Abstract

Entrepreneurs will try to provide the best service for customers by meeting their needs of customer demands. PT Namora Transindo Jaya has experienced the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic by decreasing orders for goods delivery services, problems that occur in terms of service quality such as damage to goods or packages when received by customers, delivery of goods or packages experiencing delays or delivery of goods and packages that are not right on time. the time, the return of goods that were not sent due to an unclear address, not on time because the sender was informed beyond the service level agreement (SLA), this greatly affects the quality of service. The solution that will be given is to conduct research using the Fuzzy Service Quality method to determine the quality of service from PT Namora Transindo Jaya. The results of the calculation of the overall, the average calculation of the criteria for the gap between expectations and customer perceptions calculated at PT Namora Transindo Jaya results in a customer satisfaction level of 0.21 which means that customer expectations are exceeded which indicates that the better the quality of the company in the eyes of the company. consumer or customer. Abstract

Businesses and organizations that want to survive need to develop effective business strategies. Reviewing the company's transaction data gradually leads to sales data. So it is very if not re-analyzed. The examination products offered at Prodia Laboratories vary, and the exploration of the packages offered influences the public to choose these packages. The Apriori method is a method that can help companies find out which test inspections are the most sold and know the relationship between inspections with one another, and with the help of the RapidMiner software the types of tests or tests that come out at the same time can be known. The a priori algorithm is a type of association rule in data mining (data mining). One of the stages of Association Analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is high-frequency pattern mining. The importance or not of an association rule can be understood with two benchmarks, namely the support value and the confidence value. Support (support value) is the proportion of the combination of these items in the database, while confidence (value) is the strength of the relationship between items in the association rules. From the results of calculations using the Apriori method to determine purchasing patterns on the type of chemical/fat check by determining a minimum support of 35% and 75% confidence, resulting in 3 association rules, namely first, if you buy Total Cholesterol, you will buy LDL Cholesterol with 100% support and 100% confidence, secondly. Abstract

Catfish farming is a business that is engaged in the fishing industry. An activity in which people raise catfish (including spawning, breeding, etc.) to be sold. Therefore, the just in time method is used to minimize costs by planning the inventory calculation of the cost of catfish cultivation needs such as seeds, marketing, raw materials so that costs are more optimal and market supplies more controlled. After analyzing the total cost of inventory in Pak Dedy Santoso catfish farming, it can be concluded that in the company's calculation method the level of raw material requirements is 6000 kg, with 12 times the quantity of delivery, the total cost of raw material inventory in catfish farming is Rp. 2,670. 750.00. Whereas in the calculation of the Just In Time system, namely delivery of 85 times with a total inventory cost of Rp. 289,684, - and it can be seen that the cost savings obtained are Rp. 2,381,066. Then about the tolerance value for defects, damage, loss, and others by 5%. At the inventory level of 6000 kg, assuming a tolerance level of 5%, it is known that the inventory in the company's calculation is 6,300 kg

Abstract

The satisfaction of consumers shopping for plain clothes at the Cititex store in the Pematangsiantar branch is one of the most important things in assessing the level of service and quality provided by the store to its consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service to consumers in terms of Quality (Quality), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Empathy (Empathy) to consumers. At the Cititex plain clothes shop, the Pematangsian branch, these three aspects have not been measured with certainty, so the shop finds it difficult to determine which aspects should be improved. The method used in this study is the C4.5 Algorithm, where the data source used is a questionnaire technique given to consumers. The research test process uses RapidMiner software to create a decision tree. The results obtained 2 rules for the classification of the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of materials and store service. The C4.5 algorithm can be used in the case of consumer satisfaction at the Cititex plain clothes shop, Pematangsiantar branch with an accuracy rate of 96.50%. From the results of the analysis is expected to improve the quality of materials and services in providing services to consumers to be even better

Abstract

Agricultural products are an important component in agriculture. Agricultural products cover various types of needs in agriculture such as fertilizers, pesticides, and plant seeds. Good layout arrangement of goods in a store can increase time efficiency in terms of service to consumers and increase consumer buying interest in the store. Transaction data on sales of agricultural products owned by UD. Muara Tani has not been used properly by shop owners. The a priori algorithm is one of the methods found in data mining that is often used to find the occurrence/frequency of interconnected data patterns. The a priori algorithm can be used to find patterns of association relationships that exist in sales patterns. Based on calculations using the a priori algorithm, 5 association rules were formed with amount minimum of support 30% and minimum confidence 80%. Abstract

One of the problems related to population that still has to be faced by Simalungun is the problem of the imbalance in the distribution of the population. Incomplete division of the population brings problems to population density and population pressure in an area. This study uses data sources from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Simalungun. The data used in this study is data from 2015-2019 which consists of 32 Districts. Therefore, the researchers used the K-Means algorithm in clustering 32 sub-districts in Simalungun Regency. The data will be processed by clustering in 3 clusters, namely clusters with high population levels, clusters with moderate population levels and clusters with low population levels. The iteration process takes 5 times so that the results obtained are 4 sub-districts with high population level clusters (C1), 11 cluster sub-districts with moderate population level (C2) and 17 cluster sub-districts with low population level (C3)

Abstract

Guest data processing at Wedy Jaya Inn is not in accordance with today's technological developments. In processing guest data, the receptionist still uses a notebook to record guest reservation data and to perform check-in and check-out transactions for inn guests. This research was conducted using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and literature study. The problem is that the guest administration process and data processing are still manual, starting from guest data to storing other data related to transactions to making reports. So because it is possible during the process there is an error in recording, less accurate reports are made and delays in the required search. Then there is no online room availability checking system which makes guests have to come directly to the Wedy Jaya inn to check if there are still rooms available and this can take a lot of time. The solution is to create a website-based system for inn guest data processing that will make it easier for receptionists to collect reservation data, input check-in and check-out of inn guests. Designing a database that will accommodate all data related to reservations, check-in and check-out of inn guests. A website-based system for inn guest data processing can simplify and speed up the tasks of the receptionist in data collection of reservations, check-in and check-out of inn guests as well as in making reports needed by inn owners and employees as well as providing a system that can be used to check room availability using the RUP method. Abstract

Information is a collection of data in the form of unified text that is public or confidential. Confidential data is data that contains something or not to be published, because the data is important data. For that, the data needs to be secured. One way to secure the data is to use cryptography. Cryptography is a science that plays an important role in the field of information security. Cryptography has mathematical techniques related to information security aspects, such as data confidentiality and integrity, and authentication. Algorithms in cryptography are divided into two, namely symmetric key algorithms and asymmetric key algorithms. One that is included in the symmetric key algorithm is the one time pad. One Time Pad is a symmetric key algorithm that uses alphabetic substitution by using these letters as plaintext and key letters that have comparable positions. However, along with the development of human science, the weaknesses of the one time pad were found. One way to overcome the weaknesses of the one time pad above is to generate a more random key This study describes how the procedure is carried out to modify the key generation used in the one time pad algorithm. Key generation is done based on the Blum Blum Shub key generator, meaning that the key used in the encryption and decryption process is the key generated based on the chaostic function key generator. can be more optimal in securing data.

Abstract

Games are a type of entertainment that is liked by everyone from the age of children, adults and the elderly. Besides being used to relieve fatigue in activities, a game can also function to train a person's mindset to find solutions to solve a problem that exists in a game. In the past, games were played traditionally such as card games, chess, snakes and ladders, hide and seek, and others. Along with the development of technology, the game was developed into more modern technology, such as computers (PCs) or smartphones. Playing cards or hoe is a game with big cards that play two or four people, a player lowers from the same group of pictures, the winner is considered finished if one of them spends his cards. Randomization in hoop games is very important, because randomization is what makes the game interesting to complete. This could be avoided if the Fisher Yates shuffle (named after its inventors Ronald Fisher and Frank Yates) was used to change the order of randomly assigned entries. Abstract

The company can run and develop forward with the presence of employees or workers who are capable of according to the company's needs. CV Turbo Mandiri Perkasa is a company that requires many employees who are employed in various fields within the company. The process of accepting new workers with various criteria and the desired quality, Assessing the ability of prospective employees so that highly superior employees are obtained. For the determination of labor acceptance so far it is still done manually, the lack of a supporting system that causes the quality of employees to be accepted so far has been complied with. The assessment process carried out manually takes a long time and creates opportunities for fraud in the assessment process. To overcome this, a fast and computerized system is needed, which is able to facilitate the determination of the selection of new workers based on the criteria determined by CV. Turbo Mandiri mighty. In this study, researchers used two combined methods, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. These methods were chosen because the techniques used in them can determine the best weight value from several predetermined criteria. So that each attribute can be selected from the best alternative results. This study resulted in 1 prospective worker who was entitled to graduate as an employee, namely an applicant named Edianto Simanihuruk from Alternative A3.
