Abstract

An expert system is defined as a branch of artificial intelligence that uses special knowledge possessed by an expert to solve a particular problem quickly. This study aims to design an expert system to detect the authenticity of HN toner using the certainty factor method. So that with this system, women know the difference between genuine and unoriginal HN toners and how to deal with them before consulting or buying drugs to a beauty doctor.

Abstract

The current digital marketing system continues to advance, along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology with the presence of the internet. Digital Marketing is the process of marketing a product or service through digital media or the internet that can reach wider consumers. This design creation service will be marketed via the internet or digital marketing so that its scope is even wider. And in a pandemic like this time it makes it easier to market without having direct contact with customers. Through digital marketing, it is hoped that it can make it easier for everyone who wants to buy video, animation and image design services without having to come far, even if there is an order from outside the city or even from abroad. Therefore the solution given is to build a Digital Marketing Information System for Making Video, Animation and Image Design Services. The method used in the design and software is the Waterfall method which uses several stages, namely planning, modeling, development and deployment. The web development framework uses the Codeigniter Formwork. It is hoped that the results of making digital web marketing can increase sales and make it easier for customers to find information

Abstract

Waste bank in principle operates like a bank in general, in the process customers come saving garbage and at a predetermined time can withdraw money from the waste that has been saved by the customer. Waste is waste material produced from household waste, offices and others. Then it needs to be handled in addressing problems caused by garbage, one of which is with the existence of waste banks. Processed waste in the form of organic waste such as, plastic waste, paper, metal and others. The waste is processed into various handicrafts or sold to other parties to be used as raw materials. In the processing of data in the waste bank is still done by manual that is written on the general ledger or agenda book. The officer must record every time a transaction occurs. Therefore we are interested to create a waste bank distribution information system with oil counter that can help officers in the transaction process and customers check the balance independently

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing decision support system in the prosperous family savings and loan cooperatives, as a cooperative that provides financial services provided by the general public to make savings and loans in increasing economic stability. With this pandemic, people experience a decline in financial factors that result in financial disruption and constraints for daily life. In this study, the general public will know the programs carried out by cooperative members in spreading marketing among the surrounding community or even PKK women who have social environmental organizations. This process is carried out by the Prosperous Family Cooperative, which is resolved in a structured selection. As a source of information about the process carried out in marketing to make it easier for companies to consider the largest number in the number of people who get information about the Prosperous Family Cooperative. The method used in this study was carried out to take a decision in the final selection which was obtained through the ratio value. This study aims to provide an explanation regarding marketing information using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, in order to get the value of marketing priorities carried out by the Prosperous Family Cooperative. Abstract

The Faedah Micro Loan at Bank Syariah Indonesia is a program that is certainly an advantage for the customer and the bank as well. For this reason, an assessment is needed as a material for consideration or selection of prospective customers who are entitled to receive these loans through various predetermined criteria. Given the risk of uncollectible loans to customers is quite large. So to help determine someone who is entitled to receive a loan, a decision support system is needed. To calculate the feasibility of each prospective customer, the method used for the decision support system is the Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method has a simple and easy-to-understand concept, this simplicity can be seen from the less complicated process flow. In this study, a search case will be discussed for each of the best alternative prospective customers who are entitled to receive a loan based on the criteria that have been determined using the TOPSIS method. The criteria used in the study were administrative completeness, marital status, savings books, guarantees and business income, then the weight values ​​of all these criteria were calculated. The results of the study indicate that the fifth alternative is the highest alternative with a value of 0.873.

Forests have an important role for living things today. Where the forest is the main source of oxygen for living things. Based on data from the Direktorat Jenderal Planologi Kehutanan dan Tata Lingkungan (PKTL) of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, it shows that the total forest area of ​​the entire landmass of Indonesia is 94.1 million hectares or 50.1% of the total area. area. land, and about 274,375 hectares burned. In overcoming this problem, the government has taken various ways, ranging from advocating and imposing legal sanctions on individuals and groups who threaten forest sustainability. In the case of forest fires, they are often detected early and get help from the fire department. So the purpose of this research is to carry out early warning of forest fires using NodeMCU. With the help of NodeMCU will provide fast information to find out fires early so that fires can be contained before they spread widely. This technology will provide information on where the fire points are and send that information through the network to the fire monitoring application that is made. To determine location accuracy, the Mamdani fuzzy method is one part of the Fuzzy Inference System which is useful for drawing or making the best decisions in uncertain problems. will be an innovative medium for any fire information in an area so that it quickly and instantly knows the location of the hotspots and directly occurs at the hotspots so that the burning effect is extensive and results in large losses as well as the effects of air pollution that cause large fires

Abstract

The use of existing data to support activities in decision making is not enough just to rely on operational data only, we need a data analysis to explore the potential of existing information. One of the data mining techniques that can be done is prediction. Prediction is needed to determine when an event will occur or arise, so that appropriate action can be taken. Prediction is not always 100% right, but with the right method selection can make predictions with a small error rate. Monica Water Depot is a business engaged in Refill Drinking Water. To find out the level of consumer use of refill drinking water, the business owner must know some predictions of upcoming purchases so that the business owner can provide gifts that are in accordance with the predicted purchases. Predictions on the level of consumer use can help employers provide gifts that are in accordance with consumer purchases, by knowing the purchase in the next period, the business owner can find out what gifts will be given to customers. The results of the analysis using I test data, II test data, and III test data obtained by the weight of moving avergae recommended using a weight of 2 months because it has the smallest error value when compared to using 3 months weight. Predictive results can be a recommendation for improvements made by management and as a means of determining business strategies in the future

Abstract

Medan District Prosecutor's Office is an institution that provides services to the public which currently does not have a service satisfaction assessment system from the public, so the Medan District Prosecutor's Office cannot know the public's assessment or complaints about the public services provided. This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Medan District Attorney's Office. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Then use the scoring calculation method in obtaining the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value. The application is built on an Android basis, so that it can make it easier for users to make assessments with just a hand. The test results of this study produce the value of the level of public satisfaction and eigenvectors that are sorted based on the highest data as the final value of the AHP calculation which can make it easier for the Medan Public Prosecutor's Office to see which service categories should be maximized. In testing the application with 50 respondents in July 2020, the level of community satisfaction in public services at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office was 84% ​​with a service predicate, namely A (Very Good)

Abstract

Various problems arise when direct cash assistance from the government which is carried out in each region begins to be disbursed to people who are entitled to it. One of them is the error in selecting the target recipient of assistance, according to the regulations, residents who receive assistance must comply with applicable conditions such as Indonesian citizens, the poor, the elderly and affected by COVID-19, but there are still people who are classified as capable of being able to get the BLT due to the accumulation of data. numbered in the thousands and packaged in a manual system resulting in assistance not being channeled to the right people, with this problem the author took the initiative to create a system that was implemented with the profile matching method with criteria taken from the data on the requirements for receiving BLT from the government to provide solutions to problems by determining residents appropriate and appropriate in receiving the cash direct assistance. Data research was carried out using the prototyping concept to increase the accuracy of receiving cash transfers that were processed with a decision support system to facilitate the acceptance process so that it was more accurate and faster and did not harm related parties. This system is designed in such a way that it can be accessed by the general public and with Android devices to facilitate the admissions selection process.

Abstract

The development of the current digital era, makes a photo easily manipulated so that it can change the information conveyed to be different and make it vulnerable to being used for crime. Digital image forensics is one of the scientific ways to prove the authenticity of photos. The purpose of this research is to analyze a digital image that has been manipulated or engineered using certain software or programs. While the analysis tool uses the Error Level Analysis (ELA) method introduced by Krawetz. The tools used are web-based Imageforensics (http://imageforensic.org//) and ForensicallyBeta (https://29a.ch/photo-forensics/#forensicmagnifier). The results obtained from this study are the detection of differences in noise contrast between the original photo and the manipulated photo, which indicates a change in the photo. Photo manipulation by means of image splicing generally produces darker spots, while the original photo produces lighter spots
