Abstract

M1 money is the most liquid form of money supply because all its components (currency and giral) can be directly used for daily transactions and reflect the dynamics of public consumption. M1 money forecasting is necessary to anticipate its fluctuations that can affect price stability and inflation. This study aims to compare the results of M1 money forecasting with the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) and Support Vector Regression (SVR) methods. The M1 Money data is divided into two, 80% training data from January 2010 to February 2021 and 20% testing data from March 2021 to December 2023. SARIMA and SVR modeling were carried out separately and then the best model was selected based on the smallest Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results of the study found that the best SARIMA model is SARIMA (1,1,0)(1,1,0)₁₂ with a MAPE of 2,250%, while the best SVR model uses a linear kernel with optimal hyperparameters C=100; ε=0,001; and γ=0,001 resulting in a MAPE of 2,254%. Thus, the SARIMA model has a better level of accuracy in predicting M1 money in Indonesia. The application of this model in predicting is expected to help related parties in evaluating the direction of monetary policy and understanding economic conditions.

Abstract

Manual handling of correspondence services using physical documents and informal communication platforms such as WhatsApp remains a common challenge in improving the efficiency and transparency of public sector administration. This condition was also identified at a government-affiliated educational institution, LLDIKTI Region XVII, where traditional processes have led to inefficiencies and limited transparency in administrative interactions with higher education institutions. This study aims to design and develop an E-Office system featuring customizable service request forms, dynamic disposition workflows, and a clearly documented approval history. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which encourages active user involvement throughout the development cycle to ensure that the final product aligns with user needs and can be delivered within a shorter timeframe. The results indicate that the system improves service management by centralizing the submission, approval, and delivery of official correspondence into a single integrated platform. The disposition process also becomes more transparent, allowing universities to track the status of their submissions in real time. In addition, the ability to adjust forms and workflows without modifying the system’s source code makes it highly adaptable to changes in business processes. Black box testing on 10 key functions showed a 100% success rate, confirming the system’s functional reliability.

Abstract

PT Integra Energi Group is a company engaged in outsourcing, focusing on the oil and gas sector. As a company, PT Integra Energi Group requires goods and services to support its operational activities, so the role of procurement is very important, and the procurement team needs to ensure that the procurement process runs efficiently. To support an efficient procurement process, it is necessary to select vendors effectively and objectively. Therefore, it is essential to determine the priority criteria considered in vendor selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP facilitates the comparison and evaluation of multiple criteria. Based on this, the objective of this study is to determine the criteria and sub-criteria at PT Integra Energi Group in the selection of procurement vendors and to determine the priority of criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on interviews and questionnaires with five respondents directly involved in the procurement process at PT Integra Energi Group, it can be concluded that there are six criteria and four sub-criteria in goods procurement at PT Integra Energi Group. Weighting was then performed using Expert Choice software with the paired comparison method. In the procurement of goods at PT Integra Energi Group, the criterion with the highest weight is quality, with a weight of 0.389. The second most important criteria are price, delivery, safety, ethics, and vendor location. The company can use the criteria and sub-criteria described in this study for vendor selection, considering the level of importance to ensure that vendor selection is conducted objectively and systematically.

Abstract

Saliva plays a major role in maintaining the balance of the oral cavity ecosystem through its ability to remineralize and control bacterial activity. One factor that can affect the pH of saliva is the type of food and drink consumed, including milk. Cow's milk and soy milk can cause a decrease in the acidity (pH) of saliva because milk contains some acidic substances. Purpose of the study: To determine the effectiveness of gargling cow's milk and packaged soy milk on the reduction of saliva pH of grade XI students at SMAN 03 Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Research method: The method used is quantitative experiment using pre-test and post-test design. Research Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the mean pH value of saliva after gargling packaged cow's milk was 5.59 ± 0.2269, while the mean pH value of saliva after gargling soy milk was 5.73 ± 0.1899. Thus, it was proven that the decrease in saliva pH was more significant after gargling using soy milk compared to cow's milk. The results of the study also showed that there was an effectiveness in reducing the pH of saliva in gargling cow's milk and packaged soy milk p = 0.000 (p˂0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that gargling cow's milk and packaged soy milk can lower the pH of saliva. The decrease in saliva pH was more significant after gargling packaged soy milk than gargling packaged cow's milk.

Abstract

The growth of private vehicles in urban areas poses significant challenges in managing parking spaces efficiently and accurately. The Internet of Things (IoT) technology offers a promising solution for developing an automated parking slot monitoring system based on sensors. This study aims to optimize the performance of ultrasonic sensors by evaluating two different installation positions: at the rear (Scenario A) and above (Scenario B) the parking slot. The research was conducted using an experimental approach with a miniature prototype, where data were collected and evaluated based on detection accuracy. The results showed that Scenario B achieved an accuracy of 85%, whereas Scenario A reached only 55%, with a 30% accuracy difference. These findings indicate that sensor placement greatly influences system performance in detecting the presence of vehicles. This study provides a significant contribution to the development of more accurate and efficient IoT-based automated parking systems.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review how artificial intelligence (AI)-based training affects the motivation and performance of non-academic educational staff in educational institutions. The review employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing 20 selected articles from SCOPUS, Web of Science, and SINTA databases. Findings reveal that AI-based training contributes to improved work efficiency, employee engagement, and adaptive skills. However, its impact on work motivation is highly dependent on digital literacy, training design, and managerial support. The study also highlights a lack of integrative models that link AI training, motivation, and performance in a cohesive framework. The findings offer theoretical contributions to the development of digital HRM in education and practical insights for designing inclusive and adaptive AI-based training. This study’s limitations include the scarcity of longitudinal data, dominance of research from developed countries, and limited contextual insights from Southeast Asia. Future research is encouraged to apply empirical and longitudinal approaches to strengthen causal understanding and contextual applicability

Abstract

This research created an Android-based learning media product using the iSpring Suite to evaluate its feasibility before implementing it in the program's basic subjects for students in class X-DKV. The production of this learning media product categorizes research as a development study or R&D, using the 4D development paradigm. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. This study involved 2 media experts, 1 material expert, and 14 students of class X-DKV as product test subjects. Based on the results of the feasibility validation and trial of android-based learning media products by media experts, material experts and students, the results were very feasible. The average value of material feasibility validation is 54 more than 50.4 including the "Very Feasible" category. The average value of media feasibility validation is 51 more than 50.4 including the category "Very Feasible". The average value of the product trial was 56.6 more than 54.6 in the "Very Feasible" category. The overall average score of the feasibility test and product trial was 53.9 more than 51.8, so that this android-based learning media has a feasibility category of "Very Feasible". This research is sufficient on the feasibility of learning media only, for further research can be carried out on the effectiveness of Android-based learning media in the basic learning of the Photography Material Program, in addition to that the development of more varied learning media, both materials, and developer platforms used.

Abstract

In this competitive digital era, companies are required to have information systems that can support quick and accurate decision making. PT. ABC is one of the companies facing several challenges in managing sales division activities, which are still carried out manually using spreadsheets. This causes difficulties in monitoring sales performance in real time, increases the risk of data duplication, and reduces the effectiveness of strategic decision making. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based sales monitoring system to support the company's strategic decision-making. The research method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and literature review, as well as PIECES analysis to evaluate the weaknesses of the current system, and the MoSCoW method to prioritize system features. The results of this research include a system design comprising an interactive dashboard, sales activity recording, team structure management, target setting, and structured reporting. The system is designed using the UML modeling language, which includes use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams, as well as a user interface prototype.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of business capital, business location, and business duration on the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sumbawa Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a causal-explanatory design, this study applies multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between variables. A total of 100 MSME respondents were selected through proportional random sampling technique from a population of 1632 business units. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and have been tested for validity through the classical assumption test. The results showed that business capital (t = 3.689; p < 0.05), business location (t = 4.572; p < 0.05), and business duration (t = 4.045; p < 0.05) each have a positive and significant effect on MSME income. Among the three, business location is the most dominant factor with the highest beta coefficient (β = 0.318), indicating that strategic geographic location has a stronger influence on increasing income compared to capital (β = 0.256) and business duration (β = 0.287). The implication of this finding suggests that external factors such as accessibility and market reach can be more decisive in determining business success. This study fills a gap in the literature by providing local context-based empirical evidence regarding the factors that influence MSME income, particularly in non-metropolitan areas such as Sumbawa. The results provide valuable recommendations for local governments, financial institutions, and MSME actors in designing inclusive economic development strategies.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the extent of the influence of online customer reviews and customer ratings on product purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop, especially among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods to obtain an objective picture based on numerical data. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale to 75 respondents who had used TikTok Shop as an online shopping platform. To process and analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used with the help of SPSS v.26 software, which allows researchers to test the relationship between variables simultaneously or partially more accurately and systematically. The results showed that online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 3.100 and a significance of 0.003. Meanwhile, online customer ratings also have a significant effect with a t-value of 4.748 and a significance of 0.000. Both variables simultaneously exerted a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with an F-value of 29.574 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.451. This indicates that 45.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these two variables. This finding confirms that customer reviews and ratings are a primary reference in digital purchasing decisions, particularly on e-commerce-based social media platforms like TikTok Shop.
