Abstract

Visitor Satisfaction is a comparison between the performance expected by the customer compared to the actual performance in the field. When actual performance is higher than customer expectations, the customer feels satisfied and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of managers in providing good service to tourists and measuring customer satisfaction to the services provided while in Taman Sari Yogyakarta Tourism Object, by knowing the quality of performance of officers or managers in providing services to tourists are expected to be able to make improvements and evaluation of the management of servants so that the object of Taman Sari Cultural Tourism can be a tourist attraction that is in demand by tourists not only because of its tourist attraction but because of the quality of the servants who are good to tourists.

Abstract

Taman Sari Tourism Marketing Strategy Through Destination branding has tourism potential through culture and historical value. With this potential, the government is managing tourism in order to be able to move the economy in Taman Sari. In realizing this vision, planning and strategy are needed, one of which is Destination Branding. Destination branding is used in every tourism site in the world and is able to make a good impact on the progress of tourism, for example are the Twin Towers in Malaysia, the Merlion Statue in Singapore, the Taj Mahal in India, etc. Destination branding has an important role to be able to increase the number of tourist visits. This study uses a qualitative approach, a qualitative approach is used in order to get complete information about tourism marketing strategies with Destination Branding. The results of this study found that the Destination branding strategy in Taman Sari is not planned systematically, so that Destination branding is only understood in a small way, that is only in the visualization aspect. So that tourism product development programs are not in accordance with the concept of Destination branding that has been made.

Abstract

Let G be a graph consists of edges and vertex. A vertex-magic total labeling of a graph  is a bijection map of union edges and vertex to the integers such that there exists a positive integer  satisfying , for every elements of vertex. Then k  is called a magic constant and G is called vertex-magic total graph. In this article, we consider a vertex-magic labeling of complete graph  for odd with use an algorithm which is composed of a modified construction magic square algorithm.

Abstract

The southern coast of Yogyakarta, is one area that has the potential to be developed as sustainable tourism in DIY, such as Parangtritis Beach, Glagah Beach and Baron Beach. This article discusses the system of processing sustainable tourism products that exist in the southern region of DIY in order to become leading tourism in welcoming the Indian Ocean Century. Research has been conducted using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews with Tiagulation analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The results show that Parangtritis Beach is superior to Glagah Beach and Baron Beach in terms of developing attractiveness, facilities and accessibility. In addition, the relationship between the partnership pattern between the government and the tourism industry is very well coordinated and community empowerment is also seen as a mobilizer. Tourism product development, partnership patterns and community empowerment at Baron Beach have been carried out effectively and sustainably. Whereas in Glagah Beach, the processing of tourism products has experienced many obstacles, due to the construction of Yogyakarta's new airport which has an impact on the condition of tourism products as well as a shift in land use from the center of agro-tourism activities to the new airport area and lack of attention from the local government.

Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan wisatawan akan dinilai dengan mengunakan 6 variabel tersebut dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang mengunjungi kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kualitas fasilitas public space kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer paska revitalisasi ; (2) mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap keberadaan public space di kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer paska revitalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan survey. Data yang telah didapatkan selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis.

Abstract

Microgreens, the young seedlings of herbs, vegetables, beans, seeds, and grains, contain four to six times the vitamins and phytochemicals found in mature leaves of the same plants. The content of vitamins and other compounds in microgreens very beneficial for your health, because it can prevent the emergence of dangerous diseases, such as cancer. Microgreens cultivation technique is very easy and can be harvested from the age of 7-14 days. The manner of presentation is also very easy because it can be consumed without cooking first. To enjoy vegetable salad microgreens can be used as a breakfast menu or any other menu. It is very precise serve as one of the menu healthy food in hotels and restaurants, especially in Yogyakarta. Abstract

The brand of “Jogja Istimewa” (Jogja is Special) is one of boosters of tourism development in Yogyakarta which increases each year. However, the role of this special status is not optimum yet when the society presenting Yogyakarta’s local wisdom is not playing the roles. Realization of this special status is expected not only showing the image or marketing logo, but also it is required to form action from the society as the host. Abstract

This research addresses the problem of vandalism incident related to the smart level crossing technology. Smart level crossing system is essential as a safety system inside the level area, because of that any failure related to the System will endanger the railway and road user. Another subsystem that protects smart level crossing property is critical. This research will show the plan for applying anti-vandalism technology and analysis another possibility of technology related to the System. Abstract

The Indonesian government is empowering renewable energy as an alternative energy besides energy produced by natural gas. This is the idea to implement using renewable energy that will be utilized in the tourism area of Tanggulangsi Gate. This area is located in the Sidoharjo Samigaluh Kulon Progo region. Where this area is developing tourism is supported by natural scenery and cool air adds to the atmosphere in interesting tourist places to visit. In addition to the good scenery at Tanggulangsi, it also offers another tourist spot, namely the Vegetable Picking tour which is managed by KWT Tanggulangsi Mekar. Implement renewable energy that will be applied in the tourist area of Tanggulangsi Gate in the form of lighting, and for picking vegetables is implemented to irrigate agricultural land in order to help the community in caring for their plants. Abstract

INTISARI Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sector yang paling berdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Desa Wisata Kasongan Kabupaten Bantul DIY menjadi salah satu desa wisata yang terdampak cukup besar adanya pandemi ini. Berbagai pembatasan pergerakan masyarakat oleh pemerintah, berdampak pada penurunan drastis jumlah kunjungan. Di samping itu keterbatasan kemampuan dalam merencanakan manajemen strategi pemasaran menjadi kendala lain di desa wisata ini. Pelaku dan kekuatan dalam lingkungan pemasaran mempengaruhi kemampuan manajemen dalam mengembangkan dan memelihara keberhasilan hubungan dengan pasar sasarannya, hal tersebut berpengaruh dalam pariwisata di masa pandemi, karena jika manajemen marketing memiliki rencana pemasaran yang baik maka pariwisata dapat berkembang dan semakin banyak pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis fishbone diagram yang akan didapatkan sebuah analisis penyebab dari sebuah masalah atau kondisi agar lebih jelas dan banyak mendapat informasi secara lansgung mengenai apa saja yang harus dilakukan dalam manajemen pemasaran gerabah di Desa Kasongan ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Desa Kasongan masih belum menggunakan manajemen pemasaran yang modern untuk tetap bertahan di situasi pandemi, dan sehingga berdampak pada menurunnya produksi dan penjualan dari sebelumnya.Kata kunci— pemasaran pariwisata, desa wisata, Kasongan, pandemi ABSTRACTThe tourism sector is one of the sectors most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Kasongan Tourism Village, Bantul Regency, DIY is one of the tourist villages that has been quite affected by this pandemic. Various restrictions on people's movement by the government impact a drastic decrease in the number of visits. In addition, the limited ability to plan marketing strategy management is another obstacle in this tourist village. Actors and forces in the marketing environment affect management's ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with their target markets; this affects tourism during a pandemic because if marketing management has a good marketing plan, tourism can develop and attract more visitors. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method with the fishbone diagram analysis technique, which will analyze the causes of a problem or condition to be more precise and get much information directly about what must be done in the marketing management of pottery in Kasongan Village. The results of this study are that Kasongan Village still does not use modern marketing management to survive in a pandemic situation. So it has an impact on decreasing production and sales from before.Keywords—  tourism marketing, tourism village, Kasongan, Pandemic
