Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji serta mendeskripsikan Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Kelurahan Atula, Kecamatan Ladongi, Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalh pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Atula Kecamatan Ladongi Kabupaten Kolaka Timur Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, data yang didapatkan melalui data wawancara dengan informan dan didukung data skunder. Metode anlisis data yang digunakan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan di Kelurahan Atula sesuai dengan implentasi kebijakan publik yakni (1) Organisasi, bahwa organisasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur sudah terbentuk kepengurusannya baik di tingkat kecamatan maupun di tingkat Kabupaten (2) Interpretasi, pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur pada umumnya dan di kelurahan Atula pada Khususnya mengacu pada Standar Operasional Prosedur yang telah ditentukan oleh Kementerian Sosial (3) Aplikasi. menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan di kelurahan Atula belum berjalan dengan maksimal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemekaran wilayah Kecamatan Loea Kabupaten Kolaka Timur terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan interactive model yang terdiri dari reduksi data penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemekaran wilayah berdampak positif terhadap tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, peningkatan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, dan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana.

The rapid development of mobile communication technology advances and cost reductions possible to incorporate mobile technology into the smart home system. We proposed a system of mobile and internet-based smart home consisting of a mobile phone with android, Internet-based applications, and server blynk. Home appliances can be controlled by an Arduino that receives commands from the server computer, which operates in accordance with commands received from the mobile application via a wifi network or the internet. In the proposed system, a home server is made using Wi-Fi technology that receives order from clients and orders will be processed through the Arduino, which allows users to control and monitor all the parameters associated with home using Andriod smart phone or via the internet. This study present the design of a low cost innovative and automated control based on weather conditions, the control apparatus, and home security together with android application to allow smart phones to send commands using blynk. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Regent Regulation Number 7 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of a Day Without Car Free Day Pollution by the Kolaka Regency Transportation Office. The methods used in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The location in this study was the Kolaka District Transportation Office. Based on the results of the study, in terms of achieving the objectives of the program implementation, it can run well because, in the Car Free Day activities that take place, there is involvement from several related parties, namely the Tourism Office, the Environment Agency, in supervising and securing the location where the car-free day activities have not gone well. In terms of integration in the implementation of car-free day, comfort and cleanliness at the location of the activities are running effectively, because there are still people who throw garbage in any place at the activity location and are also still found by swordsmen who sell at the location of car-free day activities. In terms of adaptation, in the implementation of the zero pollution day program carried out around Mandra Beach by the entire implementation team, , previously all SKPD (Regional Apparatus Work Units) involved prepared the needs for the implementation of activities starting from the installation of banners or billboards and also prepared prohibition signs or signs they would use it at the location of car-free day activities.

This article evaluates the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or social responsibility of PT Gasing Sulawesi, a mining company C in its operational area, Oko-Oko Village, Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The research conducted is qualitative. Primary data collection through observation to interviews in April-May 2022 in Oko-Oko Village with eight informants using purposive sampling, namely two informants from PT Gasing Sulawesi, the village head, village secretary, and the head of Oko-Oko village representative body and three informants from the community benefit recipients. The research results are in four indicators. On the input indicator, CSR assistance with village operations is higher (60%) than the needs of the village community (40%). On the process indicator, PT Gasing assists in stages every year based on the village government's report. On the output indicator, the village government used CSR to realize physical development in the form of a mosque, village roads, procurement of electricity meters, and house renovation but has not yet touched on educational scholarships. As for the impact indicator, considered is not evenly distributed across all layers or social groups, especially vulnerable communities.

The existence of brokers in administrative services raises various perceptions among the public. Some people think that the presence of brokers as one of the negative image bearers of the organization, and some people perceive it as a positive thing. Therefore, this article is here to explain the public perception toward the use of brokers with the research located at Kolaka Ferry port. This research uses quantitative methods with data sources derived from the results of questionnaires and supported by secondary data related to the use of brokerage services and ticketing services at ports. The research data were then analyzed descriptively by percentage, starting with calculating the respondent's value for each aspect, recapitulating the value, calculating the average value, and calculating the presentation. The results showed that the people in Kolaka Regency felt happy and were helped by the presence of brokers. Unofficial ticket services are the reason people prefer to use brokerage services when buying tickets. Brokers who provide services will not be held responsible when people are caught using their services. In addition, the community supports the provision of punishment when a port manager is involved in the practice of brokering.

Digital public services in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a necessity. The concept of digital public services leads to effective and efficient principles. Effective means doing something right while efficient means doing something right. Digital public services are expected to provide convenience for anyone who needs access. Digital public services are characterized by the use of media other than paper or what is often referred to as paperless. Technology has an important role so that digital public services can run as they should. Nowadays, almost everyone can run or operate a device, meaning that everyone can easily access information through the device they have. The research was carried out descriptively and interviewed related parties were to find information related to the digitization of public services. The results of the study found that currently developing technology and information such as artificial intelligence, mobile autonomy, and the internet have a very large influence on human life, especially in terms of ways of thinking and ways of behaving. Public services are currently required to be able to keep up with user requests, in this case, residents. The increasing understanding of users towards technology has an impact on the user's desire to get services that are practical, economical, fast, and precise. Digital public services are one of the solutions to address these challenges.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan Lurah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kelurahan Kumoro Kecamatan Pomalaa Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi langsung, wawancara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Lurah Kumoro Kecamatan Pomalaa Kabupaten Kolaka selalu tenang dan berpikiran positif dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Masyarakat dan Pegawai. Kepemimpinan tidak hanya cukup jika hanya memiliki jiwa tenang dan berpikiran positif jika tidak dibarengi rasa simpati yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin. Kepemimpinan Lurah Kumoro sebagai pemimpin yang mudah berkomunikasi dilihat dari kesediaan beliau untuk diajak berkomunikasi jika ada sesuatu hal yang ingin disampaikan pegawai kepada beliau. Pegawai yang mempunyai keluhan kepada Lurah mengenai beberapa hal termasuk pada persoalan yang menyangkut tugas dari masing-masing pegawai maka Lurah dalam hal ini mampu menjadi pendengar yang baik serta memberikan arahan dan motivasi agar pegawai dapat bekerja dengan baik. Lurah Kumoro merupakan pemimpin yang mampu menjaga perasaan pegawainya yang bisa dilihat dari kesiapannya untuk ditemui kapan saja jika ada masyarakat ataupun pegawai yang ingin menyampaikan sesuatu dengan bertemu langsung dengan Lurah.

Pelatihan "Membidik Peluang Menjadi Wirausaha Muda" di Desa Oko-Oko, Kecamatan Pomala, Kabupaten Kolaka, bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pemuda desa melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini mencakup penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi bisnis. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan partisipasi yang bervariasi, solusi efektif diterapkan untuk menjaga kelancaran pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam mengidentifikasi peluang usaha dan merencanakan bisnis. Beberapa peserta berhasil merumuskan ide usaha berbasis potensi lokal dan berkomitmen untuk merealisasikannya. Pelatihan juga mendorong kolaborasi usaha kolektif di antara peserta. Dukungan pemerintah desa dan pendampingan lanjutan diharapkan dapat membantu peserta mewujudkan usaha mereka, berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi desa.
