Abstract

The lack of interest of independent medical practice healthcare facilities and independent dentist practice healthcare facilities in registering health facilities and reporting national quality indicators (national quality indicators) as a condition for accreditation will affect the quality of health facilities so that self-efficacy and motivation are really needed to increase this interest. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of self efficacy and motivation on national quality indicators reporting interest through health facility registration interest as an intervening variable (study on independent medical practice healthcare facilities and independent dentist practice healthcare facilities in the kediri regency area). The research design used was analytical observational with a "cross sectional" approach. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling with a sample of 158 health facilities. Data were collected from 158 healthcare facilities in Kediri Regency using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale (1–5). The questionnaire was distributed via WhatsApp and Google Forms, ensuring efficient and accessible data collection. The data analysis technique uses test path analysis. The research results show that in hypotheses 1,2,3,4,5 the significance value is <0.05 so that there is an influence of self-efficacy and motivation on interest in registering health service facilities, there is an influence of self-efficacy and motivation on interest in reporting national quality indicators , there is an influence of interest in registering health service facilities on interest in reporting national quality indicators , whereas in hypotheses 6 and 7 the significance result is >0.05 so it cannot prove that there is an influence of self-efficacy and motivation on interest in reporting national quality indicators through interest in registering service facilities. Health. The importance of awareness of health facilities, especially for independent medical practice healthcare facilities and independent dentist practice healthcare facilities, to carry out a series of accreditation steps to improve the quality of health facilities needs to receive more attention from the health service and independent medical practice healthcare facilities and independent dentist practice healthcare facilities as health service providers.

Abstract

Strengthening primary health care services is essential to improve the achievement of minimum health service standards. Primary Care Integration aims to reorganize existing primary health care services, enabling them to serve the entire Indonesian population with comprehensive and quality services by coordinating primary health care services based on the life cycle and no longer on programs. This study aims to explore the readiness of human resources, organization and governance, and technology in health centers to implement PCI. This descriptive study was conducted using a qualitative approach with 15 respondents from various job backgrounds. The research was conducted at Ipuh Bangun Jaya Health Center from August to October 2024. In-depth interview results were processed and validated through field observations, resulting in 18 sub-themes. Sub-themes 1-3 are about understanding PCI; sub-themes 4-8 are about human resource readiness; sub-themes 9-14 are about organizational and governance readiness; and sub-themes 15-18 are about technology readiness. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. The research findings show that Human Resources at Ipuh Bangun Jaya Health Center have good efficacy and individual attributes to support the implementation of primary care integration at the Health Center. The organization and governance of Ipuh Bangun Jaya Health Center show the existence of management support as one form of good principal support to move towards the implementation of primary care integration at the Health Center. Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in Community health centers is a strategic step in improving the efficiency and quality of health services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of RME in the West Kotawaringin Regency Health Center with a qualitative descriptive method. This study aims to analyze the application of EMR in the West Kotawaringin Regency Health Center with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was carried out on three health centers that have implemented EMR, namely the Arsel, Mendawai, and Kumpai Batu Atas Health Centers, in the April-June 2024 period. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation, including aspects of patient registration, data distribution, filling in clinical information, data processing, financing claims, data storage, quality assurance, and EMR content transfer. The 15 respondents consisted of medical personnel and community health centers administration. Data analysis involves three key steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results showed that although the majority of respondents understood the benefits of RME, they faced various obstacles, such as limited technology infrastructure, lack of training for healthcare workers, and system integration problems. The use of EMR has accelerated the service process, but there is still a reliance on manual methods in several stages. In addition, data reporting is often constrained by technical issues and coordination between units. The study findings indicate that while most respondents recognize the benefits of electronic medical records , several challenges hinder optimal implementation. Key obstacles include limited technological infrastructure, insufficient training for healthcare workers, and difficulties in system integration.

Abstract

Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neuropsychiatric disorder in children, characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which significantly impact daily functioning. Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) is often observed in children with ADHD, affecting their ability to process and respond to sensory stimuli appropriately. Sensory integration therapy and treadmill exercise have been suggested as potential interventions to improve sensory processing and behavioral regulation in children with ADHD. This study aims to evaluate the effect of sensory integration therapy combined with treadmill exercise on sensory processing and behavior in children with ADHD. This was an experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design was conducted with 61 children diagnosed with ADHD. Participants underwent sensory integration therapy and treadmill exercise. Sensory processing and behavioral outcomes were measured using standardized assessments before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed a significant improvement in sensory processing, with pre-test sensory scores averaging 97.62 and post-test scores increasing to 152.90 (p = 0.000). Behavioral outcomes also improved significantly, with pre-test behavior scores of 82.57 decreasing to 67.62 in the post-test (p = 0.000). Sensory criteria shifted from 95.1% in the "Definite Performance (severe)" category to 44.3% in the "Typical Performance (mild)" category. Behavioral criteria improved from 75.4% in the "Very High" category to 83.6% in the "High" category. Sensory integration therapy combined with treadmill exercise effectively improves sensory processing and behavioral outcomes in children with ADHD. This intervention provides a promising non-pharmacological approach to managing ADHD symptoms and enhancing children's functional abilities. Further studies with larger samples and long-term follow-ups are recommended to validate these findings

Abstract

Primary Healthcare Service Integration (PHSI) at Community Health Centers aims to integrate primary healthcare services at Community Health Centers, Sub-Centers, and Integrated service posts for a more comprehensive and integrated approach. Sungai Rangit Community Health Center in West Kotawaringin Regency is planned to implement PHSI in 2024. However, a preliminary study has shown several issues that need to be anticipated, especially in terms of planning and budgeting, organizational governance, and staff assignment. This study aims to explore the operational risks faced by Sungai Rangit Community Health Center so that the implementation of PHSI can run smoothly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving 59 employees of Sungai Rangit Community Health Center and triangulated interviews with health department employees and qualified risk management experts. The study collected qualitative data through FGDs and document analysis, involving health center employees and policy documents. Triangulation with district officials and risk management experts ensured validity. Data were refined, categorized, and analyzed iteratively, leading to a prioritized risk assessment for healthcare integration while maintaining ethical considerations. The study identified 5 main operational risks that need to be anticipated, namely: 1) risk of unavailable budget; 2) risk of invalid health data; 3) risk of sub-standard work plan preparation; 4) risk of internet connection down; and 5) risk of employee demotivation. Village governments need to allocate budgets for the needs of cadres to conduct household data collection. Cluster Heads need to assist cadres in conducting data collection and filling out the LOCAL AREA MONITORING dashboard. WiFi access in the Community Health Center environment needs to be improved to support internet-based community health center operations.
