This research aims to find out the application of group guidance as an effort to improve the competence of language teachers in writing fiction books in MTs Negeri 6 Kulon Progo. This research uses academic supervision techniques through group guidance. Based on the results of guidance, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the competence of language teachers in writing fiction books by 95%. As a result of the data group's guidance, there were 7 language teachers who wrote books both single and anthology along with offline or online guidance. Overall, this best practice activity has succeeded in improving the literacy skills of language teachers through group guidance.

This research aims to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out Class Action Research (PTK) by using the Clinical Supervision (Superklin) method of MTs Negeri 3 Kulon Progo in Semester 2 of the 2021/2022 School Year. The research uses action research methods with two cycles covering planning, action, observation and reflection activities. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher activity in participating in PTK guidance activities in cycle 1 to cycle 2 there was an increase of 16.67%. The results of supervision of teachers in carrying out actions in the classroom in cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 33.33%. The results of the assessment of teacher PTK products in cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 22.22%. The Superclin method has been empirically proven to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out Class Action Research (PTK) in MTs Negeri 3 Kulon Progo.

This research aims to describe the application of cooperative learning using the STAD model in increasing student learning motivation at MAN 2 Yogyakarta. This research uses an action research method consisting of 4 stages, namely; planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The subject of this study is class X IPS 2 students of the 2019/2020 school year with a total of 24 people, consisting of 7 male students and 17 female students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, documentation. The results showed that the application of STAD-type cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes and activities in informatics subject excel materials. This can be proven by the percentage of achievements to student activity increased from 32.75% in the first cycle to 92.75% in the second cycle and can be declared successful because it has reached performance indicators.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Discovery Learning model. The subject of this study is a student of class XI-B MTs Negeri 4 Gunungkidul for the 2021/2022 school year on IPS subjects in International Trade materials. The study used classroom action research methods conducted through two cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes each cycle. The assessment of student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average of 58.5 grades with less criteria and 40.6% completeness, while in cycle II obtained an average score of 71.32 with sufficient criteria and 75% completeness. Discovery learning model can be applied to class XI students in madrasahs to improve learning outcomes.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of inquiry learning models. The subject of this study is a student of class VII-C MTs N 4 Gunungkidul on IPS subjects in Interspace Interaction material. The application of the inquiry learning model in this study is carried out with several phases, namely identification and clarification of problems, making hypotheses, data collection, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. This research is best practice. There are several results of applying the inquiry learning model, namely helping learners in developing contextual learning concepts; increase the motivation and activities of learners in IPS learning; and increase information about the concept of interaction between rooms learned through activities using systematic LKPD. The inquiry learning model can be applied to students at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level.

This research aims to increase the motivation and achievements of learning Pancasila Education and Citizenship Class VIII-C MTs Negeri 9 Sleman, School Year 2020-2021. This research is Classroom Action Research conducted collaboratively. The subject of this study is class VIII-C MTs Negeri 9 Sleman which amounted to 30 students. The objects in this study increased motivation and learning achievement. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out with observation techniques, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis methods with quantitative descripttic techniques. The results showed that learning motivation in cycle I by 66.66% and cycle II by 86.66, increased by 26%. Learning achievement increased in silus I by 65.00 and in cycle II to 77.11. Question Student Have method by utilizing the media card "Ji-Tu" can be applied to students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah.

This study aims to identify and describe the supervision of monotheism-based education. This research is a literature study so that the data collection technique is in the form of documents from libraries, both books, journals and so on. The results of this study suggest that supervision can be qualified with the right supervision model in order to be able to bring positive changes to teachers who still need improvement, of course with supervision through supervision carried out and implementation innovations will give positive results. In carrying out supervision of teachers, school principals should use appropriate supervision approaches and techniques, especially approaches by touching the heart of how a servant is obliged to his Lord and then bringing up professional servants at work. Supervision of monotheism-based education is a process of monitoring the improvement of teachers accompanied by the internalization of the values of monotheism. The values of monotheism or Islamic values are applied in all aspects of the assessment. The presence of the monotheism paradigm finds its urgency for the development of learning theory and practice.

This research aims to describe the concept of internalization of the values of religious moderation, ethics and culture in literary learning in Madrasah Aliyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods of analytics. Research data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. The study respondents were Indonesian language and literature teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Soebono Mantofani and Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Ciputat students of South Tangerang City of Banten province. The results of this study explain that the internalization of the values of religious moderation, ethics and culture can be developed through the management of literary learning in Madrasah Aliyah. Internalization of the values of religious moderation, ethics and culture is applied through learning management in the form of planning, organizing, implementing, and assessing or evaluating learning so as to form the attitude of religious moderation of students.

This study aims to describe the theory of learning cognitivism in learning according to the views of David P. Ausebel and Robert M. Gagne. This research uses a qualitative approach to content analysis and descriptive research design. The results of this study show that cognitive learning theory is more concerned with the learning process than the learning outcomes themselves. Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning occurs when a person learns by associating new phenomena into the structure of their knowledge. In the process of learning a person constructs what he has learned and associates new experiences, phenomena and facts into the structure of their knowledge. According to Rober M. Gagne, learning is a set of processes that are internal to each individual as a result of the transformation of stimuli derived from external events in the environment of the individual concerned (conditions). According to Robert Gagne, learning should be able to give rise to learning events and cognitive processes.

This study aims to determine the influence of the scramble learning model on the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade mathematics at SDN Nanggulan. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests, interviews and documentation. Hypothesis testing using Multivariate Of Analysis Variance (MANOVA).To test the data analysis is done by using the SPSS application. The results showed that 1) There is an influence of the scramble learning model on the interest in learning mathematics of fourth grade students with the results of the univariate test analysis, namely the sig value. 0.037 < 0.05 and it can be said that Ha is accepted. 2) There is an influence of the scramble learning model on the fourth grade students' mathematics learning outcomes with the results of the univariate test analysis, namely the value of sig. 0.038 < 0.05 and it can be said that Ha is accepted. 3) There is an effect of the Scramble learning model on the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade students in mathematics. This is based on the results of the multivariate test analysis, namely the results of the Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace and Roy's Largest Root tests have a sig value. of 0.040 < 0.05 and it can be said that Ha is accepted.
