Abstract

The main cause of the decreased economic value of sandalwood trees is disease. There are several ways to detect (identify) diseases in sandalwood trees, one of which is through the leaves. One way to identify the disease is by observing the color and shape of the leaves affected by the disease using image processing or computer vision. In this study, the GLCM feature is combined with the Color Moment feature to analyze the disease of the Sandalwood leaves, especially the mean value of each RGB in the Sandalwood leaf image. The ID3 algorithm is chosen as a learning method to analyze texture and color extraction data to determine the type of disease. The data testing results showed an accuracy level of 92.31% when the GLCM feature is combined with the Color Moment feature. It indicates that the combination of these features provides good results in detecting and classifying the type of disease in Sandalwood leaves.

Abstract

Semarang Regency is a tourism destination rich in natural beauty, cultural diversity, and fascinating historical heritage. Innovation is needed to optimize the potential of tourism by providing information to tourists. This research applies the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method to design the Semarang Regency Virtual Tourism Destination application called "Tourism Gemspace," which aims to make it easier for tourists to search for destinations and introduce tourism potential. Focusing on application UI/UX design, this research involves six stages of GDD: Research, Modelling, Requirements, Framework, Refinement, and Support. The evaluation results were tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS). An average score of 76.10 was obtained, indicating user satisfaction and satisfactory quality of the UI/UX of the designed application. Overall, the UI/UX of the application was rated as good by respondents with a Grade B, which indicates that the quality of the system design has met user expectations. Thus, this research contributes to presenting an application that meets the needs of modern tourists to explore the tourism potential of Semarang Regency and supports local economic growth and promotion in Semarang Regency.

Abstract

The growth of innovation and rapidly growing global web penetration has had a significant impact on the business world, Uppervista Shoes Treatment which is one of the MSMEs engaged in shoe washing services. In running the business, Uppervista Shoes Treatment already has a website but has problems not functioning properly. This research discusses the UI/UX e-commerce website design as a means of promoting and selling shoe care products to expand the scope of Uppervista's business. Using the design thinking method in designing the UI/UX of the Uppervista website can help find solutions based on user obstacles as the target audience using the website. The UI/UX design of the Uppervista website was evaluated using system usability scale (SUS) testing with a score of 82.08 indicating excellent user usability and it was found that the design thinking method can solve user obstacles so far and provided convenience and comfort in finding information on the Uppervista Shoes Treatment website.

Abstract

LTE menyediakan kecepatan data hingga 100 Mbps pada downlink dan hingga 50 Mbps pada uplink. Kecamatan Kelayang merupakan salah satu tempat yang memiliki banyak pengguna LTE, karena lokasinya yang padat penduduk, khususnya di kawasan Peranap dan Bongkal Malang. Berdasarkan hasil drive test, ditemukanlah permasalahan yaitu mutu throughput, RSRP serta SINR yang kondisinya sangat kurang baik. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan simulasi optimasi menggunakan metode electrical tilt. Hasil throughput pada SITE_PERANAP_4G dan SITE_BONGKAL_MALANG 4G setelah optimasi meningkat menjadi 49.000 kbps. Hasil parameter RSRP pada SITE_PERANAP_4G dan SITE_BONGKAL_MALANG 4G setelah optimasi meningkat menjadi >= -70 dBm. Hasil parameter SINR pada SITE_PERANAP_4G dari nilai -20 dB meningkat menjadi 30 dB setelah optimasi. Sementara itu, pada SITE_BONGKAL_MALANG 4G dari nilai -20 dB meningkat menjadi 20 dB setelah optimasi.

Abstract

This study builds an internet-accessible Accountability Letter Information System (SI SUPER) for the Finance Office of West Papua Province. The goal is to speed up the process of making a Disbursement Order (SP2D), overcome the spread of hardcopy files, and provide quick access to important documents. Development using the Agile method consists of the stages of requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation. The SI SUPER application enables submission of Fund Disbursement Orders (SP2D), creation of SP2D by managers, and archiving of other key documents. The application is also equipped with features for administrators, financial managers, and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) or Departments. The application functions according to its functional needs after undergoing black box testing. SI SUPER can be developed quickly and flexibly according to user needs using Agile and Laravel development frameworks. It is hoped that the application will help the West Papua local government implements information technology and overcomes problems in the financial sector.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the industry has generated significant interest in peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms, especially among students in Indonesia. This study investigates the factors influencing students' interest in investing through P2P lending, focusing on perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is the framework for analyzing these variables' relationships. Additionally, the study examines the moderating role of risk perception on the relationship between perceived ease of use and usefulness with investment interest. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to students nationwide, with data processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Smart-PLS application. The research findings suggest that perceived ease of use and usefulness significantly impact investment interest in P2P lending.

Abstract

The Deep Neural Network (DNN)-based approach offers significantly higher accuracy compared to traditional methods such as Hidden Markov Model (HMM)-Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) in acoustic model development. In this research, three popular DNN variants were evaluated: Time-Delay Neural Network (TDNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and a hybrid combination of TDNN-LSTM for acoustic model development in Indonesian speech recognition. Using the KDW-BPPT-50K-ASR1 speech data for over 92 hours, acoustic models were trained, and experiments were conducted to analyze their performance. Research results show that the hybrid TDNN-LSTM model achieved the best performance with a Word Error Rate (WER) of 9.67%, outperforming TDNN with a WER of 12.16% and LSTM with a WER of 10.6%. This finding confirms that the hybrid model is able to improve the accuracy of Indonesian speech recognition compared to using TDNN or LSTM separately. These results provide a significant contribution to the development of more accurate and efficient speech recognition systems.

Abstract

Toko retail adalah tempat di mana berbagai macam barang sehari-hari dijual. Supermarket perlu menggunakan taktik berbeda untuk menjual produknya dan menarik konsumen. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan karyawan Supermarket X, salah satu strategi yang digunakan supermarket adalah dengan menggabungkan produk. Dua atau lebih produk digabungkan ke dalam satu paket dan menjualnya dengan harga diskon. Supermarket terkadang membutuhkan bantuan dalam memilih produk yang akan digabung dan menemukan produk serupa karena keterbatasan stok. Berdasarkan uraian masalah, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pada supermarket menggunakan algoritma Apriori untuk membuat bundling produk dan metode Technique for Order of Preference by Kemiripan ke Solusi Ideal (TOPSIS) untuk menampilkan produk serupa dan memprediksi apakah ada produk yang stoknya sedikit. Kinerja sistem telah dievaluasi melalui uji coba dan validasi di supermarket. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa algoritma mampu menentukan produk mana yang dapat dimasukkan ke dalam kemasan menggunakan sistem otomasi pengemasan produk. Hasilnya cukup menjanjikan, menunjukkan bahwa memilih produk pengganti dapat membantu menurunkan persediaan barang yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

Industri otomotif terus berkembang, menuntut teknologi canggih dalam perkembangannya. Di antara teknologi canggih yang dikembangkan adalah teknologi seluler long-term evolution (LTE), yang dipelopori oleh 3GPP untuk menyediakan konektivitas vehicle-to-everything (V2X). Teknologi LTE ini berkonsentrasi pada komunikasi vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), yang penting untuk aplikasi keselamatan seperti manajemen lalu lintas atau infotainment. Hal yang penting dalam pengembangan teknologi V2X adalah kemampuan sistem yang memungkinkan entitas komunikasi untuk saling memahami dan bekerja sama. Salah satu entitas komunikasi ini adalah kendaraan. Semua kendaraan harus dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan mengirimkan pesan tentang apa yang mereka lakukan dan di mana mereka berada sehingga meningkatkan keamanan pengemudi yang bergerak di dalam kota yang memungkinkan adanya beberapa rintangan yang memutus jalur sinyal atau memblokir komunikasi sepenuhnya. Namun, sebelum komunikasi yang sempurna ini dapat dicapai, diperlukan teknik komputasi cerdas untuk memaksimalkan sumber daya saluran radio sambil memastikan layanan berfungsi dengan benar. Kebutuhan komunikasi ini menimbulkan tantangan yang cukup besar dalam membangun algoritma teknik komputasi cerdas. Untuk memecahkan pertanyaan penelitian ini, simulator LTEV2Vsim dikembangkan. Dibangun menggunakan MATLAB, simulator ini menggunakan model sederhana untuk mengelola pergerakan kendaraan atau model yang lebih kompleks berdasarkan masukan dataset lingkungan perkotaan yang realistis. Simulator ini bermanfaat bagi akademisi yang tertarik dalam validasi dan desain jaringan LTE-V2V. Kemampuan untuk mensimulasikan skenario lingkungan perkotaan dan memberikan hasil yang akurat akan membantu mengembangkan sistem yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian manajemen paket dapat dilakukan dengan baik, memastikan layanan kesadaran kooperatif pada kendaraan berhasil diimplementasikan dalam komunikasi V2X.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based system utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the MobileNetV2 model architecture to classify types of batik. The dataset used consists of 1000 batik images, covering five different types of batik, which are then segmented into groups for training, validation, and testing data. The research results show an accuracy of 92 percent, indicating the model's ability to recognize batik types with a high level of accuracy. This research utilizes technology as a tool to preserve and introduce Indonesian culture to the younger generation and the general public in a more interactive and accessible way. By implementing it through a website, knowledge about various types of batik can be expanded, and batik cultural heritage can be promoted more effectively.
