Abstract

The purpose of research is to known type and exactly density fish to aquatic plant Azolla pinnata growth until to give the IR-64 rice result and the best fish, have done in fish nursery center, Wonocatur, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Located at 112 m up sea level. Land type is Regosol, daily temperature average 28 0C. The research is field experiment that consist two factors, arranged in Randomized Completely Block Design, with three replicates. The first factor is type of fish (1), of two levels: Tawes fish (11) and Nila fish (12). The second factor is fish density per meter field sided (K), of three levels: there are no fish (KO), 1 fish (K 1), and 2 fishs (K2). The result of the research indicated influence between type and density fish to rice result. The Tawes fish with density 1 and 2 fishs per m2 field and Nila fish with density 2 fish per m2 field lave given the highest rice result. Tawes fish with 2 fishs per m2 field more impede Azolla pinnata L. Fish density 2 fishs per m2 field have given fish result higer. Fish weight average of 1 fish per m2 field  higher than 2 fish per m2 field.

Abstract

Research is done in countryside of Kedokan Sayang of District Of Tarub Sub Province Tegal, with height of place + 25 m above sea surface at land ground type of alluvial. Research is done from 16 Februari 2008 until 8 June 2008, using factorial method with elementary pattern of RCBD (Randomized Completely Block Design) consist of 2 treatment factor that is : (1) Dose Fertilize NPK (D0 = without manure) (D1 = 150 kg/ha) (D2 = 300 kg / ha) (D3 = 450 kg/ha). (2) Way of location of manure ( C1 = disseminated) (C2 = Disseminated and countersinked) (C3 = make off with). Result of research show = (1) treatment of dose fertilize NPK have very significant at all of parameter that is is : High [of] crop, amount of leaf, heavy all is wet weight overall of crop, heavy run dry weight overall of crop, long cob, amount of seed of per cob, amount of making off with per cob, heavy dry minner per plant, heavy of dry minner of  per check and heavy 100 seed. Heavy highest per check minner reached at dose 450 kg/ha that is 6,147 and low without manure that is 2,393 kg (2) treatment of location of manure show very significant  at wet heavy parameter of overall of crop, heavy run dry weight overall of crop, and seed amount of per cob. While to amount make off with per cob give significant. weight of minner dry of highest per check reached at way of location of manure by disseminated and countersinked by that is 4,982 kgs, lowest by disseminated that is 4,730 kgs. (3) interaction among dose fertilize NPK by location of manure have very significant  at parameter of is amount of leaf, wet heavy of overall of crop, heavy run dry weight overall of crop, long of cob, amount of seed of per cob and heavy 100 seed. While to amount make off with per cob give significant. (4) weight of minner highest drought of per check reached at combination of fertilizer dose NPK 450 kg/ha by the way of fertilisers placement disseminated and countersinked, that is 6,260 kgs ( 11128,819 kg/ha). While low at combination without fertilizer by the way of its(the fertilisers placement disseminated that is 2,120 kgs ( 3768,865 kg/ha).

Abstract

This Research purposed to know the effect of plant spacing and chicken manure of dosage and interactions to growth and yield of potato plant (Solanum tuberosum L). Research have been done at 22 September to 23 December 2007,in Mlandi village, Subdistrict of Garung Regency of Wonosobo, Province Central of Java  the place height 1.250 m above sea level. The research used factorial method Randomyzed Completely Block Design (RCBD) two treatment, 3 replication, were : 1) The plants spacing (J1 = 60x30 cm, J2 = 70x30 cm, J3 = 80x30 cm). 2) The chicken manure dosage (P1 = 10 ton/ha, P2 = 15 ton/ha, P3 = 20 ton/ha ). The Result of the research : 1) The plants spacing treatment very significant on height of plant, fresh and dry weight of crown per plant, fresh weight and volume of tuber per plant and weight of tuber per plot, but non significant to weight of tuber per plant. 2) The treatment of chicken manure dosage very significant of plant to fresh weight of crown, volume of tuber, weight and total of tuber, and dry weight of crown. 3) Interactions between the plants spacing and chicken manure dosage very significant on the height of plant, dry weight of crown per plant, and total of tuber per plot. But significant to fresh weight of crown, fresh weight and total of tuber also volume of tuber, and total of tuber. 4) The height weight of tuber on combination treatment J2 P3 ( The treatment plant spacing 70x30 cm and chicken manure dosage 20 ton/ha ) was 20,33 kg per plot (31 ton/ha). The lowest weight of tuber on combination treatment J3 P2 ( The treatment plant spacing 80x30 cm and chicken manure dosage 15 ton/ha ) was 10,17 kg per plot (15 ton/ha).

Abstract

This research aim to know nitrogen fertilizer dose influence and goat manure to growth and result of corn crop ( Zea Mays L) variety Pioneer. Writing of this skripsi based on research from date of 23 Februari 2008 until date of 7 June 2008 in countryside Kedokan Sayang, subdistrict Tarub, district Tegal with place height ± 25 m dpl. Grey alluvial soil type of stripper. Research method applied is factorial method with Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL), consisted of two medium treatment factors of treatment firstly composes kinds of second nitrogen fertilizer dose and treatment is goat manure. As for its(the factor is as follows : First factor of nitrogen fertilizer dose, consisted of 4 level : N0 : Fertilizer dose Urea ( Nitrogen) = 0 kg/ha, N1 : Urea fertilizer dose ( Nitrogen) : 200 kg/ha, N2 : Urea fertilizer dose ( Nitrogen) : 300 kg/ha. N3 : Urea fertilizer dose ( Nitrogen) : 400 kg/ha. Second factor of goat manure dose consisted of 3 level K1: goat manure : 10 ton/ha, K2 : goat manure : 15 ton/ha, K3 : goat manure : 20 ton/ha thereby is got 12 combinations to treat. Result of this research nitrogen fertilizer influential very differing in reality to plant height, wet weight overall of crop, drought weight overall of crop, number of seeds per cob, weight pipilan drought per crop, weight pipilan drought per check and heavy 100 seeds. Only line amounts per cob having an effect on differs in reality. Weight pipilan per highest check reached at combination of fertilizer dose N2 : 300 kg/ha with goat manure dose 15 ton/ha that is ( 9329,2 ton/ha). result of this research as according to Hipotesis that is with best result of N2K2.

Abstract

The research aim to know influence of corn variety and dosage of NPK fertilizer on  corn. Research was conducted since February until Juny 2008 in Kedokan Sayang Village, Sub District Tarub, District Tegal, Central Java, Altitude 25 meters from sea surface with soil type alluvials, in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Tunas Pembangunan University. Temperature 29 – 32 º C. Research used the factorial with based pattern RCBD (Randomized Completely Block Design) consist of 2 treatment factor with 3 times restating. Results of research indicates that : (1) Treatment Variety of Corn was very significant to number of  rows  per cob and significant to number of seed per cob, non significant to hight plant, weight  fresh of  plant, weight  dry of plant, weight dry of  minner per plant, weight dry of  minner per plot and weight dry of  minner per 100 seeds. (2) Dosage of NPK fertiliser was non significant to all parameter observation object. (3) Interaction between variety of corn and  dosage of NPK fertilizer was significant to hight plant. (4) Highest dry minner seeds weight 4,57 Kg/plot (9,777 ton/Ha) obtained by treatment of V1D1 this  is combination treatment  of Variety Corn P21 and dosage of NPK  fertilizer 200 Kg/Ha and lowest dry minner seeds weight  1,87 Kg/plot (3.32 ton/Ha) obtained at treatment of V2D2 this is combination of Variety Corn Bisi2 and dosage of NPK  fertilizer 400 Kg/Ha.

Abstract

The research aim to know influence of dosage fertilizer Phosphor SP36) and buffalo manure to growth and result plant hybrid corn. Research was conducted since February until Juny 2008 in Kedokan Sayang Village, Sub District Tarub, District Tegal, Central Java, Altitude 25 meters from sea surface with soil type alluvials, in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Tunas Pembangunan University. Temperature 29 – 32 º C. Research used the factorial with based pattern RCBD (Randomized Completely Block Design) consist of 2 treatment factor with 3 times restating. Results of research indicates that : (1) Fertilization dosage with fertilizer SP36 influentially very significant to weight total fresh plant, weight total dry plant, number of seeds per cob, weight dry minner per plant, weight dry minner per plot and weight dry minner per 100 seeds. (2) Fertilization dosage with buffalo manure influentially significant to hight of plant and hight of 100 seeds (3) Interaction between fertilization dosage with fertilizer SP36 and buffalo manure influentially significant to hight of 100 seeds. (4) Highest dry minner seeds weight 5,467 Kg/plot (9,719 ton/Ha) obtained at treatment of P2K2 combination of fertilizer dosage SP36 150 Kg/Ha with buffalo manure 15 ton/Ha, and lowered by 3,833 Kg/plot (6.6614 ton/Ha) obtained at treatment of P0K2 combination of fertilizer dosage SP36 0 Kg/Ha with buffalo manure 15 ton/Ha

Abstract

This research was carried out on Februari  to April 2008. The aim of this research is to knowing the production factors, which is fluential to Bean production, the efficiency of using production factors and the amount of the cost, and the income of Bean operation. The main method used is analytical description and is the realization used survey method. The location determination with purposive, the determination of sample number of farm with proportional random sampling. The process of data collecting done by some interview with the farmers using questioner. The method of data analysis Cobb Douglas type, and efficiency analysis. Result of production analysis indicator using wide production area factor, labor force, seed, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, Antabrone pesticide, education, and experience together influential to Bean production. Trial result indicate wide production prouction area labor force, seed, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, Antabrone pesticide, education, and experience is very significant. From the efficiency analysis result we could get result that using of production factor on Bean farm operation has not reached the optimum combination or hasn’t get high economical efficiency using. Using wide age, area, labor force, seed, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, Antabrone pesticide efficiency not yet. The average of farm revenue income brutto is Rp. 6.119.755,- (Rp. 10.333.622,-/ha),the average of farm revenue is 8.285.290,-(14.042.865,-/ha), the average income netto is Rp. 2.165.535,- (Rp. 3.709.242,-/ha).

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing (1) the effect of kind of manure in growth and yield of peanut, (2) the effect of manure form in growth and yield of peanut, and (3) the effect of kind and form manure in growth and yield of peanut. The research was carried out at Slawi with the hight of location 40 metre from see level, the type of soil is latosol from 10th July  up to 30th October 2010. Design used was factorial with elementary pattern Completely Randomized Block Design consist of two treatment factor.  The first, kind of manure (K) consist of K1(bufallo manure), K2 (goat manure), and K3 (chicken manure). The Second, form of manure (B) consist of B1 (solid without extract), B2 (solid without extract), and B3 (rest of extract). There are 9 treatment combination i.e K1B1, K1B2, K1B3, K2B1, K2B2, K2B3, K3B1, K3B2, and K3B3. Result of the research showed that (1) kind of manure to take effect in fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant, dry seed weight each one of plant, dry seed weight each one portion, and 100 dry seed weight. But, not effect in hight of plant, sum of pod each one of plant, sum green pod each one of plant, and Fill pod weight each of one plant, (2) The form of manure to take significant effect in sum of pod each one of plant, Fill pod weight each of plant, dry seed weight each one of plant, and 100 dry seed weight. But, not significant effect in hight of plant, fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant, sum green pod each one of plant, and dry seed weight each one portion. (3) Kind manure and form of the menure to take effect significant to fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant sum of pod each one of plant, Fill pod weight each of one plant, dry seed weight each one of plant, dry seed weight each one portion, and 100 dry seed weight. But, it’s not significant effect in hight of plant and sum green pod each one of plant. (4) Liquid chicken manure has the best effect in growth and yield of peanut.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Wonosobo regency Kalikajar Wonosari District dated October 18, 2009 until January 18, 2010, aimed to know the response of some varieties of cabbage (brassica oleracea) with a factorial design with the basic pattern of Randomized Complete Block Design (Block), which consists of two factors, treatment ie (I) of cabbage varieties (V1 = Grand 11, V2 = Grand sharira, V3 = summer (II) The frequency of compound fertilizer NPK (F1 = One-time gift that is at the age of 7 days after planting, F2 = Two times a gift that is at the age of 7 days and 14 days after planting, F3 = Three times a gift that is at the age of 7 days,14 days and 21 days after planting. The results showed (1) treatment variety was very significant on weight of crop per plant, significant on weight of crop per plot, and non significant on height of plant, number of leaves, dry weight of crown, fresh weight of crown and diameter of crop. (2) the frequency of NPK compound fertilizer was very significant on weight of crop per plant and diameter crop, significant on height of plant, fresh weight of crown, dry weight of crown, weight of crop per plot and non significant on  number of leaves. (3) a combination of variety and frequency of treatments NPK compound fertilizer had non  significant effect on all parameters, (4) The highest weight of crop and diameter crop. Significant on height of plantper plot obtained in the combined treatment V1F2 (11dan grand variety of fertilizer that is twice the age of 7 days and 14 days after planting ) that is equal to 12616.0 grams / plot (39,425 ton/ha) and lowest fresh weight of crop plots obtained in the combined treatment V3F3 (summer varieties and fertilizer is three times the age of 7 days, 14 days and 21 after planting) that is equal to 7613.2 grams / plot (23,79125 ton/ha).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the dosage range of P and K fertilizers on the growth yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) study was conducted in the Green house the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Surakarta Tunas Development The method used is the factorial method with the basic pattern of Randomized Complete Block Design (Block), consisting of two treatment factors, 1) type of dosage P (SP-36) consists of P1 = 25 kg SP-36/ha, P2 = 50 kg SP-36/ha, and P3 = 75 kg SP-36/ha, 2) types of K fertilizer (KCl) is comprised of K1 = 25 kg KCl / ha, K2 = 50 kg KCl / ha, and K3 = 75 kg of KCl / ha, with three times as many replications. The results showed (1) Treatment kinds of fertilizer P (SP-36) showed highly significant at fresh weight of crown, dry weight of crown, pod number per plant, number of empty pods per plant and dry seed weight per plant, but did not affect significantly in plant height. (2) types of K fertilizer treatments (KCl) showed highly significant effect on fresh weight of crown, dry weight of crown, pod number per plant, number of empty pods per plant and dry seed weight per plant, significant effect on plant height, but influential not evident in the number of empty per plant. (3) Interactions between the treatment of types of P fertilizer (SP-36) and K (KCl) have no significant on all parameters. (4) of dry seed weight per plant combined treatment with the highest dose of SP-36 amounted to 75 kg / ha with a dose of KCl at 75 kg / ha (P3K3), was 25,2 g per plant (6,3 ton/ha), and lowest in the combined treatment doses of SP-36 for 25 kg / ha KCl dose of 25 kg / ha (P1K1), was 21,0 g per plant (5,3  ton/ha)
