Abstract

Aleea Shopid Shop one of the shops in Kebumen that was growing in the field of sales of women's equipment. This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction on Shop Aleea Shopid Kebumen. Data collection methods used were questionnaire method, observation, unstructured interview and literature study. The analytical methods used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test. The preparation used qualitative method with quantitative approach. The result of analysis shows that there was a positive and significant influence between promotion on customer satisfaction on Aleea Shopid Shop Kebumen with prosentase 40,7%. Significant value for the effect of X (promotion) on Y (customer satisfaction) was 0.000 < from 0.05 and t value of 4.763 > from 2.037. The problems that exist on Aleea Store was the lack of promotion done to market their products. The solution was to evaluate and determine the promotion that will be used in accordance with targeted targeted market to attract consumers

Abstract

This study aims to examine institutional ownership as a moderating effect of related parties sales on firm value. This study is a sample study, which includes a portion of the population into observations selected based on certain criteria. The observation period of research data from 2016-2018 which amounted to 241 samples of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance using the profit sensitivity analysis approach of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used secondary data in the form of financial statements of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study was analyzed using the profit sensitivity analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that for asset management, the best company in improving the performance of the company is PT. Telkom, Tbk. Furthermore, liability management is proxied by leverage management, a company that shows excellent financial performance owned by PT. Telkom, Tbk. Then for overall management, companies that are able to improve their financial performance are PT. Telkom, Tbk. The conclusion of this research is PT. Telkom, Tbk has the best financial performance between the two other large companies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Asset (ROA) at PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk from 2010 to 2018. The writing method used is the quantitative writing method with the type of data used is secondary data in the form of a balance sheet report and a company's income statement for the last 10 years. The data analysis techniques used were DER analysis, ROA, simple regression coefficient, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test (one sample t-test). The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), this was because the calculated T value was smaller than the T table (-6,241 <2,262) with a sig value of 0,000. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.911 with a very strong level of closeness and the coefficient of determination of 0.830 which indicates that the contribution of the influence of the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Return on Assets (ROA) is 83% and the rest is influenced by other variables. which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Services are a part of human needs that are very much needed by humans, for now the service sector provides a good contribution to economic growth both nationally and internationally. This study aims to determine the effect of service and consumer decisions on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari Kota Bima. The sample used was 96 respondents. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The technique of using data uses a questionnaire. Methods of data using simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and significant test. The results of this research indicate that: 1. There is an effect of service quality on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari. 2. the influence of consumer decisions on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari. 3. The influence of service quality and consumer decisions on consumer loyalty at PT Sekawan Jaya Lestari.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and explain how much the Employee Motivation at the Office of the Head of West Rasanae Sub-District, Bima City. In this research, the type of research used is descriptive. Nonprobability Sampling Technique is a sampling technique used. The number of samples used was 39 respondents, using the nonprobability sampling method. Based on the test results starting from the validity test, the reliability test states valid and reliability. The significance test (t test) states that "It is suspected that the Employee Work Motivation at the Office of the Head of West Rasanae Sub-district, Bima City is more than or equal to 75% of the expected criteria (already high)" can be proven or accepted.

Abstract

This study aims was to determine the effect of job stress (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee turnover intention (Y) on PT. Telkom Indonesia branch Bima. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with the type of associative research. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling technique, the number of samples used was 54 respondents from a total of 119 employees and used the Slovin formula. The sampling method using simple random sampling. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that work stress (X1) and compensation (X2) have a simultaneous effect on employee turnover intention (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumer purchasing decisions in zam-zam stores in Bima City. The population in this study are consumers who have made a purchase. The sample used in this study amounted to 120 people. This type of research is an associative study using random sampling techniques (random sampling) which is carried out using validity and reliability tests to determine the attributes that have data validity. In the first description that has been done, it proves that the indicators used are correct to assess the existing variables. Abstract

The approach uses a quantitative approach, descriptive research methods, the nature of causal research and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the asset structure, liquidity and profitability had a simultaneous effect on the capital structure of the Large Trade Subsector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2015 period with a value of Fcount> Ftable or 11,596> 2.78 with a significance level of 0,000. Partially the asset structure does not have a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure, partially liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, and partially profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. The test results of the coefficient of determination showed that 36.6% of the variation in asset structure, liquidity and profitability variables explained the relationship of variation to capital structure variables in the large trading subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015.
