Abstract

Halal cosmetics are products that are increasingly in demand because of consumers' concern about product conformity with religious and health principles. Awareness of halal cosmetic products is an important factor in influencing consumer buying interest. This research aims to identify the influence of halal awareness on interest in purchasing halal cosmetics among consumers. The data collected was analyzed using regression techniques to test the relationship between halal awareness variables and interest in buying halal cosmetics. The research results show that the level of halal awareness significantly influences interest in purchasing halal cosmetics. The implication of this research is the importance of marketing that emphasizes the halal aspects of cosmetic products to attract the interest of consumers who care about the halalness of the products they use.

Abstract

Every year, companies publish financial reports that can shows the company's financial condition is good or bad. To know whether Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia commit fraudulent report finance in 2020-2021 and analyze the gaps used inThis fraud was researched using the banking sector. Because this sector has many stages in the business process, there are gapsto commit fraud is considered greater than other sectors. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using eight variables Beneish ratio index and M-score based on Beneish's discovery in 1999. The eight variables are DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI, DEPI, SGAI, LVGI, and TATA, which are used for detection companies that manipulate or commit fraudulent financial statements. The research results show that all sample companies do not do so financial statement fraud, namely PT. BCA Syariah Bank, PT. Mega Bank Sharia, PT. Bank Victoria Syariah, PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, and PT. Bukopin Sharia Bank. Detection Fraud is carried out by calculating the eight Beneish ratio index variables 10 sample companies and compare them with the industry average value to detect potential fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Application of Islamic Business Ethics Principles on Customer Satisfaction at Al-Baik Supermarket in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province. The population of this study were consumers who shopped at Al-Baik Supermarket for the last 2 months as many as 66,000 with the number of samples studied 100 respondents. Collecting data for this study using a questionnaire method. The analysis technique using SPSS Version 25 includes instrument analysis in the form of validity and reliability analysis. The results of the validity analysis showed that all 26 statement items were proven valid, while the results of the reliability analysis showed that the Cronbach's Alpha value 0.6 was declared reliable. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests and simple regression tests. The results of the classical assumption test showed that the normality test was normally distributed and the heteroscedasticity test did not detect heteroscedasticity. The simple regression test research results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.415 or 41.5%. The t test shows that the tcount is 8.342 and ttable is 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The F test shows that the value of Fcount = 69.583 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variable application of Islamic business ethics principles on the variable customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of online shop and lifestyle on consumptive behavior of Islamic Banking students at STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The data source for this research was obtained from questionnaire answers given by research respondents, namely students of the Islamic Banking Study Program, STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, as many as 70 respondents. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this test, it explains that there is a significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the online shop business and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of Islamic Banking students at STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The online shop business and lifestyle influence the consumptive behavior of STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura Islamic Banking students by 56.3%, while the rest are influenced by other variables such as pocket money, social status, joining in and others. There is a positive or parallel relationship between the development of the online shop business and lifestyle with consumptive behavior, if the development of the online shop business increases and the lifestyle is high, the consumptive behavior of Islamic Banking students at STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura will also increase, and vice versa if the development of the online shop business is decreasing and the lifestyle they have is decreasing, so the consumptive behavior of Islamic Banking students at STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura will also decrease.

Abstract

Productive assets are investment assets that typically generate profit for their owners in each period. One of the crucial factors for banks in channeling funds that influence the growth of productive assets is inflation, NPF (Non-Performing Financing), and DPK (Third-Party Funds). Inflation is a continuous increase in prices over a certain period. NPF represents problematic financing in the form of less smooth financing, while DPK represents funds collected by banks from the public, both individuals, and businesses. Partially, inflation does not affect productive assets, with a t-statistic value of -1.758 t-table value of 1.667. Partially, NPF affects productive assets, with a t-statistic value of 2.340 t-table value of 1.667. Partially, DPK affects productive assets, with a t-statistic value of 2.007 t-table value of 1.667. Simultaneously, inflation, NPF, and DPK affect productive assets, with an F-statistic value of 3.321 and an F-table value of 3.13 (3.321 3.13). Therefore, it can be said that the growth of productive assets in Islamic banking has experienced unstable increases from year to year due to third-party funds. The research questions in the growth of productive assets in this study are whether inflation affects productive assets in BUS, whether NPF affects productive assets in BUS, whether DPK affects the growth of productive assets in BUS, and whether inflation, NPF, and DPK affect productive assets in BUS. The objective is to determine the extent to which the variables of inflation, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Third-Party Funds (DPK) influence the growth of productive assets in Islamic banking. The theory used in this research concerns the growth of productive assets, inflation, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Third-Party Funds (DPK) in relation to the growth of productive assets. The type of research employed is quantitative research, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 72. The source of data is secondary, and data collection techniques include literature study and documentation study through the official website www.ojk.co.id. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 23. The results of partial data analysis indicate that the growth of productive assets is not influenced by inflation, with a t-statistic value of -1.758 and a t-table value of 1.667, so t-statistic (-1.758) t-table (1.667); NPF has a t-statistic value of 2.340 and a t-table value of 1.667, so t-statistic (2.340) t-table (1.667); DPK has a t-statistic value of 2.007 and a t-table value of 1.667, so t-statistic (2.007) t-table (1.667). Furthermore, the simultaneous research results (F-test) indicate that the F-statistic value is 3.321 and the F-table value is 3.13 (3.321 3.13), indicating an effect on all three variables. The determination coefficient results show that the R2 value is 0.128, meaning that inflation, NPF, and DPK can explain the productive assets variable by 12.8%, while the remaining 87.2% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this research.

Abstract

This research focuses on discussing the promotion of people's business credit financing, obstacles in promoting people's business credit financing products and increasing people's business credit financing with promotional strategies carried out.The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. In this research, researchers used collection techniques, namely by observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research explain that the promotion strategy for people's business credit financing carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat is by distributing brochures to markets and various places, putting up banners in front of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat and certain places, promoting on social media, promoting products in the surrounding environment. , word of mouth promotion, and referrals. There was an increase in people's business credit financing with promotional strategies carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat, however the increase was not significant due to increasingly tight competition coupled with the existence of mobile banks and loan sharks. Obstacles in promoting people's business credit financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat are the lack of customer interest in people's business credit financing products, customers feel that the requirements for applying for people's business credit are still difficult, there are ordinary customers who compare the processing time at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat with banks or other financial institutions, customers do not really need funds for business capital and there is a lack of equipment for customers

Abstract

The halal industry has enormous potential in Indonesia. This is due to the large population of Muslims in Indonesia. We can see the potential of Indonesia's halal industry in several fields, including halal food. Halal food is a basic need for Muslims. The aim of this research is to analyze the potential of the Halal Industry in Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population. Indonesia has great potential to become a major player in the global halal industry. However, this requires appropriate and accurate strategies, as well as support from the government, economic actors and other stakeholders. The research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study, data sources obtained from documentation, book records, journals, etc. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative approach techniques. The results of this research show that the halal industry includes the acquisition of raw materials, processing and production in accordance with halal standards. Indonesia has great potential in the halah industry, including in the halal food, fashion and finance industries, considering that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Indonesia is the largest consumer of halal products.

Abstract

This research aims to find empirical evidence about the factors that influence the timeliness of submitting financial reports for mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The factors tested in this research are profitability, leverage, liquidity, company age as independent variables while timeliness is the dependent variable. The sample of this research consists of 39 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and have information regarding the date of submission of financial reports to Bapepam in the 2018-2020 period. Sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data, obtained from the site www.idx.co.id. The data obtained was then tested using logistic regression analysis with a significance level of 5 percent. The research results identified that the variables profitability, leverage, had a positive and partially insignificant influence. Meanwhile, the variables liquidity and company age partially have a negative and insignificant influence on the timeliness of submitting financial reports for manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, tests carried out simultaneously (simultaneously) have an influence on the timeliness of submitting financial reports.

Abstract

Internet Banking is a service that allows bank customers to carry out banking transactions via the internet. This can be done through an application that can be accessed on the website by customers. Internet Banking has advantages and disadvantages. One of the main drawbacks is the need for a smartphone device and a reliable internet connection. Security is also an important issue, with the risk of fraud and potential problems if a smartphone is lost or stolen. However, the benefits are very large, including checking balances, transfers between individuals and banks, as well as paying electronic bills such as electricity, credit, internet packages, and others. By using internet banking transactions are very practical. With internet banking, banking transactions such as fund transfers, bill payments and balance checks anytime and anywhere without having to go to a physical bank. This really helps save time and energy. Internet banking makes it easy to manage finances. I can quickly track transaction history and easily compile personal financial reports. Therefore, have very positive intentions in using internet banking. The method used in this research is a quantitative method based on the philosophy of positivism and functions to examine a certain population or sample by collecting data using research instruments. This type of research is field research, namely direct research carried out in the field or on respondents to obtain information through interviews or questionnaires. Data collection instruments in this research are Questionnaires, Documentation, Testing Instruments in this research are Validity and Reliability, Data Analysis Techniques in this research are Designing a Measurement Model (Outer Model), Designing a Structural Model (Inner Model) and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the analysis from this discussion are that Performance Expectancy has a significant and influential effect on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers. Effort Expectancy has a significant and influential effect on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers. Social Influence (Self Confidence) has an influence and is not significant on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers. Facilitating Conditions have a significant and significant influence on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers. Self Efficacy (Self Confidence) has a significant influence on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers. Hedodic Motivation (Satisfaction Factor) has a significant influence on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers. Price Value (Price Factor) has a significant influence on the use of Internet Banking among lecturers.

Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to determine the dynamics and problems of sharia economics in Islamic countries. In writing about the dynamics and problems of sharia economics in Muslim countries, the analytical method used is library research.  And what is used as primary data in this research is data obtained directly from the main source, namely literature that discusses the dynamics and problems of sharia economics in Muslim countries.   The results of this paper show that the dynamics of sharia economics in Muslim countries began with the emergence of sharia economic institutions which then continued to develop from time to time. And the problems with sharia economics in Muslim countries are the lack of human resources, the low level of understanding and concern among the people and the lack of public services.  Solutions in dealing with Islamic economic problems include the correlation of educational institutions in the development of sharia economics, attention from the government, showing the real role of sharia economics.  Improving the quality of less competent and professional human resources, training/education/socialization to employees and the community, innovative marketing, product innovation, reorientation to the real sector and improving service and professionalism
