Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan secara parsial berapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan Di Puskesmas Posi Hi, Abdul Ganing Tonggolobibi Kecamatan Sojol Kabupaten Donggala. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe peneltian asosiatif (hubungan) dengan teknik analisa data kuantitatif Dasar penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan jenis data penelitian ini berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 orang. Adapun penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sebanyak 70 orang. Untuk keperluan analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan IBM SPSS Statictics versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama sama disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Posi Hi, Abdul Ganing Tonggolobibi Kecamatan Sojol Kabupaten Donggala sebesar 50,3% dan 49,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil uji-t dinyatakan bahwa variabel ketepatan waktu, pemanfaatan sarana, tanggung jawab yang tinggi dan ketaatan terhadap aturan kantor memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan. Dimensi Variabel ketepatan waktu yang paling dominan dalam uji-t 4.335 dengan koefisien korelasi 6.615 dan nilai signifikan 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemekaran wilayah Kecamatan Loea Kabupaten Kolaka Timur terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan interactive model yang terdiri dari reduksi data penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemekaran wilayah berdampak positif terhadap tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, peningkatan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, dan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penertiban dan Penandaan Surat Izin Mengemudi serta mengetahui lebih lanjut permasalahan yang tertuang dalam problem stream untuk mengetahui apakah masalah yang dikemukakan dalam problem stream cukup urgent sehingga perlu Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 perlu dibuat. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa proses penentuan agenda seting pada Peraturan Kapolri telah sesuai jika kita mengacu pada Kingdon model. Namun pada bagian problem stream, pembuatan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penertiban dan Penandaan Surat Izin Mengemudi belum memenuhi persyaratan agar segera dibuat dalam bentuk peraturan, sebab Peraturan Kapolri tersebut hanya berfokus pada pengklasifikasian SIM C (SIM C, SIM C I dan SIM C II) berdasarkan kubikasi sepeda motor (Pasal 3 Ayat 2 Poin g, Poin h dan Poin i) sehingga urgensi pembuatan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penertiban dan Penandaan Surat Izin Mengemudi belum memenuhi persyaratan dari segi kebutuhan masyarakat dan juga dari segi mengurangi jumlah kecelakaan sepeda motor di Indonesia.

Abstract

The violation of human rights is a serious threat to society which is constituted for the sake of human beings. Individuals and society are inseparable from each other. Society provides opportunities for individual growth provided he/she utilizes it appropriately and delivers the duties towards the fulfillment of the social goal. Being a part of society he/she has the privileges to enjoy all the basic rights and freedom. It is the rights that protect individual liberty from external aggression. This work discusses the concept of human rights as an embodiment of social justice. It starts by discussing the concept of human rights, the notion of Rights from Indian philosophical tradition. This work also compares the Kantian concept of Rights with John Rawls. These works conclude that the Rawlsian difference principle has similarities with the Indian reservation system, which is formulated by the Indian Parliament for the betterment/welfare of minorities groups. During ancient times, sudras being born in a lower class were treated as slaves and are deprived of minimum social justice. Only Brahmans are considered to be pure who are free to take part in every religious activity.

Abstract

This study exploits the idea of rethinking culture in Francophonie games using the survey research design. Francophonie games is conceptualized into sports and cultural competitions and rethinking culture into physical and non-physical aspects of cultural modifications. Three specific objectives are developed on the basis of the research problem as follows (1) Identify the relationship between the ‘Francophonie games’ and the dissemination of the French language (2) identify the various rethinking culture modifications borne out of the Francophonie games, (3) determine the moderating influence of race on rethinking culture and “Jeux de la Francophonie”. Participating athletes in the last concluded “Jeux de la Francophonie” held in Abidjan were interviewed. Secondary sources of data also considered. Findings reveal that the Francophonie games is not a driving factor for the dissemination of the French language among non-French speakers. In addition, sports competition with physical rethinking culture, culture completion has no significant relationship with non-physical rethinking culture in “Jeux de la Francophonie”, and that race does not play a moderating influence in rethinking culture and Francophonie games. The study recommends among other things the introduction of variety of cultural games like voodoo, traditional cooking competition, traditional fashion parade etc. in order to boost culture rethinking via sports.

Abstract

The shift from the traditional instructional materials to a digital and more inclusive platform to education, will require educators to prepare for the massive transformation of the present curriculum. Hence, an investigation was conducted to examine the readiness to distance learning modalities, and factors associated with digital divides among 15 teachers in Nena Elementary School. The data was collected using a three-part survey questionnaire, and were analyzed via descriptive and inferential statistics with respect to the .05 threshold of significance. Findings revealed that the availability of teaching tools significantly predicts the increase of teachers’ readiness on the delivery of instruction via distance learning modalities. Due to this, the researcher recommends among curriculum chief persons to look for ways to aid teachers in ensuring the availability of teaching tools appropriate in the digitalization of education in the new normal.

Abstract

The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) which is saddled with the core mandate as the nation’s air navigation service provider is the bed rock of Nigeria Aviation Industry and this puts a great demand on the employees who are supposed to developed uniform and consistent Nigerian airspace to meet with international standards and practices. In recent times, employees of the agency have come under verbal attacks by passengers and the general public on accusation of insensitivity in their duties and lack of professionalism. Perhaps, major fallout of this development has been the poor person-organization fit in the sector which resulted into employees’ attitudes and behaviours inimical to organizational engagement, prompt and efficient service delivery. This study therefore examined the effect of person-organization fit on organizational engagement in the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Port Harcourt using survey research method. Accidental sampling technique was used to elicit information via questionnaire from 178 respondents. Data collected were analyzed using correlation and linear regression analysis with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21. The results of the study showed that there is significant relationship between person-organization fit and organizational engagement. As predicted, the study also revealed that person-organization exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on organizational engagement in the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency. Thus, the study recommends among others that management should give due attention to person-organization fit which positively contributes to a large number of organizational attitudes and behaviours such as job satisfaction, display of organizational citizenship behaviour, job performance, organizational commitment and engagement.

Abstract

South Sulawesi was one of the first regions in Indonesia to implement the Large-Scale Social Restriction (LSSR) policy, which runs from April 24 to May 22, 2020, and is one of the non-pharmaceutical strategies used to encourage people to stay at home more in order to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the LSSR policy on the behavior of people in South Sulawesi who stay silent in their homes, as well as how long the impact will last. The data used is big data in the form of the Google Mobility Report, specifically community mobility data in the form of a percentage change in the number of visits (towards the baseline) for places classified as residential areas measured daily from March 20 to May 22, 2020. The intervention ARIMA model (1,0,0) with the intervention order b=0, r=0, s=8 shows a significant impact from the implementation of LSSR in South Sulawesi using the univariate ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) statistical analysis method. This is because of contradictory policies that encourage people to begin activities outside the home. The implementation of this policy, which was followed by the beginning of people leaving their homes in May 2020, also had an impact on rising prices due to decreased distribution of goods/services, resulting in scarcity. The study concludes that the LSSR policy has a significant effect on the behavior of people in South Sulawesi staying silent in their homes from its implementation until eight days later.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 virus arrived in Indonesia in early 2020, it has altered the order of life in the country, including the order of education. COVID-19 affects a variety of community groups, including students. Because the Covid-19 virus spreads through human-to-human contact, the process of learning and teaching activities in schools that were initially carried out face-to-face were immediately changed to methods other than face-to-face. Padang Panjang City is one of the small towns in West Sumatra Province that has been affected by the Covid-19 virus's spread. Due to the high spread of the Covid-19 virus in the City of Padang Panjang in mid-2021, the Padang Panjang City Government has participated in implementing the policy of Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (micro-based), which has an impact on teaching and learning activities that are also carried out online. 100% actually work from home. However, there are still violations committed by educational institutions in the City of Padang Panjang in the implementation of the ECAR (micro-based) policy, for example, teaching and learning activities are still carried out face-to-face. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research.

Abstract

Ethics must always be considered in every phase of public service. If every apparatus has ethics in public services, the organization will be able to achieve the ultimate goal of service, namely providing services with good performance in order to provide satisfaction to the public. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis type of research. Judging from the indicators of public service ethics consisting of equality, equity, loyalty, and responsibility. In conclusion, population administration and civil registration services in providing services to the community are not maximal enough, because population administration services are still slow and convoluted.
