Abstract

Telecommunication companies that always update themselves, demand optimal employee performance. Increased employee competence can be associated with self-efficacy of self-efficacy in doing work to be able to make increased performance achievements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between variables, namely competence, self-efficacy and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach using a sample of 206 employees at a telecommunications company. The analytical technique used in this research is path analysis with the help of the partial least square–structural question model (PLS-SEM) program. The results showed that there was an influence between the three variables: competence, self-efficacy and employee performance. Competence affects self-efficacy and employee performance. While self-efficacy affects employee performance and competence affects employee performance through self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Profitability with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as an intervening variable in state-owned banks in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative, which focuses on managing numerical data. The population in this study uses state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used in this study is the annual report of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2021, while the sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method which then obtained 4 samples of state-owned banks namely BRI, BNI, BTN and Mandiri Bank. The findings of the data analysis show that Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant positive effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In addition, it can also be seen that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on Profitability, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have no effect on Profitability and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on Profitability

Abstract

The latest developments in the medical world use computers to help diagnose and prevent and treat a disease. In the concept of tracking in finding solutions with an artificial intelligence approach, there are various methods that can be applied to overcome the problem of uncertainty when the tracking process occurs. One of them is the Forward Chaining method. This study aims to develop an expert system that is used for the diagnosis of Ear, Nose and Throat diseases, where users can self-diagnose based on the symptoms they feel. For that we need a method to overcome these problems. In this study a method for self-diagnosing based on the symptoms he felt in tracking cases was applied to diagnose ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) diseases. The subject of this study is the tracking process to determine ENT disease with the forward chaining model of reasoning. The research method begins with data analysis, system design, coding using Java programming, system testing with white box and black box tests. From the research conducted to produce a software that is capable of determining disease in ENT by applying the forward chaining method. The system trial results show that this application is feasible and can be used.

Abstract

Game merupakan salah satu sarana media hiburan yang dimainkan saat waktu luang untuk menghilangkan rasa bosan, selain sebagai sarana media hiburan game juga dapat menjadi sarana media pembelajaran. Sayangnya, saat ini banyak game baik online maupun offline mengandung unsur kekerasan. Hal ini memberi dampak bagi perkembangan anak, anak-anak akan meniru apa yang dilihatnya, maka setelah bermain game yang mengandung kekerasan maka anak akan meniru kekerasan tersebut. Masa kanak-kanak dari usia 0 – 8 tahun disebut masa emas atau Golden Age. Dalam usia ini, mereka berada pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan baik fisik maupun mental, maka dari itu merupakan saat yang tepat untuk perkembangan pembelajaran mereka. Game edukasi sangat tepat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, game edukasi unggul dalam beberapa aspek. Salah satu keunggulannya adalah animasi yang dapat meningkatkan daya ingat sehingga anak dapat menyimpan materi pelajaran dalam waktu yang lebih lama dibandingkan dengan metode pengajaran konvensional. Penulis membuat sebuah game edukasi yang berbasis android menggunakan game engine Construct 2 dan menerapkan model waterfall dengan harapan orang tua dan anak usia dini dapat memanfaatkan game yang dirancang sebagai media pembelajaran agar tidak jenuh dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Dengan sistem yang berbasis android tentu saja pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah karena dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja. Game edukasi yang dirancang merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini dari usia 3 - 8 tahun yang berisi permainan menyusun huruf nama-nama hewan dalam bahasa Inggris. Nama- nama hewan dipilih karena hewan memiliki penampilan yang menarik, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat anak dalam belajar. Selain memberikan pembelajaran tentang pengenalan bahasa Inggris, game yang dirancang juga dapat menjadi sarana pengenalan hewan bagi anak-anak usia dini.

Abstract

The basic sectors or leading sectors of a region need to be explored optimally to increase economic competitiveness. Measuring competitiveness can be done by identifying basic sectors, Shift-Share analysis and also Klassen typology analysis. The aim of this research is to analyze the leading sectors in Purbalingga Regency based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data in order to obtain basic sectors, classification of economic growth and changes and shifts in the economic structure. This research is a quantitative research using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis tools, Shift-Share analysis and Klassen Typology analysis. The result is that based on the LQ analysis, there are three superior out of fourteen superior GRDP sectors, namely the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors, the Mining and Excavation sector and the Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling sectors. Furthermore, the five sectors that are included in the advanced and rapidly growing sector include the Transportation and Warehousing sector, the Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security sectors, the Mining and Quarrying sector, the Education Services sector and the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors. The results of the Shift-Share analysis show that there are six sectors that fall into the basic category which is superior, namely the Construction sector, the Electricity and Gas Procurement sector, the Transportation and Warehousing sector, the Accommodation and Food and Drink Provision sector, the Health Services and Social Activities sector and the Other Services sector

Abstract

Financial instruments issued in accordance with sharia principles, provide legal certainty, are transparent and accountable. One form of sharia financial instrument that has been widely issued by both corporations and the state is securities based on sharia principles. In Indonesia, the Islamic financial instrument market, especially sukuk, is growing rapidly. This study aims to provide an overview of the existing sukuk in Indonesia by utilizing bibliometric analysis to assess the performance of scientific articles as well as to provide an overview of the advantages that are considered competitive superior products in sharia-based bonds. The research data is metadata extracted from the Google Scholar database from 2019-2023. All information is exported to a Research Information Systems (RIS) format for analysis using the VOSViewer software. The number of metadata documents collected was 997 articles. The results of the analysis show that investigating the relationship between the topics of sukuk and the Indonesian stock exchange, Islamic financial institutions, income, determinants, country, sukuk market, finance are the dominant topics ahead of 2021. Abstract

Regulasi emosi merupakan bagian dari kompetensi emosi yang perlu dimiliki remaja sesuai dengan tugas perkembangannya. Fase badai dan stres menjadi tantangan bagi remaja untuk memiliki kompetensi ini. Regulasi emosi didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan untuk mengatur emosi. Berbagai upaya intervensi telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi, seperti pelatihan regulasi emosi. Namun implementasi pelatihan regulasi emosi yang ada belum optimal dan perlu dievaluasi, terutama pada fase remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis pelatihan regulasi emosi saat ini dan mengembangkan pelatihan regulasi emosi sebagai intervensi alternatif untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada remaja. Kajian pustaka dengan analisis isi yang relevan digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Hasil penelitian berupa kerangka konseptual pelatihan regulasi emosi pada remaja berupa topik: (1) Pengenalan Emosi, (2) Penerimaan Emosi, (3) Penetapan Tujuan, dan (4) Regulasi Emosi. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya dalam mengembangkan regulasi emosi pada remaja

Abstract

The development of robotics technology in the current era has become a highly relevant need to assist humans in various everyday activities. One significant application of this technology is the creation of a prototype "Robot Vacuum Cleaner Based on Arduino Microcontroller with Autonomous Mode." This research aims to design and develop a robot vacuum cleaner capable of autonomously cleaning rooms. The design encompasses several key aspects. The physical design of the robot vacuum cleaner is an essential initial step. The shape, size, and layout of components within the robot are carefully designed to ensure easy maneuverability within the room, efficient cleaning of hard-to-reach corners, and the ability to avoid obstacles. The robot is equipped with several main components, including 3 ultrasonic sensors for obstacle detection, 3 omni wheels for excellent mobility, 2 motor drivers to control wheel movement, and 1 Arduino microcontroller as the central brain coordinating all robot operations. One of the key features of this robot is its autonomous mode. This means the robot can operate independently without human intervention. Ultrasonic sensors are used to detect obstacles around the robot. When an obstacle is detected, the robot changes direction or avoids it, allowing it to continue cleaning the room. The robot is designed to provide users with an efficient and user-friendly experience. Users only need to activate the robot, and it will perform its tasks autonomously without human intervention. This research is expected to provide significant benefits by offering an efficient solution for everyday room cleaning. The well-designed physical appearance and autonomous mode integration of this robot vacuum cleaner make it easy to use and provide a more efficient cleaning experience. Overall, this research contributes to the broader development of robotics technology in the modern era.

Abstract

Light Service Stores are shops that provide gadget repair services, such as Android cellphones, iPhones, Macbooks, selling gadget components, and so on. Activities at the Light Service Store begin when the customer comes to the counter regarding the problem with the gadget to be repaired, and then the customer delivers the gadget to the counter for repair. During the gadget repair process, customers can inquire about the progress of the gadget being repaired. After the gadget has been repaired, the admin informs the customer that the gadget has been repaired, and then the customer makes a payment. There are problems faced, namely that the way to manage customer orders is still conventional, so customers cannot monitor the progress of gadget repairs. Based on the problems faced by shop owners, a website-based gadget repair information system was created. The purpose of creating a gadget repair information system is to make it easier for customers to monitor gadget repair status and manage repair service orders. The method used in making the gadget repair information system is the Scrum method, where the Scrum method is more flexible if changes occur during the application development process and according to the wishes of the user because it gets regular feedback. In testing the website, the researcher used the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to produce a pragmatic quality value of 2.0875, a hedonic quality value of 1.7125, and an overall value of 1.9, so it can be concluded that the application can be used by users and shop owners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Etika Profesi Terhadap Pertimbangan Tingkat Materialitas Dalam Pemeriksaan Laporan Keuangan Pada PT. Bhakti Sehat Husada Medan”. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah etika profesi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 sampel. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan karyawan yang terdaftar sebagai responden pada perusahaan PT. Bhakti Sehat Husada Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan mendokumentasikan hasil kuesioner. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji normalitas, uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, Uji R² serta uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial tidak berpengaruh antara etika profesi (X1) terhadap tingkat materialitas (Y) perusahaan pada PT. Bhakti Sehat Husada.
