Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation of PAI teachers at MA Sunan Pandan Aran in carrying out distance learning in 2021/2022 through blanded learning by utilizing classroom whatsapp. This research is a surveillance action research. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. Actions in cycle 1 and cycle 2 use actions in the form of blanded learning. Data is obtained through direct observation when teachers carry out blanded learning. Descriptive analysis is presented in tabular form to make it easier to understand the research results presented. The results showed that the implementation of blanded learning through whatsapp classes can increase teacher motivation to carry out distance learning. The implementation of blanded learning in cycle 1 showed an increase in the motivation of pai teachers by 42.8% with high motivation, while the other 57.2% were still in the category of sufficient motivation. In the second cycle, it showed an increase in the motivation of PAI teachers in MA Sunan Pandan Aran by 85.7% with high motivation, while the other 14.3% was still in the category of sufficient motivation. This success is in accordance with the success criteria, namely the blanded learning model is said to be successful if 85% of pai MA Sunan Pandan Aran teachers show high motivation in carrying out long-distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of teachers to use teaching aids through individual guidance activities at MI Yappi Ngrati for the 2020/2021 school year. This study uses an action research method that is carried out through two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The results showed a significant increase in the ability of teachers to use teaching aids. This is evidenced by the results of the average percentage of teachers who reached 41.50% in the initial data increased to 60.66% in cycle 1 and increased to 72.33% in cycle 2. Individual guidance activities can be applied to madrasah teachers to improve their ability to manage and create a pleasant learning atmosphere through the use of teaching aids.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data on the quality and quantity of teacher competencies in preparing learning implementation plans. This research is an action research carried out in two cycles including the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research approach using academic supervision includes traditional supervision and clinical supervision which is carried out in groups based on the subject family. The subjects of the study were teachers in MTs Negeri I Gunungkidul. There are three findings of academic supervision of the subject cluster base group model scientifically can improve teacher competence in compiling the syllabus and rpp in MTs N 1 Gunungkidul, namely: 1) increasing the quality of the syllabus from 64% to 80%; 2) increased the number of RPP qualities from 66% to 89%; and 3) increased teacher competence in compiling the HOTS syllabus and RPP by 23% and 24%.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of image media to increase students' understanding and activeness in learning English on the subject of narative reading. This research was conducted on class XI social studies 3 MAN 4 Sleman students with a total of 17 students. The method used in this study is a class action research method. Each cycle goes through the stages of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. From the results of the first cycle research, students who obtained a score of > 70 were 50.58% with sufficient categories. The test results in cycle II of students who obtained a score of > 70 were 100% with an active category. The use of image media successfully optimizes students' ability to understand narrative text and increases the effectiveness of student learning.

Abstract

This paper is prepared as a means of publishing creative, innovative, and efficient work that can help teachers and students in learning, especially science subjects, especially in borax testing on food by utilizing ingredients that are easy to make and easy to get in the environment around the school. This paper presents how to create and use borax indicators from butterfly plant extract (Oxalis triangularis) performed based on knowledge, existing literature, and experiments. This research uses qualitative research methods with a literature review approach. The subject of the study was students of class VIII-C MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo in the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that butterfly plant extract (Oxalis triangularis) can be used for the identification of borax in food. The use of butterfly plants (Oxalis triangularis) for the identification of borax in food can increase student learning activities and can shape the character of students to be sensitive to the environment and utilize the environment as a learning medium, especially in science subjects in food test materials.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the index card match method in increasing interest in learning Arabic subjects. This research uses action research methods that are carried out in two cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The subject of the study was a class X MIA student at MAN 2 Cirebon City. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, tests, field notes and documentation that are directly carried out in the field. The data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that learning Arabic through the Index Card Match method can increase interest in learning. In cycle I the percentage of interest of 42.7% increased to 58.7% in cycle II. The Index Card Match method can be applied to Madrasah Aliyah students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning model in improving Biology learning outcomes in the material "describing the characteristics of viruses, replication and their role in life." This research is an action research, conducted in two cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The subject of the study was a class X MIA MAN 2 student in Cirebon City. The results showed that the average score of learning outcomes in cycle I of 62.5% increased to 87.5% in cycle II. The Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning model can be applied in the learning process to students at the Madrasah Aliyah level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of physics learning outcomes through a constructivism approach with the Karplus cycle learn method. This research is an action research, conducted in two cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The subject of the study was a student of class XI MIA 2 MAN 2 Cirebon city. The results showed that the average score of learning outcomes in cycle I of 37.83% increased to 94.59% in cycle II. Based on the assessment of the results of affective and psychomotor observations, there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II. The results of affective observations in cycle 1 of 54.18% increased to 81.26% in cycle II. The results of psychomotor observations in cycle I of 65.16% increased to 74.47% in cycle II. The implementation of learning by applying a constructivism approach with the karplus cycle learn method can improve physics learning outcomes in class XI MIA 2 MAN Cirebon city.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of cross-word puzzle learning media in increasing student interest and learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This research is an action research conducted in three cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The subject of the study was a class VIII student at SMP Negeri 1 Krangkeng. The results showed that the average percentage of student interest indicators in the first cycle of 62% increased to 70% in cycle II, it has further increased to 88%. Meanwhile, in the learning outcomes indicator, the average percentage of students who achieve KKM scores in the first cycle of 20% increases to 60% in cycle II. Cross word puzzle learning media can be applied to students in education at the junior secondary level and can improve student learning outcomes and can increase student interest in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a website-based student worship self-monitoring application. The application was developed to help students monitor and improve worship independently. This research uses research and development methods with a qualitative approach and quantitative approach. Data collection techniques and tools using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study explain the development of the CIS-MAKOBA V.2 application as an innovation to increase awareness and self-monitoring of student worship. This study showed feasibility with an average score of 87.25% and can be used for students and teachers.
