor, from the data obtained 0.828 results. Thus, the application of the tamyiz method in Al-Karimah Sukaraja Islamic Boarding School was proven to be able to improve the ability of students to translate the Qur'an. This was obtained from the results of data analysis from questionnaire values ​​and pre-test post-tests that have been conducted by researchers.

Abstract

Ta'lim Al Muta'allim was a well-known work of Shaykh Al-Zarnuji, which contains the full attitude of the disciples ' obedience to the teachers. This work is one of the main pillar of Islamic Boarding School education. Learning activities about the book are expected to improve the behavior of students, especially when studying. Therefore, the author is interested to examine the influence of the study of the Book of Ta'lim Muta'alim on the behavior of students at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Jasinga. This research aims to determine the influence of the study of the Book of Ta'lim Muta'alim on the behavior of students at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Jasinga. This study was conducted using quantitative approaches and correlational methods. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. Then the analysis of the data used is the correlation analysis technique Product Moment. Based on the results of analysis of data conducted, obtained a rcount value of 0.652. In a simple interpretation the figure is in the 0.40-0,70 range which means between the X and Y variables there is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Then by using a significance table of 5% obtained rtable amounting to 0.334 from 33 samples. So it can be concluded that Ho or the null hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted due to rcount 0.652 > rtable 0.334. This means that there is a relationship between Ta'lim Muta'alim Learning and students ' behavior in the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Jasinga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the great level of motivation possessed by students in studying SKI at MTsN Bogor City, knowing the learning achievements obtained by students in studying SKI at MTsN Bogor City and to determine whether there is a relationship between student motivation and student learning achievement at Class VIII SKI subjects in Bogor City Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri. The research method used was a survey research method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires and the documentation and research objects totaling 50 students. The results of this study indicate that the significance value of the above output is 0.843, which means more than 0.05, therefore the conclusion of the significance test above is that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no relationship between learning motivation with students' learning achievement at SKI subjects in Bogor City MTsN. So the better the motivation to learn that is obtained by students, the more academic achievement each student has.

Abstract

Prayer is an obligation for all Muslims who are puberty and having common sense. Islamic Education Learning carried out in schools is expected to increase the prayer of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic Education Learning on the worship of students in Eighth Grade of SMPN Cisarua 1. This study uses quantitative methods of collegational type. Collecting data in the form of a questionnaire given to 54 respondents who are Eighth Grade students of SMPN Cisarua 1. The analysis of this research data used a collegial test with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.470 which was in the range 0, 40-0.70, which means that there is a relationship between Islamic Education Learning with prayer of Eighth Grade students at SMPN Cisarua 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of moral education in the family towards the ihsan behavior of students at MTs Al-Atiqiyah karadenan Cibinong. This research uses field research (field research) using a quantitative approach. To find a correlation between Variable X (Moral Education) and Variable Y (Ihsan Behavior). With the student population technique, the total number of grade IX students is 30 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire given to 30 students at MTs Al-Atiqiyah Karadenan Cibinong. The techniques used for data collection were observation, documentation, and questionnaires (questionnaires). As well as the analysis technique used is statistical analysis with the percentage formula. This formula is used to analyze the answers to the questionnaire given to respondents. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of moral education in the family on the ihsan behavior of students at MTS Al-Atiqiyah Karadenan Cibinong, the writer used the product moment correlation formula. After the research was conducted, the authors obtained results with an average rate of 53.33% for family morality education at MTs Al-Atiqiyah Karadenan Cibinong and 49.3% for ihsan behavior at MTs Al-Atiqiyah} Karadenan Cibinong. While the results of the correlation test of moral education in the family on the ihsan behavior of students at MTs Al-atiqiyah Karadenan Cibinong were 0.070.
