Abstract

This research aims to describe the problem of endorsement as a marketing strategy for Batik Kampus Online Shop Buaran Pekalongan from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The approach used in this research is phenomenology. The research location is in Buaran Pekalongan precisely on Jl. Pelita II, No. 54, Jenggot Gang 4. Sources and data collection techniques in this study using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Internal validity is done using triangulation, emic and member checking. Data analysis using reduction, display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the endorsement marketing strategy carried out by Batik Kampus via Instagram and telegram contained two types of endosers, namely testimonials and celebrity appeal. Endorsement as a Kampus Batik marketing strategy in terms of Islamic Business Ethics as a whole on social media. The products that Batik Kampus promote are not exaggerating and in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. Products that are traded include products that are polite and cover the body. The use of endorsement as a marketing strategy by Batik Kampus has had a significant positive impact as evidencing by the increased sales turnover and the increase in admins who help him in online business in the market place and proven by the assets owned by Moh. Abdul Ghoni. Kampus Batik services are very fast, friendly and accept dropshipping or packaging which can make it easier for buyers to buy and resell Batik Kampus products to consumers directly.

Abstract

The tijaniyah tarekat was founded by sheikh Abul Abbas at-Tijani, he came from the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad. In studying the tijaniyah tarekat he made a spiritual journey to Fez Morocco in 1171/1757 to study three tarekat namely the Qadiriyah, the Nashiriyah and the Ahmad bin al-habib tarekat. He received his first education from his father and from several other scholars until the age of 20-21 years. Then studied in other cities such as Algeria, Cairo, Makkah and Medina and met with several sheikhs including Sheikh Muhmud al-Karoli and Sheikh Abd. Karim Al-Sama (Samaniyah). These sheikhs contributed significantly to al-Tinjani's involvement in the tarekat movement. So it was from here that Sheikh Ahmad Tijani established a tarekat and this order was known as the tijaniyah tarekat. So that it spread very widely to the Eastern region, North Africa, India, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, and other countries including Indonesia, one of which was the Tijaniyah Order which was founded. In this regard, this problem needs to be examined regarding the tijaniyah tarekat ", namely:" how the contribution of the tijaniyah tarekat to changes in the social behavior of the congregation in the Payabenua village community ". In this study using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Seeing the contribution of the tijaniyah tarekat in society, there are many changes, so that it can have a positive impact on the surrounding social community. From this research it can be concluded about the contribution of the tijaniyah tarekat to changes in the social behavior of the payabenua village congregation including: social relations of the congregation, the tijaniyah tarekat to Allah, the social relations of the congregation of the tijaniyah tarekat to the community in worshiping Allah, the social relations of the congregation. the tijaniyah tarekat in loving animals and plants, and the social relationship of the tijaniyah congregation to the universe.

Abstract

The main objectives of this study were to find out (1) whether student’ writing attitude correlates with their composition performance (2) whether the factors of writing attitude correlate with their composition performance, (3) whether students’ writing attitude give contribution to the value of their writing composition and (4) whether the factors of students’ writing attitude give contribution to their composition performance. The population and sample of the study covered one hundred and fifty-six students of six semester of English Study Program. The data were obtained giving a questionnaire and composition writing test. The data collected from were analyzed by using regression analysis and hypothesizes were tested by using F-test. The results show that there were significant correlation between the student writing attitude (total) and their composition performance. (R =.242 and R²=.058). Out of the five factors of student writing attitude, there were three factors which had a significant statistical relationship with the student composition performance. They were writing perception (R= .220 and R²= .049), positive writing activities (R= .176 and R²=.031), and reading preferences (R= .193 and R²= .037). The first factor, writing perception give much contribution to the sub scales of composition performance. Furthermore, the unhypothesized findings showed that gender and writing attitude were correlated significantly in composition performance since the mean value was balanced between male and female students. However, based on the mean value, male group has better writing attitude while female group has better composition performance. Finally, the results of this research are hopefully beneficial for the English teaching and learning processes, such as writing skills. Student’s writing attitude should be considered since students may have different attitude toward writing that can affect their performance in writing.

Abstract

This study examines the problems in the Implementation of Muhammadiyah Subjects in Forming Muhammadiyah Cadres with Noble Morals at Muhammadiyah 6 High School, Pon Village, Sei Bamban District, Serdang Bedag Regency. The phenomenon that appears in the community is that there are still many students who graduate from Muhammadiyah high school who have not been maximized to become Muhammadiyah cadres and have noble qualities in themselves. The purpose of this research is to make students as Muhammadiyah cadres with noble character. Aspects of Kemuhammadiyah learning at SMA 6 Pon Village, Sei Bamban District in the form of Islamic activities such as greeting first when entering class, getting students to pray before learning, then exemplary methods in the aspect of the teacher saying greetings before entering class, the teacher praying before teaching and politely dressed teacher. The researcher used the approach in this research was qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection with observation and interview techniques. Subjects that will be observed and interviewed are teachers and students. Data processing is carried out with the stages of data analysis, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out whether the quality of PAUD management assistance could improve. Research-based service was carried out at RA Perwanida 3 and PAUD Kaisah. This study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) model of the Kemmis, S. & McTaggart , R. Research methodology which was carried out in a series through online material delivery assistance and direct mentoring to each PAUD unit. The implementation of the activity is carried out in 5 steps, namely diagnosis, making an action plan, taking action, evaluating and reflecting. Data analysis using data analysis quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis was obtained from the description of the value of document completeness, pre and post mentoring. While the qualitative data analysis was obtained from field notes, documentation notes and interview notes using four parts, namely data reduction, display data and conclusion data. The results of the dedication research with assistance to improve the quality of the assisted PAUD management, the average document data obtained from each of the assisted institutions has increased by 37%, which is based on 30 assessment indicators, 26 indicators have been successfully fulfilled by each of the assisted PAUD institutions so that initially the average file completeness was 49% after being given assistance to 86%.
