This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of information technology humanresources, information technology infrastructure resources, information technologyrelationship resources on knowledge management and MSME competitive advantage in EastKotawaringin Regency. This research is a field survey research. The sample used in this studyamounted to 159 people. The hypothesis was tested using Partial Least Square with WarpPls6.0 Software. The results of testing the proposed hypothesis show evidence that human resourceinformation technology has no significant effect on knowledge management, informationtechnology infrastructure resources and information technology relationship resourcessignificantly influence knowledge management.

Guest data processing at Wedy Jaya Inn is not in accordance with today's technological developments. In processing guest data, the receptionist still uses a notebook to record guest reservation data and to perform check-in and check-out transactions for inn guests. This research was conducted using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and literature study. The problem is that the guest administration process and data processing are still manual, starting from guest data to storing other data related to transactions to making reports. So because it is possible during the process there is an error in recording, less accurate reports are made and delays in the required search. Then there is no online room availability checking system which makes guests have to come directly to the Wedy Jaya inn to check if there are still rooms available and this can take a lot of time. The solution is to create a website-based system for inn guest data processing that will make it easier for receptionists to collect reservation data, input check-in and check-out of inn guests. Designing a database that will accommodate all data related to reservations, check-in and check-out of inn guests. A website-based system for inn guest data processing can simplify and speed up the tasks of the receptionist in data collection of reservations, check-in and check-out of inn guests as well as in making reports needed by inn owners and employees as well as providing a system that can be used to check room availability using the RUP method. Abstrak. Pelayanan administrasi dan monitoring keuangan yang masih dilakukan secara luring dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel pada Kantor Desa Bapanggang Raya, menyebabkan proses menjadi lambat. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan hasil pengembangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi dan Monitoring Keuangan berbasis Web untuk membantu mempercepat proses administrasi dan monitoring keuangan yang ada pada Kantor Desa Bapanggang Raya. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Sistem didesain menggunakan teknik desain terstruktur dan dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Validasi fungsi-fungsi sistem aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan blackbox testing. Hasil pengujian fungsional menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur fungsional pada sistem administrasi kependudukan, sistem layanan masyarakat, serta sistem monitoring keuangan telah berjalan secara valid.Kata kunci: Administrasi kependudukan; Layanan masyarakat; Waterfall; Desain terstruktur Abstract. Administrative services and financial monitoring are still carried out offline by using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications at the Ayahnggang Raya Village Office, causing the process to be slow. This paper aims to present the results of the development of a Web-based Financial Monitoring and Administration Information System to help speed up the administrative and financial monitoring process at the Ayahnggang Raya Village Office. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The system is designed using structured design techniques and developed using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. Validation of application system functions is carried out using blackbox testing. The functional test results show that the functional features of the population administration system, community service system, and financial monitoring system have been running validly.Keywords: Population administration; Community service; Waterfall; Structured design

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a concept for planning and managing company resources including funds, people, machines, spare parts, time, materials and capacities that have a wide influence from top management to operations in a company so that they can be optimally utilized for generate added value for all interested parties (stake holders) of the company. CRM is an integrated function that supports a company in the fields of marketing, sales and service, which can increase the value of customer satisfaction. With the increase in the value of customer satisfaction, the company's sales figures will increase.

The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as one of the supports for the operation of an integrated business sector and better data accuracy. An ERP system consists of various modules and sub-modules that can represent certain business components, one of which is CRM. Application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or customer relationship management which is indirectly said to be computerizing customer data. This is intended so that the company knows what the needs and desires of customers are so that good relationships can be established with customers. In East Kotawaringin, there is now a place to eat called Rumah Makan Nasi Uduk "Babe". This restaurant is a small business engaged in the sale of food. This restaurant serves direct customer orders, namely coming to the restaurant and by telephone. This ordering process goes through a very long route, where the prospective customer will choose the food menu and the restaurant records the menu ordered by the customer to the notebook and calculates how much the customer has to pay, then the customer waits for confirmation of the specified price. In connection with the aforementioned problems, a web-based application design is proposed so that in the future it can provide services about detailed information on food menus, prices and orders to customers. The research method used in this report is divided into several stages, namely the data collection stage, the system design stage, the program development stage, the program trial stage and the implementation stage. The conclusion of this research is that an ERP system has been successfully developed for a web-based CRM module with a case study of the "Babe" Nasi Uduk Restaurant.

Inventory of products or goods in the form of medicines and others is one of the work activities. In procuring products, in this case drugs, the selection of drug suppliers is very important for a drugstore business, pharmacy or regional hospital. Interna Pharmacy & Clinical Laboratory is a private pharmacy located in Sampit, East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. The problem that exists at the Internal Pharmacy & Clinical Laboratory is the selection of suppliers by comparing several suppliers or only based on the thoughts of the owner, pharmacist or pharmacist assistant. Suppliers are selected based on price, number of discounts given, speed of delivery of goods, completeness of drugs and drug packaging. Selection of suppliers with a system that has been running with various criteria resulted in the selection of suppliers is not accurate and takes time. Based on the problems above, it is very necessary to have a decision support system website using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. By using a decision support system with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the Pharmacy & Internal Clinical Laboratory can make an assessment by comparing each criterion. The output of this research is a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This study aims to make it easier to select drug suppliers from various criteria, save time in selecting drug suppliers, get good suppliers for the procurement of the necessary drugs

In order to improve competitiveness, the use of information systems in organizational business prosecesses is mandataory for business people. Agung Mas hotel is one of hotel located in strategic area in Yogyakarakat, with a heritage hotel concept that uphold culture but still provides comfort to customers by implementing information systems in their business processes. In implementation process of information system of Agung Mas Hotel, investment and cost efficiency has not been measured properly. IT governance is needed to determine the extent the used IT in order to achieve the company’s vision and mission. IT governance begins with measuring how well the IT governance is implementes by the company. This study aims to measure the maturity level of the company in IT governance. Balance scorecard is a framework used to assess organizational performance. COBIT and Balance scorecard can provide a parameter from a financial perspective and can be used as a reference for management to make improvments, especially in cost efficiency. The research was conducted by distributing questionnares to hotel employees and then processing the queationnare data to obtain the value of maturity level. Based on the research result, the mean score for PO5 was 2.64 and DS6 was 2.63.

Pelayanan Permohonan Informasi Publik (PPID) Bawaslu saat ini masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan buku registrasi melalui googlesheet dalam melakukan rekapitulasi data. Proses ini memiliki tingkat kesalahan yang cukup tinggi seperti redudansi data terhadap sebuah pendataan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem PPID unuk melakukan proses pengolahan guna mempermudah pemohon dalam mengajukan permohonan informasi publik. Proses yang diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi PPID juga mampu meminimaliris kesalahan serta kendala dalam mengelola informasi publik dan dapat menyimpan dokumentasi lebih baik. Metode perancangan dan pembangunan sistem menggunakan metode DSDM (Dynamic System Development Method). Metode ini bekerja secara optimal dalam menentukan sistem yang akan dibangun telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tahapan penelitian metode DSDM dilihat berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang telah berjalan sesuai dengan waktu dan anggaran biaya serta hasil keputusan yang didapat berupa sistem pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi publik. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan sebuah sistem yang dibangun dengan metode DSDM yang mengadopsi pemograman berbasis web mampu melakukan proses pengelolaan sebuah informasi public. Kinerja metode DSDM mampu mengutamakan keterlibataan pengguna secara berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan pengembangan secara berulang dan bertambah terhadap perubahan untuk membangun sistem perangkat lunak yang memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis tepat waktu dan tepat anggaran

Beragam solusi pembelajaran online diterapkan oleh berbagai sekolah di beberapa daerah dengan memperhatikan berbagaipertimbangan. Solusi tersebut diantaranya mencakup kemudahan akses, kecilnya kuota yang dihabiskan, kemudahan dalam penggunaan terutama bagi pengguna yang tidak terlalu mengenal teknologi. Universitas Darwan Ali bekerja sama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam menyambut dan memberikan solusi permasalahan tersebut. Universitas Darwan Ali menyelenggarakan pelatihan membuat kelas virtual menggunakan platform Discord karena dianggap mampu memenuhi beberapa pertimbangan tersebut diatas. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu :1. Perencanaan, 2. Pelaksanaan dan 3. Evaluasi.Pelatihan ini juga dilaksanakan secara online langsung menggunakan aplikasi Discord. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penerapan aplikasi Discord di semua sekolah di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Namun, pelaksanaan untuk jenjang Sekolah Dasar masih belum bisa sepenuhnya baik karena anak-anak masih perlu pendampingan orang tua khususnya kelas 1, 2 dan 3 Sekolah Dasar. Hasil yang cukup baik ditunjukkan pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas karena Discord dianggap mempunyai user interface yang sangat menarik dan sesuai dengan karakter dan kegemaran remaja.

Penyeleksian karyawan yang terbaik merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan, tak jarang perusahaan mendapatkan karyawan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Karyawan yang mumpuni diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan cepat, baik dan tentunya harus disiplin. Maka dari itu perlu nya tahapan seleksi karyawan agar dapat menyaring karyawan yang nanti kedepan nya akan bekerja di perusahaan. Kantor Jasa Surveyor Berlisensi (KJSB) Ihsan Pakaya dalam hal ini yang melakukan seleksi karyawan atau lebih tepatnya petugas ukur masih terdapat kendala dalam menyaring karyawan yang mampu bekerja dengan baik. Untuk tahapan seleksi sekarang ini hanya menggunakan 1 kriteria dan hanya melihat keseluruhan nya secara. umum saja. Dikarenakan data antara petugas ukur (kualitatif atau kuantitatif) mempunyai kemiripan dan parameternya yang cukup kompleks maka harusnya ada sebuah sistem yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah ini. Pada jurnal ini menyajikan perbandingan sistem pendukung keputusan antara metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Addititve Weighting (SAW) yang berbasiskan website dengan mengikuti kebijakan pihak KJSB Ihsan Pakaya. Terdapat 5 sampel data calon karyawan/petugas ukur dan terdapat 4 kriteria yang menjadi dasar penilaian seperti, pengalaman kerja, pengalaman pengukuran, status lisensi dan produktivitas kerja. Dari beberapa aspek tersebut kemudian masing-masing di uji dengan kedua metode tersebut untuk mengetahui metode mana yang hasilnya sesuai dengan kebijakan atau keinginan KJSB Ihsan Pakaya. Hasil uji yang didapatkan adalah dengan penggunaan metode SAW memberikan hasil yang mendekati keputusan KJSB Ihsan Pakaya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, AHP, SAW.
