This research aims to see the effect of recruitment on employee performance at PT. X in Semarang City. The problem focused on is the performance carried out by employees at PT. X in Semarang City. Ti approaches this problem, a theoretical reference is needed according to Mangkunegara (2016) who interprets employee performance, as a result, a person’s work in terms of quality and quantity that has been achieved by employees Ijn carrying out their duties according to their assigned responsibilities. The type of research carried out in this research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection using a Likert scale. The sample used in this research was simple random sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire belonging to Erny Dita Rosalina (2021). The sample taken in this study was 30 employees. The results of research using linear regression techniques show that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment on employee performance with a known significance value of 0,165 0,05,. The results of this research conclude that the higher the recruitment process, the higher the employee performance will be.

The study aimed to investigate the influence of coping strategy on learning productivity by quantitative method. 102 undergraduate students participated in the study. Each respondent has distributed the questionnaire (google form) comprising The Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (CSE) and The College Student Experiences Questionnaire (CSEQ) as instruments. The result indicated that there was a positive significant influence of coping strategy on learning productivity (β = 0,279; p 0,05). The implication, limitation, and suggestion of study will be addressed in the following section.

This research aims to describe the study of factors that influence the work motivation of Beringin Jaya I Village Unit Cooperative Employees. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which emphasizes numerical data analysis using statistical methods. This research is non-experimental in nature. The research population consists of 51 employees of KUD Makmur Jaya in Beringin Jaya Village. The sample was determined using sampling techniques. Data was collected through an instrument in the form of a psychological scale using a Likert scale. The research results show that theories such as those put forward by Hasibuan, Mangkunegara, and Maslow emphasize that physical needs, security, social needs, self-esteem, and self-actualization play a crucial role in motivation. External factors such as leadership and work environment, as well as internal factors such as personal maturity and job satisfaction, also play an important role. The need for security is the most dominant factor in influencing work motivation, contributing 81.70%, while the need for self-actualization has the smallest contribution at 42.50%.

This study aims to identify factors that influence emotion regulation in individuals with Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) behavior. This study was conducted using the literature review method with a narrative approach by identifying seven quantitative research articles. Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) has been associated with the occurrence of decreasing emotion regulation ability. Emotion regulation is an individual's strategy in regulating, feeling, and expressing their emotions. Most studies on NSSI behavior have focused on emotion regulation viewed as an important variable. However, only a few pieces of literature discuss factors influencing emotion regulation in NSSI individuals. This study found that there are two main factors, namely individual and environmental, which influence how NSSI individuals regulate their emotions. Individual factors consist of (1) biological and brain systems; (2) sex and gender; (3) neuroticism; (4) coping self-efficacy; (5) body regard; (6) sleep quality and physical activity, and; (7) borderline personality traits. Furthermore, two environmental factors were found to be influential: (1) social support; and (2) attachment. These findings are expected to provide information to improve the emotion regulation ability in individuals with NSSI behavior.

Baby Blues Syndrome is known as a mild affective disorder syndrome characterized by symptoms such as sad reactions or dysphoria, crying, irritability, anxiety, feelings of instability, tendency to blame themselves, feelings of fatigue, sleep disturbances, and appetite disorders. Postpartum blues is a feeling of sadness experienced by mothers giving birth, this can occur in all postpartum mothers of any ethnicity and race and can occur in primiparous and multiparous mothers. The psychological impact that occurs is that postpartum mothers experience anxiety and fear due to conditions that change drastically, for example in mothers who have just given birth to their first child will feel a very drastic change in conditions and also the lack of support from their husband and family also makes a mother feel ignored and feel lonely. It can cause the mother to blame the child's presence and also be a factor of the social environment that comments too much so that the mother feels like a failure in taking care of her child. The method used in this writing is library research. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to understand more about the issue of baby blues syndrome. In addition, the purpose of writing this scientific work is to provide information to people from various circles about the importance of knowing the impact of baby blues syndrome and the symptoms that appear to be more aware of the closest people. From this study, the authors found that the conditions experienced by mothers affected by baby blues syndrome are anxiety, sadness, loneliness, feeling guilty about the baby, and so on. This can occur due to a lack of support from the family or a lot of talk or negative views of the mother and baby that cause negative thoughts to arise in the mother.

This research aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of career development and the performance of PDAM Medan City Branch employees. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of 35 employees with a total sampling sample. The research instrument was a modified Likert scale for perceptions of career development (29 valid items out of 32) and employee performance (42 valid items out of 48). Data analysis was carried out using Pearson correlation (p 0.05) with the help of SPSS 20 for Windows after testing the assumptions of normality and linearity. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of career development and employee performance at PDAM Medan City Branch. The Pearson product moment correlation analysis method shows a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.986 with a significance value (p) of 0.000, which indicates that the higher the perception of career development, the higher the employee's performance. These findings support the research hypothesis which states that perceptions of career development positively influence employee performance. In addition, the coefficient of determination (r^2) of 0.972 shows that perceptions of career development are able to explain variations in employee performance by 97.2%.

The study is entitled Emotional Intelligence against online gaming addiction in adolescents, where the study aims to look at the relationship between emotional intelligence and online gambling addiction among adolescents. The method used in this research uses a literature review, descriptive of the research article. The method in this study uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) which is done in a systematic or phased manner. Based on an analysis of several journals, the researchers found a significant difference between emotional intelligence and online gaming addiction.

This research aims to determine the factors that influence employee job satisfaction. Data collection in this research was by reviewing 15 relevant literature to determine the factors that influence employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is a literature study. Where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. The conclusion drawn from the study found by researchers is that leadership factors, work environment, compensation, and job training influence employee job satisfaction. As an employee, you must also pay attention to the work productivity you want to achieve, so this will certainly have an indirect influence on employee job satisfaction

Self-compassion is affection directed within oneself, concerning oneself we are the object of attention and concern when faced with suffering. Self-compassion is important for every individual because when someone experiences life experiences bad, the individual will still treat himself warmly and well so that they experience more positive emotions than negative emotions. Also added that Self-compassion also provides psychological strength such as happiness, optimism, positive affect, self-efficacy, and psychological well-being. This research aims to find out the importance of self-compassion in each individual and how Self Compassion plays a role important in every problem that every individual faces in everyday life. This research uses the literature study method. This research was conducted by reviewing ten journals that relate to self-compassion with different research subjects. Results research shows applying self-compassion allows a person to engage in activities that arouse a person's sense of happiness and well-being. Study proves that there is a relationship between self-compassion and healthy living habits. Healthy living habits such as a healthy diet, adequate exercise and sleep, and stress management were found to have a relationship with self-compassion.

This research aims to examine adolescent self-esteem factors through a literature review. The main focus is to evaluate what factors influence self-esteem in adolescents. The methodology used is a literature review from various relevant sources. Data was collected using article search techniques via the Researchgate database, Google Scholar, and Google Search using the keyword self-esteem. The data analysis technique used is a Systematic Literature Review. The findings show that adolescents' self-esteem is influenced by several factors: body image, parenting patterns, social support, emotional regulation, and self-acceptance. These teenagers will have high self-esteem when they are satisfied with their body shape, then the support from friends or family and self-acceptance in the environment also make teenagers have high self-esteem. Apart from that, teenagers who have high self-esteem also have high emotional regulation abilities, these teenagers can control the emotions that arise within them, and this cannot be separated from the parenting style given by their parents to these teenagers.
