Abstract

PAI Teacher Religiosity: Efforts to Improve the Discipline of Student Worship at Al Azhar 3 Bintaro Islamic Junior High School. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of PAI teacher religiosity in an effort to increase the discipline of student worship at SMP Islam Al Azhar 3 Bintaro. Sources of data in this study were school heads, Islamic education teachers, and students. The technique of collecting data was done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the religiosity of PAI teachers at SMP Islam Al Azhar 3 Bintaro plays a role in increasing student discipline in worship characterized by congregational prayer, tahfdiz Quran, and tadarus which are routinely carried out properly and correctly. The application of PAI teacher religiosity in an effort to increase the discipline of student worship by providing motivation and exemplary.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials based on process skills in the ecosystem material is one of the teaching materials implemented to support and facilitate students in mastering the material in the learning process and can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to (1) develop teaching material products based on ecosystem material process skills, (2) to develop textbooks that make students more interested in learning, and (3) to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes with material processing skills-based teaching ecosystem materials. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The product of this process skills-based teaching material is very feasible to be applied. It is evident from the results of the evaluation of the material expert validation test that the eligibility level is 100%, the design expert gets 83.75%, and the learning expert gets 93.75%, because the materials and designs used match the curriculum and student characteristics; (2) The level of attractiveness of process skills-based teaching materials in the field test was 92.77%, because the teaching materials were presented attractively and were designed by selecting images, colors, and fonts that were in accordance with the characteristics of the students; (3) The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the post-test results of the control class and the experimental class, the mean score of the experimental class is 83, on the other hand the average score of the control class is 53.82. The t-test results obtained = 11.562> = 2.00575. is rejected and is accepted, this shows that this teaching material makes students more familiar with the material, because practice questions are related to daily life and the student's environment, and are tested to improve student learning outcomes so that this process skills-based teaching material is suitable for use in learning in particular ecosystem matter. Pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis keterampilan proses materi ekosistem adalah salah satu bahan ajar yang diimplementasikan untuk menunjang serta mempermudah siswa dalam menguasai materi pada proses pembelajaran serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan produk bahan ajar berbasis keterampilan proses materi ekosistem, (2) untuk mengembangkan buku ajar yang membuat siswa menjadi lebih tertarik dalam pembelajaran, serta (3) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan bahan ajar berbasis keterampilan proses materi ekosistem. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika: (1) Produk bahan ajar berbasis keterampilan proses ini sangat layak diaplikasikan. Terbukti dari hasil penilaian uji validasi ahli materi mendapat tingkat kelayakan 100%, ahli desain mendapat 83,75%, serta ahli pembelajar mendapat 93,75%, karena materi serta desain yang digunakan cocok dengan kurikulum serta karakteristik siswa; (2) Tingkat kemenarikan bahan ajar berbasis keterampilan proses pada uji lapangan didapat 92,77%, karna bahan ajar disajikan menarik serta didesain dengan pemilihan gambar, warna, serta jenis huruf yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa; (3) Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terlihat dari hasil post-test kelas kontrol serta kelas eksperimen, nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 83, sebaliknya nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 53,82. Hasil uji- t memperoleh = 11,562 > = 2,00575. Ho ditolak dan diterima, hal ini menunjukkan jika bahan ajar ini menjadikan siswa lebih menguasai materi, karena soal latihan berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari serta lingkungan siswa, serta teruji dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga bahan ajar berbasis keterampilan proses ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran khususnya materi ekosistem.

Abstract

The education concept in Islamic perspective does not stop at the task of transforming knowledge, but is involved in the process of guidance and character building. The purpose of this study is to analyze teacher participation in the implementation of Guidance and Counseling in Islamic Education Institutions. This research is a case study with a single case model, namely the case at MA Ronggowarsito Tegalsari Jetis Ponorogo. Through observation, in-depth semi-structured interviews and data documentation were collected, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed, first, the teachers at MA Ronggowarsito have a commitment to help children's difficulties, especially in the academic field. The form of the teacher's willingness includes, willingness to provide guidance and enrichment. Personal consultation, even changes in learning models according to the conditions and characteristics of students. In the non-academic field, the teacher's readiness takes the form of a willingness to guide extra and co-curricular activities. Second, related to the main tasks and functions of guidance and counseling teachers, teacher participation in the implementation of the BK program is supportive and preventive at the class level. Abstract

This research aims to improve the competence of teachers in arranging replay questions through workshop activities. through the Snowball Throwing Method. The subjects of the study were teachers of SMP Binaan in Sector 1 Indramayu Regency, Lesson Year 2018/2019. This study uses the School Action method through two cycles that include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The results showed that the implementation of workshops by school supervisors proved scientifically able to improve the competence of teachers in drafting test questions. The increase in the number of teachers who are able and good at drafting the question of replay by 30.76% to 69.23%. The quality of the replay question also increased by 7.69% to 84.61%. Workshop activities can improve the competence of teachers in arranging the replay question. In addition, there needs to be planning of the steps of organizing the workshop in order to attract attention and be applied by teachers in arranging the replay questions effectively and efficiently

Abstract

This action research aims to improve the ability of MAN 1 Gunungkidul teachers in making learning videos. The subjects of the study were teachers at MAN 1 Gunungkidul. This research uses action research methods that are carried out in two cycles, covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the research and analysis showed: (1) the participants gave a positive response to the implementation of mentoring technique training, feel happy and motivated in completing their tasks, (2) training with mentoring techniques improves teacher understanding in operating powerdirector applications and making learning videos.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of supervisors and madrasah heads in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Yogyakarta through supervision activities. This study is also to find out whether there are performance differences between supervisors and madrasah heads. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collected through questionnaires, document studies conducted to match the data of the results of the questionnaire. The analysis methods used in this study are variant analysis and advanced testing. The results showed that; (1) supervisor performance in improving the quality of education reached 90.47% was in a very good position, (2) the performance of madrasah head as supervisor reached 80.11% was in a good position, (3) there was no difference in supervisor performance in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the program, while the performance of supervisors in guiding teacher professionals there was a significant difference, (4) there was no difference in the performance of the head of MI in Yogyakarta, while the performance of mts head there was a significant difference. Similarly, with the performance of the head of MA in Yogyakarta there are significant differences, (5) there is no difference in the learning outcomes of MI students in Yogyakarta, while the learning outcomes of MTs and MA students are quite significant differences.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in activities and ability to perform compulsory prayers through modelling the way strategy in grade V students of SD Negeri Tancep 1 Ngawen Semester 2 of 2016/2017. This research uses the Action research method. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and tests or assignments, while data analysis is done with interactive models. The results showed that the implementation of Modelling the Way strategy can improve the activities and ability to perform compulsory prayers in students. Learning activity from cycle I to cycle II increased in the aspect of reading the prayer pillars increased by 21.8% from the good category to excellent; the aspect of reading the prayer requirement increased by 14.8% from the good category to excellent; aspects of reading things that cancel prayers increased by 15.7% from the good category to very good; and aspects of prayer practice increased by 18.3% from the good category to excellent. Student learning outcomes from the initial condition to cycle II also experienced a significant increase from 7 students (30%) 23 students (100%) category. There was an increase of 16 students (70%) and the average grade from 60.2 to 85.0 increased by 24.8. Modelling the Way strategy can be applied to the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak through the Snowball Throwing Method. The subject of the study was a grade XI IPA 1 MA Salafiyah Cirebon student in the 2017/2018 school year. This study uses the Class Action method through two cycles. Data is collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed that from the pre-cycle process, cycle I, and cycle II experienced a significant increase. Pre-cycle and cycle I results were at 45.7% percentage, increasing to 97.1% in cycle II. While the average grade value has an average score of 72.4 on pre-cycle, 74.9 on cycle I, and 90.7 on cycle II. Snowball throwing method can improve students' learning outcomes in MA Salafiyah Cirebon.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of active learning in increasing interest, attention, and activity, as well as students' learning achievements in science lessons. The subject of the study was a grade VI student of MI Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. This study uses methods of action through the process of incugate. The results showed that the application of active learning through inkuiri method can train students to discover for themselves various concepts learned, foster the ability to think, work, and be scientific and can improve and expand the mastery of skills in the process of acquiring cognitive students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve listening skills for students of SMA Negeri 1 Sugihwaras through the application of review words method. This study is based on the low interest of learners towards listening. Students think that the learning delivered by educators and the methods used are boring and do not vary. This study uses experimental methods by giving treatment or action to learners through a strategy of listening, repeating, saying, in listening learning using a series of observation sheets. The results showed that the method of listening, reworking Review Words Method, said, as one of the efforts to improve the listening power is very effective and provide a significant improvement of listening skills for students.
