Abstract

The rapid development of technology can make things easier, faster and more comfortable. The use of technology itself does not only benefit one party but also all parties, indirectly we must follow technological developments so that we can be superior to others. And with the virtual world created because of the development of internet technology, it is what indirectly creates a separate market or trading platform which is now commonly referred to as an e-marketplace. As the market in its conventional sense, which is a place where sellers and buyers meet directly, while in e-marketplaces, sellers and buyers meet in cyberspace and are not limited by space or time. This research was conducted using the SMART method and Location Based Services. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and literature study. From the results of the research on the Development of E-Marketplace Technology for Tailor Services in Kotim with the SMART method and Location Based Services, this is an e-marketplace for tailor services for tailor service providers to market or sell their services in the Kotim area, the program created can be used for tailor service users. in finding a tailor's location, and the program created can also be used for tailor service users in determining which tailor to choose based on several assessments of the existing tailor criteria

Abstract

Mobile technology is now developing very rapidly so it is very suitable to be used as a medium to introduce culture and tourism in Cianjur Regency, especially Android-based mobile technology. Android is an operating system for Linux-based mobile software that includes an operating system, middleware and applications. Android provides an open platform for developers to create an application. Culture and tourism are closely related to society. The development of culture and tourism will also affect people's lives later. Currently, efforts to introduce or promote culture in Indonesia are still very limited, especially in the Cianjur Regency area. With the approach of using an Android-based mobile application, it is hoped that the community, especially the younger generation, can more easily access this application and can find out in detail the culture and tourism of Cianjur Regency itself. The system development methodology used is the waterfall model. With the presentation of information and the appearance of the application of the introduction of culture and tourism in Cianjur Regency, the community, especially the younger generation, will be more familiar with their culture and tourism, which is very important so that cultural values ​​are not lost in time.

Abstract

This study aims to help internet cafe service providers in choosing gaming computers that are in accordance with the needs factor. The method used is the Decision Support System using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Data is obtained by observing and interviewing the services of internet cafe providers in pematangsiantar city. The criteria used are 7 criteria: Processor (X1), Motherboard (X2), RAM (X3), VGA card (X4), Storage (X5), Casing (X6), Power Supply (X7) and 5 alternatives: Asus (A1) , Acer (A2), Lenovo (A3), Dell (A4) and Toshiba (A5). The results of the study indicate that the Toshiba alternative (A5) is the first recommendation with a final value of 3.95. Alternative Asus (A1) becomes the second recommendation with the final value 3.75 and Lenovo (A3) being the third recommendation with the final value 3.4.

Abstract

In determining the best employees who are skilled and able to contribute to the success of the company, it is necessary to evaluate work performance for all forms of work that have been carried out by these employees. The results of work performance can be used as an opportunity for employees and companies to see the potential from the internal side. From these results, the company can have and see the best employees from all existing employees. And from the employee's point of view, seeing the potential to get rewards from the achievements they make, so that the selection of the best employees becomes a passion for employees and improving work quality. The AHP method is the most widely used because the method is conceptually simple, easy to understand, computationally efficient, and can measure the performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. Data was collected using interviews, observations, and literature studies. From these results obtained the order of the best employees including Sigit Purnomo ranks first with a percentage of 24.76%, Ajat Rusmanto ranks second with a percentage of 23.99%, Nursan ranks third with a percentage of 19.01%, Taufik Solehudin ranks fourth with a percentage of 17.53%, and Dede Kurniadi ranks fifth with a percentage of 14.71%. The results of the study using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method placed Ajat Rusmanto as the best packing operator

Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is one of the initial stages in the procurement of a project, including the selection of project vendors. Some of the problems that exist when working on a project such as delays in the provision of spare parts and incompetent experts in project work greatly affect the smooth running of the project. The right vendor selection is one of the keys to the company's success in completing a project. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method that can help companies make decisions, especially in the selection of project vendors. From the results of calculations using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for the selection of project vendors based on the main criteria, the most important in selecting project vendors is quality with a weight of 0.36, Vendor B is in first place with a weight of 0.35 or equal to 33.1%, vendor A is in the second position at 0.30 or 27.4%, vendor D is in the third position at 0.18 or 21.4%, the last position is occupied by vendor C at 0.17 or 18.1%

Abstract

Along with the rise of the Covid-19 outbreak, it is increasingly difficult for humans to convey the symbols of Islam, especially the scholars and preachers. One way to overcome limitations in conveying Islamic symbols is by utilizing interactive media based on 3D animation. The interactive media built can provide information about Islamic symbols with the theme of juvenile delinquency aimed at the general public, especially teenagers. This 3D animation is designed using Blender software. The manufacturing process starts from determining story ideas, making storyboards, object modeling, giving textures, moving animations, dams to rendering. The final result of this animation is an interactive video equipped with background music and sound from the object. Interactive Islamic syi'ar media based on 3D animation during this pandemic as education to overcome juvenile delinquency in the community, so that this media can be useful and useful for teenagers

Abstract

PT. Telkom (Telekomunikasi Indonesia) is a state-owned enterprise that has an important contribution to society because it is engaged in telecommunications services. Indihome is one of the service products from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which provides packages of landline, internet, and television services. In an effort to provide information services, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of internet services so that the service provider is able to maintain performance and improve performance where there are still shortcomings in performance from the user's point of view. To determine the level of service performance, this research was carried out by applying the servqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The assessment of user satisfaction is based on five dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles which later on each attribute performance will be classified into quadrant I which is the main priority to improve its service, quadra II attributes that need to be maintained because they have provided satisfactory service, quadrant III attributes that have low priority and quadrant IV attributes that are considered less important but have good performance. The results of this study indicate that the largest gap or gap lies in the Responsiveness dimension with a value of -1.00 and the smallest gap in the Empathy dimension with a value of -0.43. while based on the calculation of the Importance Performance Analysis the overall user suitability level is 83% which means that the services provided by the agency/company are in accordance with the user's perception. Where the user's perception of website services has been fulfilled

Abstract

The Blue-blue Plant Protection Development Unit (UPPT) is an agency that plays a role in assisting the community in increasing the production of plantation crop commodities in their fostered areas, both in terms of quality and quantity. However, sometimes there are still problems experienced by farmers, namely the incompatibility of the production of plantation crop commodities with the area of ​​land they have, so that it can affect the level of income of the farmers themselves. One way to process this data is to apply data mining techniques, where data mining is a process of analyzing large data that is extracted into information to determine the pattern of analysis on plantation crop commodity production data based on land area. The C.45 algorithm will later explore existing data and will form a decision tree, where the decision tree will later assist the Blue-blue Plant Protection Development Unit (UPPT) in taking good actions in helping to increase the production of plantation crop commodities. and provide counseling to fostered farmers to anticipate losses to farmers

Abstract

PDAM Tirtanadi is a large company owned by Sumatera Utara region which has been operating since 1905. In distributing water, PDAM Tirtanadi spends a lot of money. The purpose of this research is to apply the Modified Distribution (MODI) method in order to achieve minimum costs in distributing water to water companies PDAM Tirtanadi. In completing the transportation method, the researcher uses two stages, namely first to find an initial solution using the North West Corner (NWC) method and secondly to improve the initial solution to find out whether it is optimal or not using the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. Abstract

Gofeeder website as a means of academic information used in STAH Dharma Nusantara Jakarta, currently the utilization of the website has not been maximally carried out by STAH DNJ students, but has begun to be effective within four years. Obstacles that are often experienced by students have difficulty in logging in to customize the website, payments that are still manual have not been integrated with the Virtual Account and not yet the maximum function of the website service. For this reason, researchers analyzed student satisfaction as users of Gofeeder website services on website quality by using the webqual 4.0 method which focuses on 3 dimensions of webqual 4.0, namely Usability, Information Quality and Interaction Service Quality, to measure user satisfaction. The study used a statement instrument based on webqual dimension 4.0, using questionnaires shared with 65 respondents taken based on simple random sampling from a population of 157 active college students. Data processing uses SPSS version 26. The results of the F test stated that the common influence of 3 dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Service Quality on user satisfaction, with a P-Value or significance value of 0.000, meaning a probability value of < 0.05. The result of the test t showed the variable Usability had no significant effect on user satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.405 (probability value > 0.05), the variable that affected was the quality of information (value of information). p-value 0.002), and interaction service quality (p-value 0.000). The results of the determination coefiesien test showed the effect of 3 dimensions of webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction (user satisfaction) of 86.10%, and the remaining 13.90% was influenced by other factors not used in this study
