Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication on Brand Equity at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Tebing Tinggi Branch Office uses Advertising, Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Events and experience variables. This study used a quantitative technique with a sample of 100 customers. The data analysis technique used in this study includes classic assumption testing and hypothesis testing whose test results are managed using the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study explain that advertising variables partially have a positive and substantial effect on brand equity, so direct marketing variables partially have a negative and substantial effect on Brand Equity. The sales promotion variable has a somewhat positive effect on Brand Equity. The public relations variable has a positive and significant effect on Brand Equity. Event and experience factors partially affect brand equity positively and significantly. Advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, public relations, events and shared experiences (Test F) have a higher value on brand equity.

Abstract

People are required to be able to keep up with the times. Economic activity and human needs as one of the most important aspects of human life are developing quite quickly and increasingly varied. This makes creativity in the development of transaction models and products increase. With various transaction models and products unknown in the past that aim to meet the needs of the community, this can also affect Islamic economic transaction activities by creating new products. This study aims to determine the implementation of multi-contracts in the perspective of fiqh muamalah on gold pawn products at Bank SUMUT Syari'ah Binjai Branch Office. This research was conducted by empirical research methods. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from observations and interviews. The implementation of multi-contracts in gold pawn products at Bank SUMUT Syari'ah Binjai Branch Office is in accordance with applicable regulations. Then, the implementation of multi-contracts in gold pawn products from the perspective of fiqh mu'amalah is allowed by jumhur ulama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia, which became a tax amnesty perception bank between before and after the existence of tax amnesty in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research using financial ratio report data by opening the official website from 3 years before the tax amnesty, and 5 years after the tax amnesty was implemented. The analysis used in this study is statistical software that can explain the difference in financial performance before and after the tax amnesty from one variable, namely CAR in Indonesian Islamic banks as well as knowing the effect on financial ratios before and after the implementation of the tax amnesty. The results of the study show that there is no real difference in financial ratios both before and after the implementation of the tax amnesty. And the CAR ratio at Bank Syariah Indonesia does not experience a significant influence on the situation and condition of the tax amnesty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is a perception bank.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze how the service quality at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kisaran uses the Fuzzy-Service Quality method. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The sampling technique is random sampling. The sample used was 100 people with a Likert scale-based questionnaire for data collection. Based on the results of defuzzification calculations, the highest perceived value of service quality for BSI Sub-Branch Offices is 76,5. For defuzzification calculations, it is known that the highest expectation value of BSI service quality is 91,25. Meanwhile, the gap between perceptions and expectations shows a negative value, namely -1,64 or not 1, meaning that what the customer expects is not fully in accordance with what is received by Bank Syariah Indonesia customers at the Kisaran Sub-Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of wadiah savings products on customer decisions to save at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. This type of research is quantitative research using two data sources, namely primary and secondary. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the quality of wadiah savings products on savings decisions at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. This is evidenced from data analysis using hypothesis tests, namely the t test which shows more signification values smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 0.05) and t count t table (6.628 1.98729) then there is an influence of variable X on Variable Y. The quality of wadiah savings products affects the decision of customers to save at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat by 32.5%. There is a positive or inconsistent relationship between the quality of wadiah savings products and the decision to save at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat, the better the quality of wadiah savings products offered by PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat then further improves the decision to save, and vice versa, the better the quality of wadiah savings products offered by PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat has further reduced the decision to save.

Abstract

Ownership is a significant problem in human life, because it is an essential component of existence. Without means, people cannot satisfy all their physical or instinctive needs, and therefore they strive to obtain what is absolutely necessary. The capitalist system which prioritizes the regulation of individual property rights, and the socialist system which does not recognize individual property rights are very different from the Islamic understanding of ownership. Islam accepts both private and state property, and even considers private property rights to be the foundation of economic growth. This study used qualitative research methods. This qualitative research method usually uses secondary data in the form of data that has been published in any form as a reference, such as e-books, printed books, scientific journals, and other scientific works. According to Islamic beliefs, Allah is the only One who bestows upon mankind unlimited blessings and sustenance. Therefore, all wealth and property belongs to God, humans (people) only have it temporarily because of a trust or gift from God. Humans do not use assets as permanent owners, but as trustees. Since Allah is the owner of everything in this world, it seems reasonable that He should have total power, making all provisions as guidelines as long as they are found in the Qur'an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat and find out how to increase employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The data used in this study is data from the results of questionnaire answers given to BSI Pangkalan Brandan customers. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS computer program version 22.00 and Microsoft Excel 2007. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the free variables studied, namely reward (X1) and punishment (X2) had a significant effect on the work productivity (Y) of PT employees. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) Work Productivity (Y) of PT. Bank Muamalat amounted to 83.4%, while the remaining 16.6% (100% - 83.4%) was influenced by other variables. Reward and Punishment have a positive direction towards the work productivity of PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. This means that the greater the compensation given and the better and more comfortable the work environment, the more it will increase the work productivity of PT employees. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. Vice versa, if the rewards given are less and the punishments given are not appropriate, it will reduce the work productivity of PT employees. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat.

Abstract

The existence of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Langkat cooperative in various regions supports the development of various business sectors, especially in the Small and Micro Medium Enterprises sector and helps the general public not to be entangled in money release institutions (loan sharks) that contain elements of usury. Akad Mudharabah as a financing product in the Ministry of Religion cooperative which is in great demand by capital managers to finance their business. however, not all Sharia cooperatives are able to implement this contract, the type of research used is a type of qualitative research. Data collection is carried out by interview and documentation methods. The results showed that the financing practice carried out by the Kemenag Langkat cooperative is the first time customers must register to become a member of the cooperative first, after being registered as a member of the cooperative customers can apply for financing, after the financing and distribution of proceeds are approved by both parties, the funds are given to the customer. The role of capital financing in the Kemenag Langkat cooperative is very meaningful for cooperative customers to develop their business. The management plays a very important role in this. The authority to provide business capital is also the full authority of the management for responsible and shirking their obligations as customers. One of the benefits felt by cooperative customers is the fulfillment of family business capital, so we can gradually improve the family economy of cooperative customers.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank SUMUT KCP Sharia Trading in Simalungun Regency using the Index Potential Gain Customer Value method. The research method used in this study is the PGCV method. In addition to supporting this method, a quantitative approach is also used in this study to strengthen the research results. The sample used was 100 people, with a Likert scale-based questionnaire for data collection. Based on the results of the tests conducted, it is said that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction as evidenced by t count 10.578 t table 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. As well as with the help of Cartesian diagrams the customer's top priority, namely quadrants I and II which are considered influential for the customer. Quadrant I includes (R2, R3, R5, T3, E3) services must be improved to support customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Trade Sharia KCP Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of risk management and find out the obstacles that occur in the National Amil Zakat Board of North Sumatra Province. The research approach used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data validation technique uses the triangulation method. Respondents in this study consisted of deputy chairmen of one field of zakat fund collection and amil implementing unit four of the Human Resources and General Administration Section. The results of the study show that the implementation of risk management in the National Amil Zakat Agency for North Sumatra Province has been implemented, it's just that in implementing risk management there are several obstacles, such as the lack of human resources who understand IT, and there is no evaluation of risk management. While the risk management process is carried out by identifying risks, then monitoring risks and controlling risks. The obstacles that occurred at the National Amil Zakat Agency for North Sumatra Province in collecting zakat funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency for North Sumatra Province were in the form of a lack of coordination, facilities and infrastructure in collecting zakat funds.
