Abstract

Yogyakarta is a popular destination as a place of ecotourism, currently, there are about 182 ecotourism objects. Following the development of regional and national competition, this research attempts to improve the competitiveness of ecotourism Yogyakarta by using the concept of competition strategy Porter's Diamond Model produces findings that the level of Yogyakarta's ecotourism competitiveness is at MEDIUM level or has a value of 2.39 from 3 scale. The competitiveness aspect includes the Factor Conditions (FC) at the MEDIUM level (score 2.00), Demand Conditons (FS) at the MEDIUM level (score 2.50), Firm Structure, Strategy, and Rivalry(FSSR) at the MEDIUM level (score 2.33); Support and Related Industries(SRI) at the Medium level (score 2.33); Government Role at the MEDIUM leval (score 2.50), and Chance Factor at the MEDIUM level (score 2.67). Abstract

Green hotel is so far still less popular and more commonly known as a mere of concept. This paper attempts to express what is meant by green hotel and how itspracticed in the hospitality industry, in Indonesia. Currently, Indonesia has had annual agenda i.e National Green Hotel Award, which was initiated by the government to support the campaign of practice of green hotel. Abstract

This study seeks to explore the pull factors that influence delegates' decision to attend an event. This research also involves the factor of cultural tourism attraction as a moderating variable. It is well known that Yogyakarta as the research location is a city rich in culture, there are many cultural attractions that are favored such as heritage sites, indigenous people's lives, handicraft products, traditional culinary, and a number of other local cultural products. By using Structural Equation Model analysis and involving 190 respondents, namely delegates who attended various events in Yogyakarta, from the results of the study it was found that the pull factors namely accessibility, event organizer (OC), accommodation, venue, price and cultural tourism attraction jointly influenced the decision of delegates to attend the event. Cultural tourism attraction is able to moderate the overall pull factor. The strength of culture that is able to moderate the overall attraction factor indicates that culture is very strong as a novelty event and is a key variable for destinations so that it is attractive to host events.

Abstract

This study aims to inform the government, companies as taxpayers, and academics about the risks and factors that influence tax aggressiveness. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with secondary data from financial statements of basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2024. With the E-views 12 tool, panel data is estimated to obtain a Random Effect Model. Hypothesis testing indicates that fixed asset intensity has a significant and positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The transfer pricing and institutional ownership variables in this study do not affect tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa dampak dari Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Desa wisata Telaga Biru Cigaru dan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan desa wisata tersebut. Sumber data penelitian ini didapatkan dari data hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan, adapun data lainnya berupa teori seperti: Pandemi Covid-19, Pariwisata, Pariwista dan Krisis, Pengembangan Pariwisata dan Desa Wisata. Metode yang digunakan yakni kualitatif case study (studi kasus) dan Teknik yang dilakukan adalah Deskriptif. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini disimpulkan berdasakan rumusan masalah yang ada dan didapatkan hasil berupa: Dampak pandemi terhadap Desa Wisata Telaga Biru Cigaru yakni dengan penurunan kunjungan wsatawan yang terjadi mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan pada tingkat ekonomi yang dialami oleh masyarakat Desa Cigaru, kemudian belum diterapkannya protokol CHSE sehingga destinas tersebut belum bisa beroperasi kembali. Selain itu, peneliti menemukan permasalah lain di luar dari dampak pandemi yakni tidak berjalannya konsep desa wisata di destinasi sehingga dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat untuk menarik kesimpulan dalam perencanaan strategi, kemudian Strategi pengembangan yang dibutuhkan di Desa Wisata Telaga Biru Cigaru yakni dengan penerpan CHSE dan pengembangan pada fasilitas dan kegiatan (Eco-Lodge, Eco-Recreation and Eco-Education) di Desa Wisata Telaga Biru Cigaru

Abstract

This research is an exploratory study of the preferences of tourists interested in ecotourism attractions (eco-tourists) in Yogyakarta. Its aim is to map the activities or interests most favored by tourists and whether this leads to satisfaction with their visit. The method used is quantitative with Confirmatory Factor Analysis as a mechanism for selecting tourist preferences, and a regression approach to prove whether these preferences influence tourist satisfaction. The survey was conducted on 221 respondents randomly selected at the visited object locations. The results of the CFA testing revealed that there is a group of pull factors, which are related to everything available at the visited object, and a group of push factors, which are factors related to the tourists' psychology. Regression testing confirmed that these factors do indeed influence tourist satisfaction

Abstract

Unique Selling Points Influencing Event Venue Sales at Grha Sarina Vidi Yogyakarta. Event venue entrepreneurs or convention center owners need to understand what event organizers consider when choosing a venue. This research examines Innovation Capability, Price, and Venue Atmosphere as unique selling points that are indicated to influence event organizers in choosing a convention center. Based on regression testing conducted on clients who chose the Grha Sarina Vidi for 1 year (114 respondents), both organizers and individuals found that all three factors are indeed considered important factors that must be chosen as an event venue.

Abstract

The event will be considered successful if it attracts a large number of visitors. Among the ways to promote an event so that it becomes widely known to potential audiences is by marketing the event using factors that have been proven according to empirical facts in a number of event cases. These factors are entertainment, excitement, enterprise, and price. Through these factors, this research will prove whether they also influence visitor enthusiasm for the Skafourta event, which is a flagship event for middle-class (SMK) education in Yogyakarta. The sample taken was 317 respondents, selected using a random method. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors of entertainment, excitement, enterprise, and price, both individually and collectively, significantly influence event visitor motivation

Abstract

The development of regional tourism in Indonesia is still generally the responsibility of local governments. This research aims to determine the role of the Tourism Office in developing tourism in Malang Regency, East Java. The method used is in-depth interviews conducted directly with the Tourism Office. The result is that the government does indeed play an active role and is the dominant actor in the development of regional tourism. This role is carried out by 1) Establish the regional tourism development master plan (RIPPDA) as a guide for tourism development in the next 5 years, 2) Create a tourism branding program, 3) Holding a number of events throughout the year to promote tourism potential, 4) Forming enthusiastic tourism communities down to the village and sub-district levels, 5) Establishing cooperation with private parties, and 6) Formation of District Tourism Partner, 7) Establish masterplan for Tourism Develipment of The District

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka pemetaan potensi desa budaya di Provinsi DI. Yogyakarta yang hendak digunakan untuk penetapan status desa budaya dan prioritasnya dalam kebijakan pengembangan dan Pembangunan. Ada 24 desa budaya yang diusulkan oleh tiap-tiap kabupaten/kota. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembobotan dan penilaian. Hasil yang di dapatkan adalah kelompok desa budaya Maju, Berkembang, dan Tumbuh. Tiap kelompok ini akan mendapat legitimasi dari gubernur untuk memperoleh insentif khusus kebijakan pembangunan kebudayaan atau kepariwisataan.
