This study aims to find out the learning outcomes of class X MIA IA learners on the subjects of the Qur'an Hadith before and after using the discovery learning model. This study uses the Class action method. The research subject is a student of class X MIA 1A MAN 3 Parigi Semester I of the 2021-2022 School Year. The results showed that learning by applying discovery learning methods had a positive impact in improving learners' learning achievement which was characterized by an increase in learning completion in each cycle, namely cycle I increased by 70%, an increase quite significantly in cycle II by 86%. Thus the discovery learning model can be applied to students at the Madrasah Aliyah level to improve their learning outcomes.

This research aims to find out the influence between teacher professional competency variables on teacher performance controlled by work ethic variables and find out the magnitude of influence between variables. This study was located at SMK Daarul Abroor Tasikmalaya with a total sampling method that took the overall population of 40 people. The independent variable in the study was professional competence (X), while the dependent variable was teacher performance (Y). In addition, there are control variables in the form of work ethic (Z). Data collection instruments use questionnaires (questionnaires) as well as documentation. The data analysis method in this study consists of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical product and service solution (SPSS) version 22. Based on the results of the comparison between the bivariate correlation coefficient with the partial correlation coefficient obtained ryx > ryx.z = 0.807 > 0.519. From the comparison it can be concluded that professional competence can affect the performance of teachers because it is controlled by work ethic. In multiple regression analysis, there is a positive and significant influence between professional competence (X) on teacher performance (Y) through work ethic control variable (Z) with a coefficient of determination R2 of 0.706 with a significance value of 0.000 or less than α = 0.05. That is, the teacher performance variable (Y) can be explained by professional competency variable (X) and work ethic variable (Z) of 70.6%. The double regression equation is Y= 0.195X + 0.504X + 0.362X. Thus, in order for professional competence to be able to contribute to teacher performance, it must be supported by the work ethic of each individual teacher.

This research aims to find out the ability of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in making simple learning media with paint and power points for the teaching and learning process. The ability of teachers in making learning media can make it easier to achieve learning goals as specified in the learning implementation plan. This research uses action research methods and is carried out in two cycles. The results showed that individualized supervision techniques are one form of assistance focused on individual activities related to improving the quality of learning. The implementation of supervise conducted with guidance and training can improve the teacher's ability to create learning media with paint and power points. In cycle I, of the 8 teachers who were objected, 3 teachers or 37.50% were sufficiently cryptic and 5 teachers or 62.50% were less cryptic. The cycle I average value of 66.88 increased in cycle II to 84.58 or increased by 27.66%. After being given action on cycle II the ability of 8 teachers to make learning media with paint and power paint to 100%, 7 teachers got good criteria, one of which with very good criteria with a score of 92.78 or 12.50%.

This research aims to improve the quality of the learning process and know the improvement of fractional material mathematical learning outcomes through the application of jigsaw-type cooperative learning models. This research uses action research methods carried out in stage 2 of the cycle. The research subject is Class IX-A MTs Negeri 1 Indramayu Year of Study 2017/2018. The results showed the learning process was natural and the quality of learning was more important than the results. In terms of the completion of student learning classically, namely in cycle I by 69%, it can increase to 100% in cycle II and in terms of the average value of evaluation results, namely in cycle I by 71.9 to 80 in cycle II with an increase of 8.1%. The results of this study also showed an increase in the level of student learning activity from 3.2 with the Category Of ModerateLy Active in cycle I to 4.6 active category in cycle II, with an increase of 1.4. The jigsaw type cooperative learning model can be applied to students in class IX madrasah Tsanawiyah.

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of the application of cooperative learning (CL) approach type STAD in an effort to increase the motivation to learn mathematics of students Class IX-C MTs Negeri 1 Indramayu. This research uses action research methods carried out in two cycles, each cycle covering planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. The final results of the action in cycle II showed that the teacher's observation results obtained an average score (4.43) and the student's observation result reached an average score (4.32). While the impact of increasing learning motivation is the increasing acquisition of student learning outcomes reaching an average score (82.60), meaning that the success indicator (>4.0) has been exceeded. Because the success indicator has been proven the research is declared successful and stopped in cycle II.

This research aims to find out the improvement of IPA subject learning achievement through a Group Investigation type cooperative learning model. The study was conducted at MIN 5 Gunungkidul with the research subjects of students of class VI of the 2017/2018 School Year. The study uses class action methods including planning, execution, observation, test and documentation activities. The results showed the use of the Group Investigation model can improve IPA learning achievement as evidenced by the average grade in the student class in pre-cycle activities of 69.47 with learning completion of 46.67% with sufficient criteria increased to 74.93 with learning completion by 60% including high criteria in cycle I, and increased to 84.93 with 86.67% learning completion including very high criteria in cycle II. The Group Investigation model can be applied to students at MIN 5 Gunungkidul.

This research aims to improve the activeness of students' learning on IPS subjects by using puzzle games. This research uses class action research methods conducted in two cycles, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The subject of the recipient of the action was a student of class VI MIN 7 Gunungkidul which amounted to 16 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with success criteria to achieve active categories with a score of ≥ 54. The results showed an increase in the activeness of learning and enthusiastic students in following the learning. Students' learning activities are more communicative and enjoyable. The increase in student activeness was indicated by the student observation score of each meeting in cycles I and II with the average total score in cycle I of 41.31 being in the fairly active category increased to 60.75 being in the active category in cycle II. From the data there was an increase in the score of 19.44. The use of puzzle games can increase the active learning of students of class VI MIN 7 Gunungkidul.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the learning from home (BDR) process during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency. This study used a combination method (mixed methods). The data collection technique used is questionnaires that are given to students once a month. The subject of this study is a student of SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency. Based on the results of the study, in general, the implementation of learning from home (BDR) in students of SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency runs quite effectively with a percentage of 60-79%. The implementation of learning from home has less good effectiveness in the difficulty of understanding subjects, materials, and evaluation processes. Recommended in learning from home (BDR), teachers are required to be able to design learning activities from planning to evaluation in a simpler, creative and effective way.

This research aims to find out the development of e-learning in serving students during the distance learning process. This research uses exploration case study methods with a qualitative approach used to obtain information on constraints and solutions due to the Covid-19 pandemic to the development of e-learning. The results showed that there were several e-learning developments carried out at MTs Negeri 4 Gunungkidul, including hosting to store madrasah website data and domain rental as a website address so that it could be accessed through the internet, as well as training tutorials for teachers and students. This is to bridge the obstacles experienced by teachers and students in the use of e-learning, namely servers that are down and difficult to access and lack of communication and socialization between students and teachers. In addition, the use of e-learning can make it easier to update teaching materials and task checks.

This research aims to describe the implementation of group supervision activities to improve the professionalism of teachers in compiling RPPs in MIS AlMustajab, Pulau Petak Subdistrict. This research uses action research methods consisting of 2 cycles including preparatory, planning, implementation, observation, and assessment activities. Data collection techniques use observations, Q&A and questionnaires. Data analysis methods use flow models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion draw. The results showed that group supervision activities can increase teacher professionalism in preparing RPP with the criteria for action success has passed in the 2nd cycle, which reaches a score of 90% (Excellent). The coaching model through a group supervision approach as one of the coaching models that can improve the professional competence of teachers can be utilized in teacher coaching by madrasah heads and supervisors.
