Abstract

A good company should be able to know what the desire of customers, provide good service, and do some innovations in running the business. An Implementation of good strategy will make the company to survive in a long time. This study was conducted to look at the strategies that must be done by Kid's Fun as the provider for entertainment and recreation for family by using SWOT 8-K analysis. Based on the last research, it can be concluded that Kid's Fun is in quadrant I-B, and then they can do the Stable Growth Strategy. There's an opportunity to be better, which is located in I-A quadrant. The management can enhance existing strengths and minimize the weaknesses. This is in line with existing market potential, supports from local government, economic conditions and technological developments that supporting the companies. Abstract

This research aims at exploring tourist attraction and the potentials of Selogriyo Temple and its area in Magelang District. The method used is qualitative method. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. The primary data are obtained from observation and interview. The secondary data are obtained from literature review or relevant various literature study and then the results are used as the supporting data for the primary data. The results of this research show that the attraction of Selogriyo Temple and its area located in rice field terracing, local residents activity, and art show. Besides, there are some objects which are potential to be tourist attraction (the temple, sunrise panorama, and settlement in Campurejo Village). Keywords: attraction, potential, region

Abstract

Tourism has become an industry that can enhance the economic growth in Indonesia. The develop of tourism sector as superior sector in Sleman District has supported by many tourism products. As one of the main tourist destinations in Yogyakarta, Kaliurang has many attractions that can be offered to satisfy the traveller’s need. Recognizing the potential of Kaliurang, it is necessary followed by optimizing condition of Kaliurang. Development of good visit management concept would optimize the traveller deployment in visiting all the attractions. Visit management is an opportunity to influence the movement of visitors, meet the needs of visitors, encouraging the spread of visits evenly and provide the best travel experience. Abstract

This study aims to assess the distribution and the volume of waste in Parangtritis tourism area, evaluate waste management systems that have been done by the local district, assess the effectiveness of waste management systems and assess management strategies in the Parangtritis tourism area. The method used in this research is descriptive method by using surveys. The results showed that the distribution of trash accumulating in the Mancingan Hamlet (Parangtritis Beach), Grogol IX Hamlet (Parangkusumo Beach), and Depok Hamlet (Depok Beach). The system of environmental management has been considered not effective enough and it can be seen from not yet lifted overall waste generation in a single day to a landfill. The cleaner every morning pick up the trash once a day. The availability of waste facilities and infrastructure are widely available (according to 55% of respondents) with a pretty good quality (according to 45% of respondents). In terms of financing, the levy is paid fairly in accordance with the performance of a janitor and amounts collected are found to be a burden. Local government regulations has been socialized and well implemented, but there are no articles that give strict punishment to violators. Abstract

Microgreens, the young seedlings of herbs, vegetables, beans, seeds, and grains, contain four to six times the vitamins and phytochemicals found in mature leaves of the same plants. The content of vitamins and other compounds in microgreens very beneficial for your health, because it can prevent the emergence of dangerous diseases, such as cancer. Microgreens cultivation technique is very easy and can be harvested from the age of 7-14 days. The manner of presentation is also very easy because it can be consumed without cooking first. To enjoy vegetable salad microgreens can be used as a breakfast menu or any other menu. It is very precise serve as one of the menu healthy food in hotels and restaurants, especially in Yogyakarta. Abstract

The objective of this study is to predict the effect of tourism destination image and tourist satisfaction on foreign tourists’ intention to revisit the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Subjects of the study were 90 foreign tourists of 20 to 60 years old. The data used in the study were collected using a revisiting intention scale, a tourism destination image scale, and a tourist satisfaction scale. The data were analyzed by using a multiple liniear regression technique. Results of the study show that tourism destination image and tourist satisfaction simultaneously had a significantly positive effect on the foreign tourists’ revisiting intention with p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) and a determinant coefficient of 0,189. This means that tourism destination image and tourist satisfaction were simultaneously able to predict the revisiting intention of 18,9 %, so that 81,1 % was predicted by other variables that were not examined in the study. In addition, tourism destination image partially had a significantly positive. Effect on the revisiting intention with the regression coefficient of p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) and a determinant coefficient of 0,109 or 10,9 %, while tourist satisfaction partially had a significantly positive effect on the revisiting intention with p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) and a determinant coefficient of 0,16 or 16 % on the revisiting intention. Abstract

There are significant developments in tourism in Indonesia, indicated by increase in numbers of tourist visit in every popular tourism destination. All destinations now gear up to win the competition in winning tourist interest to visit their facilities. To be able to win the competition, stake holders needs to understand the behavior of the tourist towards their decisions to visit the destinations. The decision to choose which destination to visit is affected by many factors. Two of major factors are satisfaction and facilities. The facilities are includes public facilities, tourist information, dining place, health and safety support facilities, Merchandising and shopping outlets. This research will use quantitative approach by employing samples taken with accidental sampling method from all visitors which happen to be acquainted with the researcher. The data analysis utilizes Multiple Regression Method to determine correlation between multiple independent variables which affecting one dependent variable. The result of the research indicates that simultaneous factor of comfort ability of facilities and the satisfaction affecting the behavior to revisit the destination. However, partially, only the factors of facilities security and visitor’s satisfaction affecting decision to revisit. The other factors were insignificant and not affecting. This research limits it object to The Tourism destination of Goa Rancang Kencana and Sri Gethuk Water Fall at Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Dalam pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Desa Wisata Kampung Keji Sebagai Atraksi Wisata Guna Meningkatkan Jumlah Kunjungan Wisatawan Di Kabupaten Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang saya lakukan menemukan kritik dan saran dari kunjungan wisatawan cukub baik dalam rangka meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang di lakukan meliputi pengembangan komponen produk wisata meliputi : Atraksi, Aktivitas, Aksesbilitas, Amenitas adalah sebagai berikut : Berdasarkan Hasil dari analisis yang saya peroleh di Desa Wisata Kampung Keji menjadi pandangan untuk pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata, dalam hal ini sangat dibutuhkan mengingat Desa Wisata Kampung Keji Kabupaten Semarang merupakan salah satu tempat objek yang memiliki daya tarik wisata tersendiri yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawa nusantara, dengan adanya pengembangan ini di harapkan bisa meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Desa Wisata Kampung Keji di Kabupaten Semarang.
